What a fabulous unit! Host Ale is phenomenal - such a great communicator, welcoming individual, and always is there to answer questions or provide helpful information. The unit is very clean, beds are so comfy, and the place is well equipped to make one’s stay very comfortable and enjoyable. The location is second to none, and the grounds are beautiful, with lots of green-space, and gorgeous flowers. The amenities are terrific with 8 pools, a gym, pickleball and tennis courts, and other activities to join in such as aqua-size, strength classes, tai chi, Mexican train, etc. The people in the complex are amazing - such a welcoming community. Bravo to Ale for opening up this beautiful unit for us to enjoy Punta Esmeralda, and this little gem of a place in Mexico!

Overall it was a good stay. We had problems with gate security not letting us in when we first arrived there and had us wait for almost an hour at the gate till we showed them a barcode which was frustrating. our host replied later on that there is no code and the security should have let us in. The condo was clean and the host was responsive. It’s a beautiful place and we enjoyed staying there.

Quiet Condo with Stunning View

We fully enjoyed our stay in the spacious 2 bedroom condo, although most of our time was spent on the balcony, enjoying the always interesting Bay of Banderas in front of us. Perfect quiet and central spot for us to visit Puerto Vallarta to Sayulita.

Was a wonderful stay and we will plan to return. Pricing seems fair for what we paid this time around, but looks like it has increased significantly ($1200 more) for the same amount of time next year. Will return when prices stay a little more grounded.

Fabulous Place

We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful unit situated in a warm, kind and friendly community. The place was very clean, lovely in its appearance, had very comfy beds, was spacious, had a well equipped kitchen, and the best balcony ever with a five star view. The facilities in the complex were awesome - beautiful swimming pools, tennis, pickleball, aqua aerobics, painting, spa, etc. - all in a welcoming environment. Ale was the best host ever. There was always great communication and what a helpful and friendly person to deal with, including booking daily pickleball times - wow! The grounds are beautifully kept and the location is second to none. We loved loved loved our time here and would highly recommend it to anyone. Thanks Ale for making our stay top notch!

Great Complex

We have stayed at this complex multiple times and have always enjoyed our stay. The condo was just as described. 2 bedrooms, one master on the ocean side and a second bedroom with 2 double beds (which was a littler darker). it was a perfect place for entertaining. There is a large round table in the living room area as well as on the paito. Working BBQ , washer, dryer and all the kitchen ammenities

Beautiful condo; the pictures do not do it justice. It is big, clean. The balcony, accessible from the bedroom or the living room is stunning. Access to the restaurant and the spa in minutes. The resorts has beautiful pools, the beach is not really user friendly, but the views are impressive. The condo is the last row on the street and can be a little noisy. The host was always quickly accessible and patient with our request. Would definitively recommend

Resort where the apartment is located is Wonderful. View from apartment gorgeous.Apartment very clean.Bath and beach towels great quality.HOWEVER…!!!Guest bathroom toilet leaked on floor when toilet flushed. Sink faucet handle in guest bath came off unless Very carefully lifted. There were no wash cloths and 1 hand towel in apartmentCouch quite uncomfortable due to Sagging cushions. (visible in your pic).Pump for large water bottles (garafones) did not fit the bottles and were very unwieldy to operate.There were no napkins, neither paper nor fabric.

I was surprised about how dirty left the condo, all the Kitchen a mess, the lights and the air conditioners where found on when in the rules all guest have to turn off. This guest never write anything about the condo and the paper toilet or something, all days I have employes to attend anything that any guest requires. I send a message but no answer from her when she was there. So last time to open my property of this kind of guest that only complain when they are out.

Nice Condo and Complex to Stay Between Bucerias and Punta Mita Area

We were looking to explore the "La Cruz" area to be further out of Puerto Vallarta - away from the hustle and bustle. To give you an idea this location is in between Bucerias and Punta Mita. The pictures in the listing give you an idea of exactly what you'll see when you arrive. The communication with the owner is excellent. Anything and everything you need to know for easy access and details were the best ever from any VRBO rental. Quick responses to any questions or comments. The condo is very clean and maintained. Nice towels, soft bedding. The kitchen is well stocked, and you will have an easy time and enjoy preparing and serving meals. There is also a small grill on the patio that worked great. It was great having the filtered water in the condo. The front of the condo is very near the highway which is loud. However, once inside and you're in the front of the condo (living room, master bedroom, balcony) you won't notice it. The front bedroom guests will hear it. This condo is high up from the beach area on the property You do have an amazing view of the Bay of Banderas. There is not a sunset view. The property itself is very big and it's very nice to walk down to the beach and enjoy the pool and beach area. There is a nice little restaurant on the property. The walk UP from the beach is definitely a work-out. There is a funicular to take you back up, but... it only worked one time we were there and then it was out the rest of the week. That deterred us from going down to the beach area each day. There are two pools near the room that are easy to get to/fro. We were visiting in March and had no problem finding lounge chairs. The pools were not very busy, so you can enjoy some quiet time. We had a car rental. I'm very glad we decided to rent a car or I think we would have felt isolated. It's a trek to the front entrance where you would need to call an Uber or take the bus. A rental car gives you more freedom to come and go to Bucerias (a quick 5 minute trip), or head over to the La Cruz Marina (a 5-10 minute trip). By car, it's about 15-20 minutes to La Comer and Mega. When traveling from PV I recommend stopping there for a few things, or at least an OXXO, as there is nothing quick like that to grab once at the condo. WiFi was excellent, even had no problem with a Zoom meeting. TV system is strictly streaming. No cable TV. Note, that if you are used to US streaming there are a lot of things you cannot view abroad.

Excellent Accommodation

The condo itself was excellent. Very large for 4 adults. Kitchen had everything you would ever need. The outdoor bbq was an added treat. The beds were so comfortable. We all said they were the best we had ever slept in, including our own beds at home! The grounds and pool were also beautiful. Our only issue was you have to bus or taxi everywhere. There is not even a convenience store within walking distance. The highway noise in the back bedroom was also annoying. All in all, excellent accommodation.

Punta Esmeralda complex, nestled between La Cruz and Bucerias , offers the serenity one desires on a vacation, and yet is only a 10 minute bus ride to the main town. The complex has beautifully manicured grounds, well maintained pools, and a small but good gym. The condo is lovely with comfortable furniture and good wifi. , The owner and the property manager are very attentive to the renters' needs and respond right away when contacted. Stocked with three huge bottles of water, lots of detergent, and other cleaning supplies, as well as a a welcome bottle of wine --this was a nice added touch. This place was truly a home away from home.
