We would love to invite you to stay at Villa Alexia and hope you enjoy it there as much as we do!

Luxury 3 bedroom villa, master ensuite, furnished to an extremely high standard with air conditioning throughout and sea views. There is a private heated pool (heating is an optional extra) with walk-in Roman steps set within the large landscaped gardens which feature palm trees, fruit trees, large patio area and BBQ.

Villa Alexia - Outside / Garden / Pool Area:

The Villa is situated in a peaceful location with sea views, set in beautiful gardens including large grassy area for relaxing by the pool, fruit trees (including lemon and lime) and palm trees.

The private pool is 8 x 4 meters with shallow walk in Roman steps (ideal for children or elderly). There is an optional extra to have the pool heated at £18 per day - please contact us for further information on this

There are 3 separate patio doors leading from the downstairs living area. These open onto 2 separate patio areas. The first patio is a secluded shady patio ideal for reading and relaxing, and the second is a large patio area, with an in built BBQ and outside dining for 6 on the veranda (which is part covered to provide shade when needed). This second patio overlooks the pool and is ideal for parents to relax on whilst watching their older children play. There are also sun loungers right next to the pool and the walk in steps to sit on if enjoying the pool with younger children.

There is also a lovely decking area with two further sun loungers on and we have an outside shower next to the pool for rinsing off before you enter or just to cool off after sunbathing.

There are numerous sun loungers available to relax by the pool with comfortable cushions on and umbrellas for shade if needed.

The villa also benefits from a lovely gentle breeze for much of the year, which can take the edge off the heat in the summer.

We have a large storage container outside (underneath the kitchen window) with lots of toys, inflatables etc for all ages to enjoy in the garden and pool.

Villa Alexia - Inside the villa:

Downstairs is a spacious contemporary open-plan design with ample room for up to 6 people to dine.

The kitchen is well equipped and boasts granite worktops, Italian units and features all mod cons including dishwasher, microwave and washing machine.

In the lounge area there are comfortable leather chairs and a satellite TV and DVD Player which can play CD's. The TV has access to lots of channels including kids and sports channels.

There is a downstairs bathroom with a toilet and sink for easy use in the daytime.

The master bedroom has a King size bed with en-suite which features WC, sink and shower. There are also patio doors leading from the master bedroom onto a balcony which allows guests to wake up to beautiful sea views from the comfort of their bed. On the balcony is a small table and 2 chairs to relax on and enjoy. The master bedroom has large fitted wardrobes and a vanity unit and TV. The bedroom benefits from blackout blinds, curtains and aircon to ensure a good nights sleep.

There are also two further double bedrooms, one has a King bed with vanity desk and the third with twin beds, and a modern family bathroom with a bath and shower.

All bedrooms have generous wardrobe space and are fitted with blackout blinds and aircon to ensure a good nights sleep for all.

The Villa is also fully air conditioned throughout with remote control adjustment. The air conditioning units have a heating option if needed in the winter months.

The Villa is very well equipped for small children with a selection of toys (inside and outside), a highchair a travel cot, chidrens cutlery, microwave and plastic plates, bowls and cups.

The villa has a reliable Wifi connection both upstairs and downstairs which also works effectively on the patio area outside.

The Aphrodite Hills golf resort is located a 5 minutes drive away which is also home to restaurants, shops and a luxury health spa. This complex includes an academy par 3 course for learners and has 2 resident professional instructors. The spacious and well-appointed clubhouse has a pro-shop and locker rooms, and the bar and restaurant terraces afford the most magnificent views over the coastline and out to sea.

There are several restaurants and bars located at Aphrodite Hills around the Village Square, including a Greek and Cypriot Taverna, sports pub and bar, Italian pizza and pasta, coffee shop and ice cream gelateria.

The restaurants of the Village Square offer a true taste of the Mediterranean in a delightful setting recreating the ambience of a traditional Cypriot village.
