Great experience! House was clean and up to date. Plenty of amenities - pool was great and nicely private, kitchen was well-stocked and updated. Bedrooms were nice (watch the corner of the bed in the front bedroom!) and clean, as were the bathrooms. The pool house gave the kids some much-desired privacy. Convenient (especially with a golf cart) to Duval and everything you'd want to be near, while being far enough away to keep things quiet. Communication was A. Overall, a great rental.

We had a lovely stay! The Royal Escape was perfect for our family vacation. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the heated pool was wonderful. Great location -- a few blocks from Duval. Everything within walking distance.

Great secluded place that’s walking distance to food and drinks. Pool deck area was a great place for games and chillin. Overall stay was great and would stay here again.

Would definitely stay again

My wife and I (and fur baby) stayed in main house and enjoyed immensely. Our friends stayed in pool house and only complaint was some bugs and ants showed up.

The property was perfect for our group of 7. Best parts were the outdoor space/pool area, main house kitchen, location of house to the sites we wanted to visit, and the outdoor shower was a bonus fun element of the house.

Perfect location and house for a family.

House, pool and location great. We rented bikes and it was easy getting around. Grocery store walking distance. Weather AMAZING!!!

Wonderful home!

We spent 6 nights here and it was amazing! They layout of the property was so nice and there was plenty of room. The only complaint was that the bed in the pool house wasn't very comfortable but everything else far made up for that. We would definitely love to stay here again!!!

Great location in Key West

Great location in a nice neighborhood. Far enough from Duvall street that there is no noise or traffic, close enough to Duvall thats its an easy 3 block walk to all the excitment, restaraunts and coffee. Good wifi, AC in both structures. Pool was clean. Host was friendly and accomodating.
