The Space:
Welcome to Historic St. Augustine! The Lakeview Condos offer the ideal location for your "park and walk" visit to the Nation's Oldest City. This sophisticated condo, situated in the heart of town, comes fully furnished with everything you need for a wonderful stay. There's tons of charm built right in, like the original wood floors and a sweet balcony. Plus, downtown is just a few blocks away! Explore the quaint shops, savor the local cuisine at restaurants, and relish the entertainment options available. There’s a great place to go fishing, just steps away from your door!
The highlights of the 2nd-floor condo:
- The sitting area features comfortable seating surrounding a flat-screen TV creating a comfortable space to relax at the end of a fun day.
- A bright and spacious, fully-equipped kitchen that’s outfitted with everything you’d need to enjoy a meal at home, plus a dishwasher to make clean-ups fast and easy. We’ve also included a coffee maker to help you get your day started.
- A wonderful dining room area with a table set for 6 guests.
- Enjoy the private shaded balcony with a table and 2 chairs so you can enjoy your morning coffee while enjoying fresh air.
- 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom to accommodate 4 guests as such:

Guests must climb stairs.
We provide some home/bath essentials like basic soap, shampoo, and toilet paper. Some cleaning supplies, such as dish soap and trash bags, are provided. Keep in mind these items are not replenished.
Guests may need to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation and/or upon arrival.
A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
A mandatory $100 cleaning is required every two weeks for stays longer than 28 days.
HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 25 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed inside the unit or near open windows, and the use of any recreational drugs at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties/events are allowed, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated. No loud music after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. Visitors are ok as long as they don’t stay overnight.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of check-in or anytime during their stay.
- Pets are not allowed.

So many great things about this place
First of all, the place was immaculate! There was plenty of space, including a fully appointed kitchen. Fantastic location to walk around the historic district. Dedicated parking spot on site. Cute porch where you can have your morning coffee. Quiet neighborhood. I would definitely stay there again!

Another St Augustine Visit
My wife and I are frequent visitors to St Augustine. Especially now that my son attends Flagler. Normally we stay in a B&B. However this time, my daughter came with so we needed a 2nd bedroom. The condo was great. You could easily stay here for a week and be plenty comfy.

Convenient location, cute apartment
We enjoyed our short stay in this older St.Augustine apartment complex. Our unit was clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen came in very handy and we enjoyed the cozy living room. We were glad for the added shelving next to the bathroom because our toiletry items overflowed from the one bathroom space. The porch had a beautiful view of the lake. The stairs do provide a good workout for carrying in suitcases and all of our stuff but the closeness to the historic district was worth it.
