Das Haus ist ein traditionelles Key West Cottage, das komplett renoviert wurde. Der Charme und die historische Elemente wurden beibehalten, während alle den Luxus von heute hinzugefügt wurden.

Es gibt ein Schlafzimmer mit Kingsize-Bett und Bad, im ersten Stock. Darüber hinaus gibt es ein WC und ein kleines Schlafzimmer mit Einzelbett im ersten Stock. Die zweite Etage verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer und ein gemeinsames Bad. Eines der Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss hat ein französisches Bett, das andere Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss zwei Einzelbetten. Die Bäder wurden komplett bei der Renovierung wieder aufgebaut. Alle Matratzen sind neu.

Auf der ersten Etage, öffnet sich ein großes Zimmer zum Pool / Terrasse. Dieser Raum ist auf die neue Küche nebeneinander. Es gibt auch ein WC und in voller Größe Waschmaschinen.

Die beste Eigenschaft des Hauses ist der beheizte Pool und Cabana. Es gibt Platz an Deck rund um den Pool, die zum Sonnen ist groß. Es ist ein Propan Grill für das Kochen im Freien. Der Pool cabana ist mit einem Sofa und Sessel bedeckt .... Dies ist der perfekte Ort für einen Cocktail am Nachmittag oder Nickerchen!

Das Grundstück ist eingezäunt und der Hof ist privat. Sobald Sie im Hof ​​sind, werden Sie nie wissen, Sie sind nur ein paar Schritte weg von der Duval Street

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had 7 family members, including kids staying here for vacation and family birthday. The house had everything we needed and comfortable beds. Plenty of room for all of us. We used the pool every day, it was nice to have it heated so we could swim at night too. The location was perfect! Although it was quiet, it was walking distance to Duval Street with lots of bars, restaurants and shopping. The management was very helpful and good about sharing information.

The property was beautiful! We loved the pool in the backyard and recovered by it every morning. Absolutely beautiful and so clean pool is amazing

This was the best vacation house absolutely Pristine clean the outdoor space amazing. The warm pool was perfect excellent location it was a dream vacation for my surprise 60th birthday with my family 7 of us plenty of space !

We so enjoyed our stay at Chick-A-Pea cottage. We spent time chatting in the cabana or lounging by the pool most of the time we were "home". The cottage is in a great location, half a block off Duval Street - lots of places within walking distance. Fun time had by all!

Can't say enough good things about Chick-A-Pea cottage! The property/home is beautiful inside & out and is wonderfully and conveniently located. There were 5 of us and it was so roomy! Comfortable beds & linens! It was super clean, stocked with essentials and the outdoor area is fantastic! Property management went above & beyond in helpfulness and friendliness! 10/10 and we hope to be back & stay again!

We really enjoyed this home. It was within walking distance of everything we wanted to do and see.

The property was very clean and the perfect size for the 6 of us. The outdoor patio area and pool were very nice and we spent a lot of time enjoying sitting outside.
