Great unit, views and beach access. Keuring would be nice. Few minor maintenance issues. Biggest concern lock broke on patio door. After many other vrbo stays this unit was the dirtiest compared to our other vrbo stays. Floors were very dirty/sandy, mold in the fridge and shower.

The wet mop is broke, the blankets and sheets needed to be washed on one of the beds. Some of the cups were dirty. Other then that, the place was great. Perfect location for a beach vacation.

This condo’s sunset views from the balcony can’t be beat! There are 2 closets that have all the beach supplies you could want or need, from a large cooler to beach chairs & umbrellas & lots of towels. Having an assigned parking spot was a nice touch & made venturing around town all the easier when we returned. The only negatives were very low sink water pressure & that the pool deck was washed away in the hurricane it seems so there’s a large sandpit area roped off with caution tape next to the pool. But overall the pool & hot tub themselves were clean & relaxing to enjoy with the other guests & owners alike.

The rooms could have stood be a little cleaner. There was sand in the bottom of the closet of the small bedroom which got tracked through out the house.Also, it would have been nice to have some throw blankets to cover up with while sitting around.Beach view was great. The location was great and convenient.

We had a wonderful experience staying in this condo. The communication throughout the entire process was exemplary! We appreciated information regarding the area and local attractions. The condo was clean, well-stocked and the perfect size for our family. We enjoyed eating lunch on the balcony which had plenty of seating. The condo had various pool toys, chairs, and beach supplies. We will definitely look into staying at this condo in the future!

Awesome experience

We love it! Well stocked beach towels, chairs, umbrellas is always a plus. Very clean unit. We had a problem w/ remote not working for television, they sent someone over to set up a new one within an hour or so. Super service. Thank You, we'll be back soon!

Nice view

The condo is in a nice area and close to everything. Beds are comfy with nice bedding. Quite a hike to the beach so this may not be the best option for anyone with mobility issues. I will say I feel as though the cleanliness off the condo left much to be desired. I did address this with the rental agency and they were quick to respond.

Beautiful Beachfront Condo!

My best friend from Ohio visits me every year so we can spend "girl time" at the beach. We were both comfortable in this condo and impressed. It was clean, comfortable and we like that it was an end unit, next to the stairs. We had a great time and enjoyed watching sunsets on the balcony! I would stay here again!

Lovely beachfront condo!

This was my family’s first time visiting the Gulf coast of Florida and Treasurer Island was adorable! This beachfront condo was in a perfect location, within walking distance to great restaurants and a Publix. The condo had everything we needed and was clean. It was so convenient having a few beach chairs and towels provided for us since we were flying in. The beach was not very crowded, even thoughggg during spring break. The sunsets were incredible! Check in was super easy and while we didn’t need to contact the owners, they made themselves available for any questions. We’d definitely stay here the next time we visit!

Fantastic Location

Condo is exactly as expected based on the listing. The location is perfect with so many restaurants and gorgeous views in every direction. Everything about booking, checking in and checking out was super smooth. It would be good if the property had hooks to hang things to dry and more hangers since there’s very little storage space. Kitchen could have a few more dishes and glasses. We’d definitely stay at this property again!

Good location and clean

It’s clean and conveniently located. Parking is limited to only one spot- no guest parking. Shortly after checkin we had a small maintenance issue with the unit above us. The onsite property mgmt company (not iTrip) talked to us about sending a plumber the next morning. Later that afternoon we heard someone trying to open our door. I looked out the side window and noticed it was the onsite property mgr again. Out loud I said to my family, “oh they must need to get in” and proceeded to open the door, the property mgr could definitely hear me and she ran off. It was obvious she didn’t expect me there and it didn’t make me feel safe. I don’t know if a plumber ever showed up because we were gone all day and there was no communication. The sheets were so worn they were thin and pilling all over so they were uncomfortable. The towels were so hard and thin. Both needed to be replaced. The beach umbrella was kid-sized. We used one beach chair. The other was so badly stained we didn’t bother. I think new linens and beach equipment would be all it takes for a perfect rating despite the strange encounter with the onsite mgmt.

Surf Beach Resort

This two bedroom two bathroom property is beachfront and within walking distance of restaurants and shopping. It has a balcony facing the beach. The property has a heated pool and a hot tub. The property also included some useful items like beach chairs, and swim noodles and floats. We would recommend this property to anyone wanting an enjoyable Florida vacation.

Amazing sunsets and beautiful beach

Wry impressed with the staff of the VRBO. We were communicating from a cruise ship just after the second hurricane. We were informed of the damage to the property and consequently moved to a similar unit in another building . We knew the property would not have a pool and that surrounding businesses would be sparse in the hurricane aftermath. We chose to stay at Treasure island to support the community. The staff were pleasant and very responsive to any needs

Home away from hime

Really enjoyed our stay here. Clean and well stocked. Was surprised to see beach chairs umbrellas and various beach toys in the closet as well as towels and mats. Even had a couple larger coolers to use. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a nice quiet and clean place to stay. Just be prepared for the walk to the beach. I knew when booking it would be a bit of a trek but worth it not having to fight for beach space or having to get up at sunrise to claim our spot. Went to the beach daily around 11 and had plenty of space for us to set up and spread out. We were “front row” at the beach daily. I would choose this specific room if we were to fly instead of drive down knowing it has everything we need/want.
