The “3rd on Troon” is situated perfectly for a family getaway, a golfing weekend with friends, or a relaxing beach escape. Overlooking the 3rd green of the highly rated Links Lady Bay Golf Club, this modern two storey home features all the creature comforts you need to make for a very enjoyable stay.

The upper level consists of an open plan living/dining area with a modern, stylish kitchen that is designed for easy entertaining. It features a large island bench, dishwasher, microwave, electric oven, induction cooktop, Nespresso Coffee machine, modern appliances and ample storage space.
The double glass sliding doors showcase the beautiful views that open onto a large balcony, complete with BBQ and outdoor dining. Sit in the tranquil setting and take in the gorgeous views of the golf course and surrounding hills, as well as the abundance of kangaroos and other wildlife that make our “backyard” their home.
Relax on the newly added "Day Bed" that easily slides out to converted into a double size bed for additional guests.
The upstairs area also has a large bedroom with queen size bed and generous sized ensuite, as well as the convenience of an additional powder room.

On the lower level, you will find three bedrooms, as well as the main bathroom - complete with double vanity, full size bath and shower.
Wake up to the beautiful views from your Queen sized bed in the Master Bedroom, that overlooks the golf course, and opens up to the rear of the property through the large glass sliding door. It is complete with WIR and bright and modern ensuite.
Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed and built in robe, while the third bedroom has two single beds.

The carport has been tastefully converted to a games room with TV/DVD, comfy lounges, table tennis table and dart board - perfect for hours of friendly competition - and gives access to the expansive, fenced lawned area that is ideal for family games, picnics, or some backyard cricket.

As hosts, we want you to enjoy your stay as much as possible, so your beds will be made up with fresh linen, pillowcases and quilts prior to your arrival. Bathrooms will all have floor mats, hand towels and hand soap, but guests are asked to please bring their own bath towels (can be supplied for additional cost). Guests staying for five nights or more will also receive a selection of goods showcasing produce from within the local area.

We also feel that there’s nothing worse than being pushed out the door on departure day. Please ask us if you would like a late checkout, and we will do our best to accommodate you so that you can enjoy your last day of holidays!

Centrally located for a great golfing holiday, with Willunga, Mt Compass, Wirrina Cove, Victor Harbour and McCracken Golf Clubs all between 15 and 45 minutes away. For those more interested in trying their luck out fishing instead of golfing, Normy Jetty is only a five minute drive away, and if you have a boat, Wirrina Cove boat ramp is less than 15 minutes away. 3rd On Troon also has ample off street parking available for boats or other watercraft.
