** Neu renovierte schöne Wohnung von Luxury Beach Rentals. Das Resort befindet sich im Herzen des Grand Strand in einem recht familienorientierten Strandabschnitt. Diese Suite mit 5 Schlafzimmern in der 5. Etage liegt direkt am Meer und bietet einen spektakulären Blick auf den blauen Atlantik. Diese Ferienwohnung bietet ein Hauptschlafzimmer am Meer mit einem Kingsize-Bett und Zugang zum riesigen Balkon am Meer. Das Hauptbad bietet Granitoberflächen, Doppelwaschbecken, eine große Whirlpool-Badewanne, eine separate Dusche und einen begehbaren Kleiderschrank sowie Fliesenböden. Das zweite Schlafzimmer bietet ein Kingsize-Bett, das auf Anfrage in 2 Einzelbetten umgewandelt werden kann, das dritte Schlafzimmer bietet ein Queensize-Bett, das vierte Schlafzimmer bietet 3 Einzelbetten und 2 Ausziehbetten und das fünfte Schlafzimmer bietet ein Kingsize-Bett. Wonderful rental for large family getaway

Everything was great and as listed. The only exception was the indoor pool not available until the last day the kids were there. The outdoor pool was too cold to use and indoor was closed for repairs. We were not notified of this before our arrival. With 5 kids under 10 this was very disappointing. When checking repair status the property management said all previous renters were notified but they thought it would be fixed before our arrival so they saw no need to let us know. There were several people we spoke to who were also upset by this. We will keep unit on our list for future rental as the size and location were great.

Perfect Place!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was clearly communicated and ran smoothly. The unit itself was fantastic. Large space and beautiful views! The only thing was they were re-doing the indoor pool so the ceiling tiles were off and it looked quite rundown. We expect once it's finished it would be wonderful.

Ocean views and quiet stay!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo overall. The location was fantastic—right on the beach with direct access, which made it easy for our family to enjoy the ocean. The condo itself was clean and met our needs, though it could use a few updates. The vacuum and broom were quite worn out and could be replaced, and there weren’t enough towels provided, so we found ourselves doing laundry daily. Parking at the condo was pretty tight and would be challenging if it was peak season. Unfortunately, the pool was closed for a few days due to remediation, which was a bit disappointing for our kids, but it reopened later in our stay. Despite these small issues, the property suited our family well, and we appreciated the beautiful beachside setting.

November Perfection

We planned this trip primarily to spend time with our son who is a CCU student. Coming from the Midwest, we LOVE the beach—so chose to stay in this condo. What a perfect choice for us! Our two adult daughters were with us and their boyfriends—and we all had lots of space. Just incredible views—so clean upon check in! It was all so easy. Did our grocery shopping day one—and truly never wanted to leave the beach! From gorgeous sunrises to peaceful sunsets—it was all incredible. It was a super easy drive to campus—and wherever else we wanted to visit. (Like an awesome wine tasting at Duplim Winery! Highly recommend! Live music even!! ) Writing this review is bringing all the memories back—and making me want to return there right now! I’m picky about cleanliness—and this place was perfection! Kitchen: all you’ll need! Beach umbrellas and chairs: what a nice bonus! Pack your swim suit and towel and get there ASAP! We will be back!

Large condo/great ocean views

Condo itself was excellent. Plenty of room for our group of 8. Large family room and dining area provided plenty of room to play card games and host dinner and movie nights for all. My only concern was the pools were not cleaned daily. Property next door vacuumed their pools every morning and they sparkled. We never saw a vacuum in the pools our entire stay.

Family Time at the beach

Our fourth time at this condo. Great location and room size for a large family. There were 11 of us and it was great to be able to stay all together. Only complaint is that the master bedroom needs a new or different mattress.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was in great shape and very clean. Easy access to everything including the beach. Great location. Only issue fridge was not cool when we got there and it took to Sunday morning to get to the right temp. We did call, 3 times to be exact, and no one ever called back. We did talk to mgmt. upon our return and at first they said their was no record of us calling, than they found the messages. They also blamed it on the cleaning company leaving the fridge doors open when cleaning and said it takes time to cool back down. Sorry we have rented many times and the fridge is always ready. You start paying on the first day so everything should work on the first day. We also lost the food that was put in the fridge. Overall great place, great location, 100% clean and would always recommend this place but beware of the fridge situation.

Girls trip

We booked this condo for a short girls trip. The condo was as pictured. The views were beyond amazing! The wrap around balcony with all the chairs was a big plus. We had a couple of issues but I sent a message to the property manager and they responded right away and had the issues fixed within an hour or two. Some of the bedding had some stains on the comforter and blankets but overall the condo was perfect! The outdoor pool was being painted one of the days we were there so we couldn’t use that but that is no one’s fault. I would definitely stay here again!

Great Condo, lot's of room!

We had an amazing time at this 5 bedroom condo. It had plenty of room for the 9 of us to spread out. The pictures did represent more chairs and furniture on the balconies and there was a couple broken chairs, a dilapidated table, and the fixtures were old. I contacted them and let them know that. They should update that, the main reason why I booked this condo was because it had enough chairs for 9 of us but really there were only 4 usable ones. Other than that location was great and clean.

Great location, plenty of room!

Location great! Easy beach access and pools were well maintained and refreshing. Condo could have had more silverware-forks-only had 6 forks. No big deal as this would not prevent me from renting in the future
