Urlaub in Stil, Luxus und absoluter Privatsphäre in Créme de la Créme. Unsere Villa bietet einen atemberaubenden Blick auf die Berge, das Meer und das charmante Dorf in Orient Bay und ist eine 4-minütige Fahrt vom längsten und süßesten Strand der Insel entfernt.

Sie werden von unserem freundlichen Personal begrüßt, das die Villa absolut sauber hält. Jedes Detail und jeder Termin wurde nach Ihrem Geschmack ausgewählt. Alle teilen sich vier Schlafzimmer, drei Badezimmer, zwei Terrassen und einen Swimmingpool und haben Platz zum Jubeln und Ausbreiten. Individuelle Klimaanlage in jedem Zimmer sorgt für Komfort. Die Küche verfügt über alle modernen Geräte, darunter einen vielseitigen Induktionsherd. Wenn Ihre Familie nicht am Meer oder im Pool ist, bieten wir Ihnen alle gängigen Brettspiele sowie einen FOOSBALL-Tisch im Freien. TV & Stereo sind im Wohnzimmer und WIFI im gesamten.
Wir bieten die Verwendung eines wunderbaren Babyflügels an (!!)Für diejenigen, die wissen, wie man spielt. Schwimmwesten, Wasserflügel und Nudeln sorgen für Badespaß. Dies ist ein abgeschlossenes Grundstück in einer geschlossenen Wohnanlage, sodass Ihre Familie SICHER ist.

Saint Martin ist eine freundliche Insel und die Restaurants sind einfach die besten in der Karibik (frag mich einfach!). Unser Wetter ist windig und gemäßigt, und die Leute, die Sie treffen, sind entzückend. An unserem örtlichen Strand, Orient Bay, können Sie den ganzen Tag am Meer schwimmen und faulenzen, oder Sie können Jetskis mieten, einen Katamaran segeln, Kiteski fahren, windsurfen, Strandtennis spielen und die Liste geht weiter. Creme de la Creme is a beautiful property overlooking Orient Bay. Our group of 6 has stayed here three times and we love the accommodations. Matt, the owner, does everything he can to ensure his guests have an enjoyable experience as does Natesha, the property manager. We were entertained by many iguanas around the property and some in our group saw monkeys at the end of the driveway. While we spend most days at the beach, it’s also fun to spend a day at the house. The deckspace is spacious, the pool is refreshing, and the views are spectacular!

Very clean and well equipped home with a spectacular view. Check in was easy with clear instructions on finding and getting through the gates. Home guide had lots of great ideas for restaurants. On that top of a hill so a car is needed to get to the many beautiful beaches.Matt is a very attentive host.

Matt the owner was phenomenal. He reached out to us a few days prior to our stay and made island recommendations. Natasha the on-site manager was wonderful, welcoming and always a text away if we had any questions.All in all this could not have been a better stay. The villa was perfect for anyone looking for privacy in a perfect location. Very comfortable, very modern! They have gone to great lengths to make sure we had the electronics we need to stay in touch and up to date. The beach was great. The beach area has everything you need. Honestly we were 5 minutes from vibrant nightlife and a dozen food choices that were all wonderful. And the food is all VERY reasonably priced and good.The pool, the view, the privacy, all blended together for the best trip. My wife was not a big fan of the regular visits from the iguanas, but she learned to tolerate them. (Ha)Thank you Matt and Natasha, we are already looking for our return trip.

The villa was fantastic. It had everything you could possibly need and more. A private pool, a roller coaster ride daily to the villa and/or beach. Restaurants close by with stupendous food. A beautiful beach and very friendly people. We were warmly welcomed and had an extremely wonderful holiday. We will be back!!

Perfect location and responsive staff

Creme de la Creme is a beautiful villa looking down on Orient Bay. The villa is well appointed and very comfortable. The location was perfect for our daily jaunts around the island. There is a good information binder in the villa and the owner provides a very useful welcome email which is great to keep on your phone for reference. The couple of small issues we had were handled quickly and efficiently by the house manager. We highly recommend!

