Enjoy all the wonderful delights of being right on Sydney Harbour with everything at your doorstep and still at an affordable price. This studio apartment offers all you could desire for the great stay. Perfect for exploring Sydney. Harbourside pool* (heated for 6 months of the year from October) and BBQ area* and free parking* for one car. Please note the pool area is currently closed for remedial repairs. Will accomodate 3 in total with just a single sofa bed at an additional $50 pp/pn. If only 2 and the sofa is required there is a fee of $50 for the extra linen and makeup of the sofa, please advise in advance. Ferry terminal right at your doorstep, as well as bus terminal and the famous Sails Restaurant. Luna park is only one ferry stop away. Located on the 10th level at the back of the building so no view. Two lifts*. NO AIRCONDITIONING. Please note the safe DOES NOT WORK. Pool towels are NOT SUPPLIED. Absolutely NO PARTIES, NO LOUD NOISE OR DISTURBANCES AND NO SMOKING.
PLEASE NOTE: The pool area will be closed from April 28 until further notice for resurfacing rectification work. The lifts are being replaced and only 1 will be in operation at a time for a while, there is also likely to be noise from the works being carried out. We do apologise but it is to bring you an even better experience as we try to upgrade the facilities and make your stay more comfortable for the future.

Resort style building includes reception, level access to the heated swimming pool* (which may or may not be heated at the time) and BBQ* beside the harbour, private jetty, communal entertaining area plus on site undercover parking* for one car. Just 7 minutes to the city by Ferry which is right outside the door and a 500m stroll to Blues Point Road dining and 1km to North Sydney station and CBD.
Please be sure to remove any tanning lotions, greasy creams or oils prior to getting into bed. These creams and lotions can mark, discolour and damage the linen irreparably and it is very expensive to replace and guests will be charged.
Full kitchen, totally equiped with gas oven and cooktop, microwave and everything you need.
Bathroom with easy access shower.
Parking* is in front and rear of building plus there is a 4 level undercover carpark. Spaces are not allocated, just choose where suits.
Laundries are on all odd numbered levels, so best use level 15 unless in use.
$3 wash $3 dryer - takes $1 coins.
Dispose of garbage in the laundry rooms which are directly in front of the lifts and have the level number on the door.
Enjoy the wonderful Harbour front pool* and BBQ area*.

The entire apartment is yours to enjoy along with the Pool* area and the BBQ* area. Parking* for one car is available at no extra charge.

Guests must adhere to all COVID19 restrictions and requirements. Please do not present yourself if you are COVID positive. Please advise if you are using the premises for isolation purposes. Guests are required to conduct themselves in the appropriate manner at all times to ensure the safety and well being of other occupants of the building.
The apartment is located in an exclusive area of Sydney, it is a quiet and tranquil apartment with very good neighbours. It is our humble home and we hope you will enjoy and respect it.

The Ferry wharf is only 100m, 2 minute walk. This will take you to Milsons Point, Luna Park then on to Circular Quay and the City Centre

Visit the cafe scene on Blues Point Road, an easy 7 - 15 minute walk
