Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback about Seachase 404E. I apologize for the sand left on the bench and couch — and that the second cleaning didn’t resolve sand under the cushions. I’ve asked our housekeeping team to perform a deeper clean. Thank you for reporting the low master shower pressure, the broken trash can top, and the slow dryer. Our maintenance team will inspect the shower and the dryer and will replace the trash can top. I’m glad the toaster was replaced promptly after you reported it. The limited supplies and linens will be communicated to the owner for evaluation. We appreciate your notes about the positives — the 4th-floor view, dolphin sightings, quick elevators, beach chairs/umbrellas, the ice machine, well-kept pools, and convenient nearby shopping.
