T H E S P A C E
Diese Villa ist Teil eines kleinen, einzigartigen Komplexes mit neun Wohneinheiten und ein perfektes Beispiel für die ruhige Flusslandschaft, für die Noosa Sound berühmt ist. Die nach Norden ausgerichteten Terrassen erstrecken sich vom Wohn- und Hauptschlafzimmer zum Fluss, wo Sie die Sonne genießen oder ruhig sitzen und ein Buch lesen können.

Die Villa wurde kürzlich zu einem sehr hohen Standard komplett renoviert. Eine komplette Verwandlung mit modernen Möbeln und Armaturen, hervorragend gefliesten Bädern und einer voll ausgestatteten, weißen, eleganten Küche. Es ist definitiv eines der besten in der Anlage.

Die Wohnung erstreckt sich über drei Ebenen mit 2 Schlafzimmern und einem Loft. Das Erdgeschoss verfügt über eine moderne Küche und einen geräumigen Wohnbereich mit Zugang zu einer fantastischen Terrasse mit Blick auf den Fluss. Die zweite Ebene verfügt über zwei geräumige Schlafzimmer und zwei Badezimmer. Von hier aus führt eine schrullige Stufenleiter in das Dachgeschoss, in dem sich zwei Einzelbetten in voller Größe befinden.

Die einzigartige Lage von Driftwood bietet ein Gefühl von Privatsphäre, liegt jedoch direkt am Hauptfluss. Schwimmen Sie im Fluss oder beobachten Sie die Welt vom sonnigen Deck dieser modernen Villa am Flussufer aus. Es ist wirklich ein guter Wert.

Der Komplex verfügt über einen tropischen Pool und einen Grillplatz. Für jedes Apartment steht ein überdachter Parkplatz zur Verfügung. Ein großartiger Ort für Familien und Paare, um sich zu entspannen und einen wohlverdienten Urlaub zu verbringen. Es gibt auch Anlegestellen und einen Sandstrand direkt vor Ihrer Haustür.

Die Hasting Street oder Noosaville sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. Dies ist eine große Attraktion, da das Parken in diesen sehr beliebten Gegenden äußerst selten ist.

Amazing stay at Noosa River

We just stayed here in the July school holidays and loved it. The beds were comfy, kitchen had everything we could need and the deck out the back overlooking the beach and river was fantastic. Ours kids (ages 10, 12 & 15) loved being about to paddle board straight from the beach, lots of spots for fishing and easy to tie up our JetSki. Would definitely stay again.

Even better than expected.

We had a wonderful stay at this property (despite lots of rain). It truly is even better than it looks in the photos. My husband fished right off the dock and caught several fish. The location is great. A short walk to coffee and cafes and just a 25 minute walk to Hastings Street and the beach. We would definitely stay here again if we could!

Excellent location with access to clean water outside. Very comfortable well presented home, nicely furnished with comfortable beds. Availability of bikes was a big plus so riding to Hasting St or Noosaville is less that 10 min. I would stay here again

A fabulous apartment with spectacular views. So relaxing and if you hire a kayak and paddle board you are set for the week. Pool was great, airconditioning in each bedroom. Fully equipped kitchen - great bathrooms. Beds were super comfy. Highly recommend.

Fabulous place to stay!

My family (2 x adults and 2 x kids, 20 and 16) had a fabulous holiday at Driftwood. Townhouse was amazing, beautifully decorated, very clean, everything you could need, great location, away from the crowds on Hastings Street but an easy drive into Noosa or a lovely walk. Beautiful House

The property is very well appointed and equipped. Another review recommends getting a coffee pod machine, but there is an espresso machine, so no need. The bed was particularly comfortable, with high quality bedlinen - much appreciated. As with all rental accommodation it is well worth taking your own pillows, as we do, as softness etc is a personal preference. I took one star off the checkin process because I was confused by the need (and means) to provide proof of ID virtually on arrival, but soon sorted. I hadn't come across this requirement on Stayz before. Also I'm not sure about suitability for young children so close to the river. The host was very accommodating in transferring our booking twice over two years due to repeated Queensland border closures. Overall highly recommended.

Booking was easy as was communication with our host in the lead up to our stay. We opened the door to a spacious, comfortable, and well set out living area and rear deck that overlooked the Noosa river which was only meters away. The kitchen was well equiped with appliances, including an expresso machine for our morning coffee on the deck (bring your favourite grind with you). Nice sized TV screen with complimentary Foxtel was a nice touch. Wifi access made it simple to cast our favourite streaming services without having to log in on the TV. Upstairs we enjoyed the main bedroom with ensuite (vanity, toilet, bath), private balcony and a view overlooking the river. The bed was super comfortable and the night times quiet. The second bedroom overlooked the front of the apartment complex was spacious with queen size bed. Air-conditioning and a ceiling fan is fitted in each bedroom. For the more nimble the apartment includes two single beds in the loft which is accessible by a step ladder. A second bathroom with large tiled walk-in shower is located between the main bedrooms. Cooking facilities were good, the fridge is under the bench and was a little on the small size but being on holiday we weren’t inclined to store a weekly shop in it. Access to the private beach is meters away as is the shared jetty.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, in particularly the relaxing view from the sun-filled deck during the morning and afternoon.

Fabulous riverside location

Such a fabulous place! The property was extremely clean, beautifully styled, very well equipped and perfectly located. Having two toddlers, it was so fun and easy to have our own little beach leading straight to the river (fenced from the deck so also safe!). North-facing also provided sun into the late afternoon. An easy walk for morning coffee to Quamby Place and a touch further to Noosaville strip and Noosa's Hastings Street. Highly recommend! We will be back :-)

Fabulous stay at Driftwood

We highly recommend this property for a family stay in Noosa. The apartment is beautiful and has everything necessary for a wonderful holiday. It is furnished beautifully and has the most comfortable beds. Although our stay was shortened unexpectedly due to the COVID restrictions imposed at the last minute, the owner was very considerate and flexible in helping us get the most out of our stay. The owner was also very compassionate and has allowed us to use the nights which we had paid for but were unable to use due to the covid lockdown, at some time in the future, removing any fears of losing our booking money. We are very appreciative. Highly recommended and great to deal with.

Fantastic location

Such a wonderful spot on the noosa river, watching the boats go past while having sundowners. The apartment was well equipped and by far the best place we’ve stayed in for years.

We have lived in Qld all their lives and love all that is Queensland - fresh air, beautiful weather and a relaxed lifestyle . Noosa has been our 2nd home a now for over 20 years. It has always been a family tradition to spend some time over the Christmas holidays at the beach and after doing this for so long it was time to invest in the beautiful area for ourselves.

This has been a long time dream and now we would like to share it with as many friends and family as possible. When we cannot get to Noosa we love to travel the world exploring.

This location is perfect as it faces direct north so it is great for catching the breezes and enjoying great afternoon sunsets.

We also love this area as it is walking distance to Noosa main beach, the national park, loads of restaurants and coffee shops.

It is directly on the water and has a small beach right in front as you step off the deck. We love the fact we can anchor our jetski right in front of our property so that we can take off whenever the time is right.
