Everything was as described. The unit was very clean and spacious. The view was fantastic. We were without power for a couple of hours so candles would have been nice but we were able to locate a flashlight in the unit. Overall, we had a wonderful stay.

Great vacation with 10 women ages 50-75. Had beach chairs for the beach so no need to bring. Numerous King beds was a plus for 2 “young” women sharing beds. Plenty of space. Tons of chairs on the deck to accommodate sunrises and afternoon people watching. All the kitchen utensils one might need. Absolutely fabulous. On the drive home, we booked our week for next year!

Very clean and spacious condo! Awesome ocean views! 5th floor is perfect. They had everything we needed- lots of extra towels and washcloths (the soft, thicker kind not the thin scratchy ones), beach chairs and kids beach toys were already in the closet (so great!). The kitchen was well stocked with all the cookware and dinnerware we needed. The management was responsive to our needs (minor things needed attention). We loved it!

Our family greatly enjoyed our stay and all the amenities this location had to offer. We enjoyed the short distance to the beach! It made it so easy to alternate between the beach and pools. The hosts were very responsive and willing to accommodate our needs.

Perfect Stay In Town For Graduation

The condo was clean and comfortable! Big enough for the entire family. Beautiful ocean view. Indoor pool & hot tub amenities! Everyone has their own room. Modern appliances. We did have issue with the TVs but it was resolved promptly the next day.

Wonderful rental for large family getaway

Everything was great and as listed. The only exception was the indoor pool not available until the last day the kids were there. The outdoor pool was too cold to use and indoor was closed for repairs. We were not notified of this before our arrival. With 5 kids under 10 this was very disappointing. When checking repair status the property management said all previous renters were notified but they thought it would be fixed before our arrival so they saw no need to let us know. There were several people we spoke to who were also upset by this. We will keep unit on our list for future rental as the size and location were great.

Ocean views and quiet stay!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo overall. The location was fantastic—right on the beach with direct access, which made it easy for our family to enjoy the ocean. The condo itself was clean and met our needs, though it could use a few updates. The vacuum and broom were quite worn out and could be replaced, and there weren’t enough towels provided, so we found ourselves doing laundry daily. Parking at the condo was pretty tight and would be challenging if it was peak season. Unfortunately, the pool was closed for a few days due to remediation, which was a bit disappointing for our kids, but it reopened later in our stay. Despite these small issues, the property suited our family well, and we appreciated the beautiful beachside setting.

November Perfection

We planned this trip primarily to spend time with our son who is a CCU student. Coming from the Midwest, we LOVE the beach—so chose to stay in this condo. What a perfect choice for us! Our two adult daughters were with us and their boyfriends—and we all had lots of space. Just incredible views—so clean upon check in! It was all so easy. Did our grocery shopping day one—and truly never wanted to leave the beach! From gorgeous sunrises to peaceful sunsets—it was all incredible. It was a super easy drive to campus—and wherever else we wanted to visit. (Like an awesome wine tasting at Duplim Winery! Highly recommend! Live music even!! ) Writing this review is bringing all the memories back—and making me want to return there right now! I’m picky about cleanliness—and this place was perfection! Kitchen: all you’ll need! Beach umbrellas and chairs: what a nice bonus! Pack your swim suit and towel and get there ASAP! We will be back!

Unfortunately everything was "tainted" because of that one issue, annoying clicking sound from the furnace at least once every 5 minutes 24/7. During the day it wouldn't be a big issue but at night when you're trying to rest it would keep you awake. I know there is the need for the furnace but I don't know what they need to do to have that sound gone away or muted.Other than that everything else was AWESOME.

Large condo/great ocean views

Condo itself was excellent. Plenty of room for our group of 8. Large family room and dining area provided plenty of room to play card games and host dinner and movie nights for all. My only concern was the pools were not cleaned daily. Property next door vacuumed their pools every morning and they sparkled. We never saw a vacuum in the pools our entire stay.