Our stay @ Creme de la creme, Orient Bay St Martin

My family gathered for a vacation at Matt's place overlooking Orient Bay. The house was beautiful and the layout worked well for us - 3 couples and two children. We loved the location - high above the town with beautiful views but an easy drive to the beach and lots of nice restaurants. The house is in a very quiet neighborhood, the beach was perfect. We would recommend staying here again.

Beautiful View of Orient Bay

Crème de la Crème is one of our favorite places to stay. It sits high up the mountain side overlooking Orient Bay. We are three couples who each have their own bedroom and shower space. The property has a large kitchen and a very nice outdoor eating space and a sitting area for your morning coffee. We appreciate the pool after a day on the beach where the views are breathtaking. The owner and property manager provide excellent communication and quickly address any issues that may arise. We will definitely rent this property again!!

Fantastic Orient Bay villa!

This villa was perfect for us - we stayed 6 days. Very private with no other surrounding homes above this residence. Great proximity to Orient Bay (beaches, restaurants, village, shopping). Amazing views of Orient Bay and surrounding mountains, Saint Barthelemy, sunrises, Pinel & Tintamarre islands. Clean & modern interior with upgraded bathrooms. Nice pool. Well stocked kitchen. All of the needed starter items. Great communication with the host. We hope to return!

Family fun in the sun

What a beautiful villa!!! The view, the ocean breezes and the baby grand piano all made our family vacation perfectly unforgettable!!!!We had so much fun just hanging out by the pool, playing games and cooking meals together. The villa is close to some beautiful beaches and fun activities. We kayaked to Pinel Island, snorkelled and kite boarded at Orient Bay.Matt was a very helpful and welcoming host. He couldn’t do enough for us, checked in with us a couple of times to make sure we had everything we needed and to recommend some good restaurants and places to go. Excellent views

Matt's property was even more beautiful in person. The location is at the top of a hill which can be difficult when driving a large minivan, but the views and seclusion was worth it. He had everything you could think of ready and waiting for us. And the location is very close (5 minute drive) to many restaurants and beach area. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay again myself. My friends and I had a wonderful time!

Wonderful stay at this gem of a property!

We just returned a few days ago from our lovely vacation in St. Martin. Matt’s property was perfect for our group! The views are outstanding and there was lots of room for everyone. The welcome basket was much appreciated and Matt and Natesha were great to deal with. Matt provided us with lots of information about the island before we arrived, including restaurant recommendations, store hours and day trip recommendations. Highly recommend the villa for its beautiful location and would not hesitate to book it again. Thanks Matt and Natesha!

Great Location - Oasis on a Hill Overlooking Ocean

We really enjoyed this location. It was so easy to do 5 minute drive to Orient Beach, which is the best beach location on the island. It was very quiet on the hill with stunning views, which were made easy to enjoy by the large outside patios. Loved that a good portion of the patio space was covered so you could avoid direct sun but enjoy being outside. Pool was very nice. Our daughters enjoyed using the grand piano. It was great to fill the inside with this music while making dinner. Kitchen was well equipped. Bathrooms were all very updated and spacious. Appreciated the generous welcome basket.Host was very conscientious to make sure we were doing well in the property and had what we needed, including calls in advance of our arrival.We have vacationed in many properties in SXM. We all agreed that this is the one we would go back to.

Authentic experience with beautiful view

We loved our stay at Matt’s! If you want a big cold corporate McMansion, then this isn’t for you. This is Matt’s vacation home and isn’t a carbon copy of anything else around. It’s lovely. The view was better, and the pool bigger, than the pictures would suggest. It was quiet and very private - despite being relatively close to neighbours, it’s higher up so you really wouldn’t know they were there. I have never been to a rental that was better appointed than this. Kitchen incredibly well stocked, including a very generous basket of goodies for us on our arrival. There were great toys for our toddler to play with! Linens were of a lovely quality! Loads of towels! When any issue arose, which they will on a small Caribbean island, they were addressed very promptly, any day of the week. We hope to return to Matt’s sometime soon.

