Great location

Property was steps from the beach with great views. Kitchen was well stocked but pans are in poor condition. If you plan on cooking use lots of oil. Check in was easy.

Great stay

Nice property and great location. Fort Pickens is right next door, and a great day of entertainment. We also loved experiencing the Blue Angels flyover on Sunday (apparently not guaranteed, but usually between 3:30 and 5:30 Sunday evening, we were told).

Right on the beach

We had a great stay! The property was right on the beach which was very convenient for our family of five. It made carrying all of the beach stuff a breeze!

Beach is steps away from your back door

Great location all around. Steps away from the beach, so close you don't even need to pack your lunch, just walk back eat and return. A closet full of beach supplies (toys, chairs and umbrellas), Steps away fromthe convenience store. You forgot something? Walk out your front door, cross the street and surly Tom Thumb has what you need. Want to go out to eat? Again, walk out your front door and Peg Legs is steps away or catch the FREE trolly to another nearby restaurant on the island.

Great location.

Location to the beach and the neighborhood were great. However, for what it costs to stay there was underwhelmed with the place. Numerous lights didn’t work, No extra toilet paper. Towel hanger hanging half way off the wall. Communication with the company that owns this was definitely lacking a bit to be desired. Difficulty keeping housecool as thermostat resets itself to 74 every few hrs it seems. Coffee table was on its last leg of remaining an upright structure. Feel like renting from an individual is better.

Premier spot for us

We love staying at the Seahorse Condominiums. Unit H could use some new furniture. Sofas are beds and when you sit down you are almost on the floor. The coffee table is unstable, flimsy.

Easy & Convenient

Communication with owners was super easy and helpful. The location was perfect- right across from Tom Thumb and Peg Leg Pete’s, plus super easy beach access. This part of the beach wasn’t very crowded either which was ideal! I would absolutely recommend this condo!

Very nice place

he property was as pictured and describe. It well suited our family of 6. It is right on the beach with convenient access to the beach. Shuttle stop across the street. Only thing is the outdoor furniture could be updated. I would recommend staying here.

This places is not cleaned. Bedbugs in sofa living room. I got bites all over my shoulders and legs. I dont recommends this place. This place is not upscale.

Beautiful beach

The views were amazing. Condo was nice, but not clean. The door to the furnace room was not attached and was just leaning. There was a lot of dust and hair in the corners, food and filth under cushions, roaches, etc.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was perfect - on the Gulf Coast with a wonderful view of the white sandy beach and the crystal blue water. Although the AC wasn't working to its fullest capacity, the property management went above and beyond our expectations to help make us comfortable. Each member of the team made us feel like they truly cared about us.

This was a tri level property. Garage(ground level), Living room and ocean front balcony, kitchen, bedroom, & bathroom (1st floor), Master bedroom with ocean front balcony and master bathroom, washer & dryer, bunk room plus double bed with private bathroom (2nd floor). Only access to garage/storage is from ground level. Access to 1st and 2nd floors from outer doors on each level, so no worries about having to carry suitcases up stairs. Inside, a spiral staircase, connects 1st and 2nd floors. The condo was small and dated. Furniture worn. Nothing fancy, but served its purpose. Location of property is beachside and across from convenience store. The smart thermostat was annoying when it would reset to 76 degrees every morning, making it a hot environment if you forgot to reset it on your way out for the day. The bedrooms upstairs were tight with the amount of furniture in each room. Had to move night stand in master bedroom to easily access bathroom. Beds are very firm. Pillows are as well. Just be aware.Overall, it served its purpose. Location was great and on the quieter end of beach and is beachfront making it a plus. Its just an awkward set up with bulky furniture and spiral stairs.

There is nothing like the beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The staff at Pensacola Beach Properties go BEYOND customer service. Their response to issues with the rental is the ONLY reason we stayed. These people care about their clients. Will use their services again! 10 stars to David and his team at Pensacola Beach Properties!
