Great beach access!

Well laid out condo in Treasure Island, right on the beach walk and the beach. Heated pool and hot tub was fun to relax at after a day at the beach. We loved the beach equipment in the closet, as we didn't travel with beach chairs and umbrella! Well equipped kitchen, nice beach decor. Perfect for a family beach vacation.

Property was clean and well appointed as described. The ocean view was beautiful. The only negative of this unit would be the location above the pool. Noise coming from the pool is bothersome if you're just trying to enjoy quiet time or read on the spacious balcony. course that also depends

Great stay for a good price

Great balcony and space. Location is awesome. Pool was warm and hot tub hot. Beach is a short walk. Kitchen has everything we needed. Laundry was clutch w the kids. It was clean enough but rough around the edges. Floors could have used an area rug or more thorough cleaning as our baby was unable to crawl on it or feet and hands turned black. I swept daily but there was no mop. Pack n play was included which was nice!

Good location needs an update

The location is nice. The condo needs an update. The beds are very old and the unit was not cleaned. It could use fresh coat of light paint and updated beds. For this price your would expect it to be a bit better. I did see furniture was old but was disappointed.

Great location and beautiful views. Wish we could have stayed longer! Check in was confusing, the email we received said the lock box would be next to our door. When we arrived to our 4th floor unit, tired after a very long day of travel and texting the property manager, we found out the lock box is in the garage on the 1st floor. Certainly not the end of the world, but not a great first impression. Happy to say it only got better from there.

Great location

Property and location were nice. Enjoyed our stay !very much !!! Just a few slight issues. The floor was very dirty upon arrival. Couldn’t walk in our bare feet at all(wound up black). And it suggested there was coffee available, didn’t realize it was only for one pot. And not enough Toilet paper supplied. Not deal breakers but just minor things.

good location, amazing beach, few hitches

The apartment was clean. It was easy to communicate and have info. The location is great. The beach is beautiful and at a walking distance of the apartment. Absolutely no way to be protected from the sun there: no tree or other, so we had to rent a beach umbrella 20$ us per day. The dryer did not dry properly. We wanted to cook for our stay and we had to make few adjustments: the kitchen tools and the cookware set were incomplete. So as mentionned: a few hitches but in general, a great place to stay that I would recommend.

Not a great choice.

It needs updating. Most uncomfortable sofa that I ever in my life sit on. Mattress in master bedroom had completely lost its shape. Very small for 5 people.

Great location!

The location of the condo was great. Close to everything you need, groceries, restaurants, the beach, and gorgeous sunsets. I agree with previous reviewers, the condo has the very, very basic necessities. It is lacking in bedding - nothing was provided for the couch bed and the blankets for the beds are paper thin. The kitchen is very basic. There were no serving bowls, no basic condiments, ingredients or seasonings, the fridge is completely bare, and the toiletries will get you no more than 2 days (paper towels, toilet paper) and no tissues were provided. Having a washer and dryer was awesome, but the washer doesn't clean well and has quite an odor. Overall it's a 3 primarily because the location was great!

Thanks for the feedback. We do keep a full set of linens in the closet, and do apologize of those were difficult to find (they are wrapped in plastic for freshness!). We'll make sure the kitchen inventory is fully stocked up for equipment, but as a rental, the kitchen is not stocked up with condiments or seasonings for sanitary reasons. The washer and dryer have been cleaned out to be sure there are no issues for future guests. Glad you enjoyed the incredible location and thank you!