Incredible home, location, and host

There is a reason this home has consistent 5 star reviews and so many great things that past guests have to say. Most importantly the owner has a real sense of what it means to get away with friends and family in beautiful Saint Martin. From the moment we booked Matt (owner) was engaged with info, suggestions, and answers to any questions that we had. In other reviews you will read and Natesha, the property manager, and everyone is absolutely right. Natesha had everything ready and met us when we arrived. There was an amazing welcome basket with many items as well as a fridge stocked with drinks and waters. No need to rush out to the grocery and it was such a a nice touch to have this upon arrival. Our stay was perfect. Pool on hot days, great breezes and views of Orient Bay, and a wonderful kitchen, grill, and dining area both inside and out. Location was excellent as well. Super U just a few minutes drive and many great restaurants just down at Orient Village. There are many options in Saint Martin/Sint Maarten and often travelers really rely on the content in reviews such as this one. For a family of 4 with 2 teenagers as well as 2 other adults I can tell you that Creme de la Creme is absolutely a great choice.

With three children all grown up and doing well, we chose to buy a luxury villa on our favorite Island, Saint Martin, in 2019. We were lucky enough to find a place with amazing and breathtaking views of Orient Bay.

Sailing is a major passion in this family, and here in Toronto, a Catalina 36 serves as our summer home. Tennis is another hobby we can't live without. Orient Bay offers us both sailing and tennis. We can rent a Hobie Cat any afternoon at the beach, from Emmanuel at SXM Wind Adventures. We can even sail to Pinel Island, which is a fabulous place to swim, imbibe drinks, and have seafood! In the mornings, we can play tennis, just seven minutes away at the American Tennis Academy: My kids have profited from great coaching with tennis pro Oliver Becaud. So this Island offers great weather, lovely people, and supports our sports addictions.

My eldest child is a 34 year-old, accomplished opera singer - a brilliant coloratura soprano, currently living in Berlin. My middle child is 27 years old, and is a property manager, in charge of 9 apartment buildings. My son is 25, and holds a bachelors degree from the Berkeley School of Music, as well as a bachelors degree from McGill University, major in international relations. He currently works for Crisis Group International, based in Brussels.

For many years, we have operated a luxury rental cottage in Ontario, known as "Sandy Shores Cottage", near Haliburton. We have 100 feet of waterfront on Eagle Lake, a
3-hour drive from Toronto. My staff and I have worked hard, for 25 years, to deliver a fabulous and well-equipped lakeside vacation to our customers.

We already had 22 years of vacation rental management, when we started Crème de la Crème. We are extremely lucky to have Natesha Wolfe and Marcellus Maturin as property manager and builder/fixer. The wonderful experience we offer would not be possible with them.

Villa Crème de la Crème is situated absolutely perfectly. It overlooks 50 or 75 nearby villas, but no villa overlooks us! Our place is perfectly private, and you can wear what you wish, or nothing at all, and it is nobody's business! Our guests treasure that freedom and privacy!

The views to the west, to the north, and to the east are all different, and all simply breathtaking. The sunrise over that ocean, morning after morning, is a gift to the early riser. Morning coffee never tasted so good anywhere else. The different kinds of sunrises, some misty, some golden, some with a brief gentle rainfall, some with mysterious low-lying clouds, well - it feels like every sunrise is different, each one a masterpiece!

Our driving time to the beach is four minutes, but we usually walk. It is 20 minutes to the beach on foot, and maybe a tad more coming back. The views are wonderful the whole way - tall palm trees, magnificent houses, 30 miles of ocean!

Saint Martin, the French side, is a tiny jewel in the Caribbean. The weather is perfect - not too hot. The social climate is very friendly, and we particularly relish seeing contrasting cultures working together, side by side, in harmony. The restaurants are the best anywhere, and the service is warmly welcoming and cheerful. The Island is small, which is great: you can drive around the whole place in an hour. You will adore all the little towns you visit, each one with its own flavour. The mountains are so gorgeous and dramatic, everywhere you drive. And - there are 37 beaches you can drive to on the Island!

Saint Martin offers sailing, tennis, volleyball, kite-skiing, zip-lining, live music, hiking, dancing, astoundingly good dining, and some of the nicest and finest people you will ever know.
