We had a very nice stay, small issue with the bathrooms, but nothing that kept us from having a great stay. We had a very responsive and pleasant experience.

This is very close to the beach and if you have bikes or a golf cart then you can get everywhere on the island without a car.This also has a rooftop for a large number of people and a hot tub on the roof.

This place was great for location and a couple family’s! The rooftop hot tub was a hit, kitchen was nice and stocked. Very easy to check in and out, very responsive when any questions arose. My biggest complaint was the furniture. For the price, the couch shouldn’t be broken, and there were no area rugs.

Folly Beach Getaway

A beautiful property! Loved our stay here for a friends wedding. The location is perfect just a few blocks from bars and restaurants. Definitely would stay here again for our next trip to Folly Beach.

Comfortable house a couple blocks from the beach

Nice, open house is well located just a couple blocks from the beach. Quite comfortable for our extended family and the hot tub on the roof was a highlight.

The space was good but the rooms needed dressers for clothes storage. The main room is great for a group.The hot tub was a plus. The refrigerator ice maker was not working and the furniture is worn.Overall a good beach house but could use some touch ups.

Thank you for your review. There are a couple of chairs that the owner is replacing, for sure! And we wish there were room for dressers in each bedroom, but unfortunately, the owner feels that it would make the rooms more cramped and offers a closet with hangers. The fridge actually doesn't have an ice maker, which is why the owner leaves trays. We are glad that you enjoyed your stay, as it was a pleasure hosting your group!

Outstanding family vacation house

Great getaway for our extended family of 2 grandparents, 4 adults, and 4 kids. Very short walk to beach or to center street shops, lots of places to stretch out, fun to cook family meals in large kitchen or grill on the roof, and responsive mgmt. We would absolutely stay here again.

Excellent accommodations

We absolutely loved this location! The house was clean and had plenty of space for our party of 10. We visited in December, so the hot tub was a welcome commodity. The house is in a great location, with only a short walk to the beach, dining, and shopping. We would definitely recommend staying here!
