Das Resort ist bei Luxury Beach Rentals erhältlich und befindet sich im Herzen des Grand Strand in einem ruhigen, familienorientierten Strandabschnitt. Diese Suite mit 4 Schlafzimmern in der 11. Etage liegt direkt am Meer und bietet einen spektakulären Blick auf den blauen Atlantik. Diese Ferienwohnung bietet ein Hauptschlafzimmer am Meer mit Kingsize-Bett und Zugang zum riesigen Balkon mit Rundumblick. Das Hauptbad bietet Granitoberflächen, Doppelwaschbecken, eine große Whirlpool-Badewanne, eine separate Dusche und einen begehbaren Kleiderschrank sowie Fliesenböden. Das zweite Zimmer bietet zwei Einzelbetten, das dritte Zimmer zwei Queensize-Betten und das vierte Schlafzimmer ein Queensize-Bett. Weitere Ausstattungsmerkmale sind Flachbildfernseher, große Waschmaschine und Trockner sowie eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Granitarbeitsplatten. Diese Wohnung schafft einen großen und geräumigen Aufenthalt für Sie und Ihre Gäste. Zu den Aktivitäten an der Unterkunft zählen der Innen- und Außenpoolkomplex mit einem Strömungskanal, Whirlpools und einem Planschbecken für Kinder mit Blick auf den Strand sowie ein Fitnesscenter und eine Liegewiese.

Property as Advertised

We stayed here for a long weekend over Easter. It worked great for our family which included three small group families. Three bathrooms were awesome. Outdoor balcony was beautiful for sunrise view but this is the 11th floor so the height might not be for everyone. Our check-in was a bit late (We couldn’t get in till about 4:30), But the pool area is open for use before that. There is no lobby or people on site to help so it is all electronic communication. The place is right on the beach, which is beautiful. It’s in a good neighborhood with restaurants and a coffee shop in walking distance. But, you’ll probably want a car to get around Myrtle Beach. It is a ways down from the touristy boardwalk area, which we thought was nice to be away from. There were enough supplies to get us through the weekend except we didn’t need extra toilet paper so throw a few rolls in your suitcase. We also brought our own beach towels. Overall, great place to stay!

Great Vacation but Corporate Ran

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a great location and place to stay. It was large enough for the extended family. It was great having direct beach access and use of the pools and hot tubs. I would recommend. However, I will be more cautious when booking corporate ran places going forward. Having only basic supplies of 1 toilet paper roll, 1 dishwasher soap run, etc is more hassle and costly than it is worth. When I stay at privately owned places all of this is taken care of. I don't have to worry about buying a small dishwasher soap so I can run the dishwasher while I'm there, etc. Also, be cautious, when staying here, if you leave the windows open to get a cross breeze (and not use the A/C), your fire alarms will go off due to the humanity. I called the corporate number and they had no clue and were not concerned. We found out from neighbors as to the humidity issue.

The facility was well maintained, quiet and convenient. When we checked in one of the AC units wasn’t working. We called and within an hour it was fixed. The management company that manages this property is great. If I had one negative I would say that the carpets are worn and torn in some areas. They need to be replaced. South Wind for The Win

First time staying at this location, we normally stay down in MB @ Sandy Beach Resort. We decided to get out of all the hustle and go for a quieter location. We absolutely loved it !! The room was large enough for 7 adults comfortably!! Let’s talk about the balcony!! We could have lived out there ! We enjoyed so much we would love to come back again!!

We were able to check in early when we called as requested. No problem with parking even when we needed a 3rd pass for a visitor. The beach was great and the balcony view was phenomenal. Furnishings were as pictured and were comfortable for us to spend hours visiting. Beds all slept comfortably. Kitchen was well equipped. Our only complaint was that there was no screen in the sliding glass door and we were specifically instructed not to leave the door open because it would set off the smoke alarms. My brother stayed at a high rise just a few blocks away and they had no such requirement. We have stayed in other condos at other beaches and never had a problem. We come to the beach when the weather is more moderate and missed being able to open the door to hear the surf and feel the breeze. Finally, we followed the restaurant recommendations provided by Luxury Rentals and had all wonderful meals and service. It was a great experience.

We had an amazing time at this property. Honestly it was above our expectations! The place is gorgeous and very spacious, breathtaking view out of the balcony, smelled very nice and no bugs whatsoever. Outstanding service too, all my requesting and questions were promptly answered. Will definitely stay there again.

Wonderful Stay

We had a great time during our stay at the Southwind Resort in Myrtle Beach. The accommodations more than met our needs. The beach was easily accessible and provided a beautiful of the ocean from the balcony. the unit also offered the necessary amenities for a group of 11 people which included 2 babies. The fire alarm went off in the unit 3 times which appeared to be related when balcony doors were open. This was the only major negative about our stay. We will consider staying here again in the future.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall positive based on being at the Beach. For the price I expect for the interior of the Condo to be top notch and it wasnt. The dining room chairs were being held together with some kind of brackets and I thought that was not great. As to the overall cleanliness I thought it was nice, But in a few of the showers there was mold, particularly in the Master, on the sill of the interior of the shower. I put that I wouldnt recommend it to someone, but I also do not know that I would stay in this unit again.
