Dies ist eine schöne komplett renovierte 3 Schlafzimmer, 3 Badezimmer Wohnung, die 10 bequem Platz bietet. Die Schlafzimmer verfügen über 1 Kingsize-Bett, 3 Queensize-Betten und ein Schlafsofa. Alle Betten haben hochwertige Memory Foam-Matratzen im Tempurpedic-Stil. Es gibt 3 große Badezimmer mit Granitoberflächen und vielen Handtüchern. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner in voller Größe in der Einheit sowie einen Kühlschrank in voller Größe mit Eismaschine, Mikrowelle und Geschirrspüler. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet und mit Töpfen, Pfannen, Utensilien und Essgeschirr ausgestattet. Der Esstisch bietet Platz für 8 Personen und die Frühstücksbar für 3 Personen. Auf der Terrasse gibt es einen Gasgrill und Liegestühle, von denen aus Sie die atemberaubende Aussicht genießen können.

Weitere Merkmale der Wohnung gehören Keramikböden mit Teppichboden in den Schlafzimmern und im Dachboden. Die Wohnung verfügt über 2 neue Warmwasserspeicher, um viel heißes Wasser während Ihres Aufenthalts zu gewährleisten. Zu Unterhaltungszwecken gibt es einen 55-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher im Hauptwohnbereich und 40-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher in den Schlafzimmern. Highspeed-Internet ist mit einer Upload-Geschwindigkeit von 4 MB verfügbar.

In den Wintermonaten wird auf dem Parkplatz Schnee entfernt. Zusätzlich bietet das Skigebiet einen Skibus, der Sie von der Haustür der Hauptlodge abholt.

Sie haben Zugang zu 2 Parkplätzen sowie zu den Einrichtungen der Tamarron Lodge. Das Valley Fitness Center und der Pool befinden sich am südlichen Ende der Hauptlodge in Tamarron. Die Anlage umfasst ein Restaurant / eine Bar, ein hochmodernes Fitnesscenter (komplett mit Cardio, Gewichten und Kursen), einen Innenpool, einen ganzjährig beheizten Pool und einen Whirlpool. Die Anlage beherbergt auch ein entspannendes Massage- und Wellnesscenter. Ein Spielplatz im Freien und Feuerstellen stehen zu Ihrer Verfügung. Tennis ist gegen eine eintägige Voranmeldung ohne Platzgebühr möglich.

Die Aussicht auf die Berge ist unglaublich und großartig aus jedem Fenster in der Wohnung. Durango bietet das ganze Jahr über Abenteuer. Unsere Gäste haben jetzt die Möglichkeit, den Glacier Club's Valley-Platz zum ermäßigten Preis von 135 USD für 18-Loch-Plätze mit einem Cart zu spielen. Der Valley-Platz ist ein 18-Loch-Platz im Tamarron Resort und bietet Weltklasse-Golf auf 1.400 Fuß über dem Meeresspiegel. Wonderful place!

This condo had everything! My husband and I traveled with our 2 girls (3 and 6 months)in May to Durango. Can't beat the views from this location and it was so nice to have a place our girls could play and take naps. Very clean, super comfortable beds, and everything you need kitchen wise. Wonderful spot

The location of the property is perfect. You have access to the mountains to the north and Durango to the south. Sitting on the deck overlooking the golf course and the Hermosa Cliffs was so relaxing. There were 7 of us and there was more than enough room. I highly recommend.

Beautiful cond in a beautiful setting!

We stayed in this condo on our annual trip with our good friends. It was very comfortable and has a very well-stocked kitchen. Everything you need and more!! It is located just a few minutes from beautiful Electra Lake, where we spent a nice day relaxing and fishing. We look forward to another get-away in the future at this great place!

Best stay ever!

This has been our best vacation ever! It was very clean and the beds were so comfortable. There was lots of room for our family to spread out. The heated pools and workout area were a huge bonus! The check-in procedure was easiest I’ve ever had with a vacation rental. This condo was even better than we expected from the description. The grounds were beautiful covered with snow. The kids had a blast sledding and making snowmen! It was between Durango and Purgatory Ski Resort, so it was very convenient for all of our activities.

Did Not Want To Leave

Townhome was very clean and well stocked. Great location and golf was excellent. The master bedroom bed was very comfortable. If you are an early bird head to the patio to watch the wildlife. We saw wild turkeys, deer, coyotes, and too many birds to mention while out enjoying our coffee. Owners were wonderful to work with. Would not hesitate to rent this property again.

Absolutely wonderful!

