Das Resort, das von Luxury Beach Rentals angeboten wird, befindet sich im Herzen des Grand Strands in einem ruhigen, familienorientierten Strandabschnitt. Diese Suite mit 4 Schlafzimmern in der 7. Etage liegt direkt am Meer und bietet eine spektakuläre Aussicht auf den blauen Atlantik. Diese Wohnung bietet ein Hauptschlafzimmer am Meer mit Kingsize-Bett und Zugang zum riesigen Balkon am Meer umwickeln. Das Master-Bad bietet Granit, Doppelwaschbecken, eine große Jacuzzi-Badewanne, eine separate Dusche und einen begehbaren Kleiderschrank sowie Fliesenböden. Das zweite Zimmer bietet zwei Einzelbetten, das dritte Zimmer bietet zwei Queensize-Betten und das vierte Schlafzimmer ein Kingsize-Bett. Die Wohnung hat auch zwei extra lange Twin Size Rollbetten für unsere Gäste. My family and I had an amazing time staying at your property. It really felt like a home away from home. I really appreciate the fact that the kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and pots and pans. The beds were comfortable and the views were amazing. We will definitely be back.

we loved the condo. The size was perfect! The location was great! We loved the pools and hot tubs. There are two hot tubs outside and one inside. There is a pool outside and inside. There is also a lazy river outside that is great! This condo is so close to the beach, with just a cross over a bridge. The only drawback is the water sprays to clean your feet off did not work as well as they should have. Parking was good also. The parking was close, but we could always find a parking place. There are tvs in every bedroom and living room. Loved the 3 baths also. A great place we would recommend. There were some stains on the outside cushions, but was so comfortable to sit on outside! Loved the balcony also! We ate breakfast at the balcony one morning and it was so nice! One rocking chair had some issues. When we texted anything, they were very good to get back!

Nice Condo

Enjoying our family stay. Not a lot of walkable restaurants. No clear communication with unit manager. We received a text that the unit was available for an early check in, only to find the door code not released until exactly the 4pm listed time. The smoke detectors go off from high humidity; showers or leaving the door open to the balcony. Never seen this in 40 years of going to Myrtle. I would stay here again!

Great location and building; unit was good, not great

Location is great and the pools and hot tubs were great for the kids. The unit is a nice unit but could use some TLC. One of the 2 air conditioners wasn’t working the entire time we were there and made the unit a bit warm during the day. Lots of scuffs on walls, patio furniture was very dirty and some of the furniture had some stains/wear and tear. Sliding doors were hard for kids to open, especially the one in the master and screen door was off its track. Bathrooms were nice but could use updating. Nothing that would ruin a trip but the condo was a little bit below the fit & finish I’m used to at the price point.

Great Stay

Great location, clean clean clean property! Only warning is you literally get 1 trashbag, 1 laundry detergent and 1 dishwasher detergent, so come prepared with own supplies. I would think for a weeks stay and the price paid the company could add a few extra. Other than that, highly recommend.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our recent stay at South Wind on the Beach overall was a great experience. We did however have issues with the cleanliness of the unit. Overall it was good, but it was obvious under beds, around the main dining table weren't vacuumed or swept around of under. As a family, we realized that we will need a bigger unit for next year's stay. The location is wonderful. The parking was great. We had 3 vehicles and never had an issue finding a parking spot. We loved that the facility was not very crowded. We rarely had to wait for an elevator. Everyone was very nice. We will definitely be back.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in Southwind 701 7/29-8/5. The condo was large with a lot space and seating areas for everyone. The view was fantastic and parking was easy and convenient. The cleaning was ok except for the master bath shower had mold and mildew all around the caulking. It was bad enough for us to purchase bleach and clean it properly. The kitchen was not stocked as you would expect for a vacation condo of this price. The bathrooms with tubs were a safety hazard and slippery without any type of shower mat. With a little attention to detail this could be a very nice vacation home.
