We take guest feedback seriously and passed your comments on to the homeowner, who would like to share the following:– All cleanliness concerns were addressed promptly during your stay; the cleaning team returned to ensure both units met our standards, and a new shower curtain liner was delivered. – The maintenance-related issues were handled within an hour of being reported, including replacing the coffee maker, repairing the closet door handle after it was removed, and delivering new balcony chairs to ensure safe and comfortable outdoor seating.– To improve kitchen functionality, our team also provided new pans, knives, and dishwasher pods from the unit’s supply closet. We also swapped in a larger trash can to better support guests during longer stays.– You received an industry-standard refund for the issues you encountered. We remained available and responsive throughout your stay, and we’re committed to ongoing improvement.The homeowner takes pride in creating a welcoming environment for guests.