We truly enjoyed our Spring Break at this beautiful and comfortable home! There was plenty of room for our party of six. My family of four took over the upstairs; my husband and I enjoyed the enormous master suite and our two children took over the loft area, while our friends had their privacy in the main floor bedroom. The condo came with everything we could possibly need. It was clean, cozy, and we all felt right at home. And, it was perfectly situated between the city of Durango and Purgatory Resort. The only negative part was having to leave! Thank you for allowing us to stay here!

Beautiful Condo, with everything you'll need!

What a perfect family get-away! We enjoyed every minute of our time spent in your luxurious condo! Plenty of space for everyone to relax and chill. The view of the golf course is relaxing and tranquil. We've stayed in several condos and this is the first one to supply everything you need - right down to spices and condiments, which really made it nice since we often cooked at the condo. The pool was perfect and never crowded (although a hike from the condo). The grounds were super quiet and extremely well-maintained. We went to all of the local restaurants and were never disappointed! The drive to down town Durango takes about 20 minutes, but that was never a problem for us. Thank you for such a perfect stay!!

The property was nicely updated. Everything worked well. The beds were comfortable. However, I feel the floor plan was misrepresented. I expected the loft area to be by itself. The description said it was private and could be closed off. However, the third bedroom access was through the lift area. Having 3 bathrooms was the main attraction for us and that worked well. Way too many stairs for people our age.

Great property and location!

We enjoyed our stay at your condo! The condo itself is very nice, nice furnishings, very clean, lots of room for everyone! We had 6 in our party and we had plenty of room to be comfortable. My only recommendation would be that you let guests know ahead of time to provide their own toilet paper and things like that. Maybe it was stated in the agreement , but I didn't see it. Not a big deal at all and didn't damper our good time, in the least. Also, the kitchen faucet is broken and in need of repair! Otherwise, this was a great stay. Far enough away from town to feel like you're out of the hustle, but close enough to get there quickly. We really loved it and will be back!

BEAUTIFUL

This condo is absolutely lovely!! Beautiful and comfortable furniture and décor. It was very clean and well-stocked with everything you could need for home-cooked meals or household basics that you would have at home. We LOVED the tempurpedic beds, and the pillows were divine. The surrounding area is so beautiful, and it was wonderful having my coffee on the back porch or the front balcony---the mountains--sigh! The location is perfectly situated---close enough to Durango to enjoy all that it has to offer, yet just enough out of town to feel like you are thoroughly enjoying the beauty of the countryside. It is also very close to Durango Mountain Resort where we spent part of a day and had so much fun! We highly recommend riding the ski lift to the top and taking in the views and even going on a fun little hike! We loved coming back the condo every day and I honestly could have just lived there if the "real" world weren't calling us back! Thanks for sharing such a gorgeous place with us!

Great place to stay in Durango

We chose this property because we needed a 3 bedroom vs our normal 2 bedroom. This place is very spacious! It can easily accommodate more people - even 2 families with children. The kitchen and baths were updated and well done and it was clean. We felt very comfortable and at home. The location is good - about 15 minutes to Purgatory resort which is why we visit Durango. The only reason that I didn't give this place 5 stars is no covered parking and the memory foam mattresses. We were worried about the mattresses as we are not used to memory foam, but we actually slept decently. The views are gorgeous and it seemed to be a very quiet area. I would stay here again. The main lodge is helpful in booking shuttles, they have a spa and also a restaurant. Emily, at the main lodge, went above and beyond when the weather turned ugly and we needed a shuttle last minute. We were very thankful that she was so helpful.

Overall a nice place but description leaves out a major detail

We had a nice time at this condo overall. The one thing that was very misleading about this place was the fact that the guests staying in the master bedroom upstairs have to walk through the loft bedroom to get to their bedroom. Imagine your in laws walking through you and your husband’s bedroom every morning while you’re still asleep. That really should be mentioned in the online details. Another minor irritation was that there were only 6 dinner plates in the kitchen. We had 7 adults and one 17 year old. Why have a unit that sleeps at least 10 and only 6 big plates? I will say that we had did have a problem when we first got there with missing kitchen towels and the owner was very quick to respond and fix the situation so that was appreciated.

We live in Texas. We have 6 children and one grandchild. We love the outdoors and first visited Durango back in 2012. We were in love with this quaint mountain town in the valley. The views are breathtaking. We love to visit Durango during all seasons and take advantage of everything it has to offer.

Situated off of highway 550, or what is called the "million dollar highway", Tamarron resort is located half way between the town of Durango and Purgatory ski resort. It is a truly beautiful setting amidst red cliffs, tall pines, and shimmering aspen. Tamarron is the only resort in the area that offers all the amenities that you would want on your vacation getaway. The condo has been completely remodeled offering all the amenities of home.
