Really enjoyed our stay, so great that we could take our dogs and the enclosed outdoor area was perfect for them to sniff around. Very well equipped and just a great place to enjoy some family time

Perfect getaway

We booked this house for a family getaway with our adult children and their partners. It was perfectly located and the layout met all our needs for a great holiday. It was so nice to be able to have our beloved dog with us as well!

Golf weekend

Stayed here for our golf weekend was very happy with the location it was right on the golf course, the house was great and exactly what you see on the net, plenty of room and very comfortable for our group of 4 men. Would definately stay again

Family time

Loved the modern house and the views of the golf course. Loved that we could take our dogs to make it a whole family get together.

From the moment you walk in it felt relaxing and homely. Every there you needed. We really did enjoy our much needed break with great friends. Great location. Thankyou.

The pool area does not welcome pets, however there was no real area to ties them up, the pool was close enough for us not to worry about leaving them.The house and facilities were marvelous, we enjoyed our couple of days away. Just a couple of things to note, it took us a while to figure out that the garage roller door was automatic. Also we had to leave the downstairs door and screen open for dogs to go out in the night which was a little unnerving, perhaps the owner could put a doggy door in the screen. Overall very nice.

Great relaxing stay

We really enjoyed our stay, we have stayed in the group before but this one was really well equipped with modern furniture and fittings, well-equipped kitchen. Very relazing. The ping pong table was a bonus to keep our boys entertained.

Exactly what we needed

I took my family for a late winter getaway and it couldn’t have been better. Perfect house, amazing views, and we were lucky with spectacular weather. The house is well appointed and we appreciated the quality of linens, kitchen equipment and general quality feel. Sometimes in these holiday rentals they are decked out with grandmas hand-me-down furniture and cookware. Not this place. First class. Was wonderful that we could bring our little sausage dog (Chops) to make it a great escape for all of us. Loved it. The hosts can’t do anything about this but some neighbours with two big dogs (weekend renters) which barked a lot caused us a few issues as we kept our dog inside more often so they wouldn’t bark. But these things can happen with pet friendly houses close to one another. Our daughter made friends with some of the long term residents of the precinct. That was very sweet and added to a nice community feel. A second TV downstairs would be a ‘value-add’ for the kids too but overall a wonderful stay. Want to sell it?!?!? ;))

Normanville stay

It was comfortable & enjoyable. Cleaning of oven should be better and we had to lift the cushions on the lounge to look for a lost earring and there was a lot of debris under them. This didn’t really bother us but we all felt that the cleaner should be made aware of this - thanks.

Modern, Comfortable Townhouse with Stunning Views

Views of the hills beyond the golf course are incredible. Watching the golfers and the kangaroos was quite an enjoyable experience. Well appointed kitchen with everything you’ll need for a nice stay. The only set backs: No WiFi, no shade on the upstairs balcony at the rear of the property. Would suggest a blind in the upstairs bathroom as the morning sun made it quite warm and a little uncomfortable. We all had a wonderful time regardless and would recommend to families and dog owners for sure.

Wonderful scenery!

Great place, clean spacious with lots of natural light and amazing views! Very well equipped kitchen. Very close to the beach. We had a lovely stay, definitely coming back again.

Luxury without fuss!

This property is everything I hope for and more! I spent time on the internet to find a place for the kids and two dogs and this is the place! My kids loved the 2 stories and the table tennis table. The dogs were safe and happy exploring the new backyard and we enjoyed walks along the golf course and the highlight was our drives to the beach with the dogs. The house has lovely artwork and was super clean on arrival. I would highly recommend this house to anyone wanting to stay. It is modern with a great view of the golf course and rolling hills. Pet blankets are essential for dogs wanting to be on the couches. Loved this place!

Great Location

It’s a great home in a beautiful location just a couple of minutes from town and the beach. It was great to walk the dog around the golf course, and we enjoyed watching the kangaroos roam around the course from the living room.

Relaxing townhouse by the golf course

Our townhouse was sparking clean when we arrived and we were pleasantly surprise to find chocolates and a bottle of wine upon arrival. We were treated to a spectacular sunset and a parade of grazing kangaroos. Beautiful. Highly recommended!

Excellent facility, very clean, quiet safe area, lovely pool.

Property was easy to find and accurate directions with a very good short map guide supplied. We arrived after 9pm at night after flight delays out of Canberra then drove from airport to Normanville. House was nice and cool when we arrived as it was a very hot night. Lovely nespresso coffee pods as a starter - thank you we really appreciated that. House was very clean and welcoming. Pool was wonderful and grandchildren loved it as did we. Good information provided for guidance on where to eat and visit. Although we did have our own scrabble and monolopy to play with the children, my granddaughter loved the books and managed to read 4 while there! They also enjoyed the videos, especially Harry Potter. A great place to stay with children or even just as a couple. Communication with staff was excellent. Thank you Janice and Melinda your assistance was very much appreciated. Oh and the chocolate and wine were very much appreciated as well.

Relaxing, contemporary holiday home

We had a lovely few days, despite cold weather (heating was very effective). We rambled around the golf course and to the beach, which Reggie (our fur child loved), and hit a few golf and tennis balls. The property is lovely, great view to the hills and was very clean and comfortable.

Excellent property

We booked Pet Let 22 as we were attending a family wedding in the area. As 2 dogs are part of the family we needed it to be suitable for them as well. We were all impressed with the accommodation as it suited our needs perfectly. Not the least the men of the family with the gold course so close.
