My wife and I were looking for a great setup where we could both work during the day and then hike and bike after work, this property delivered. The upstairs bedroom has a large monitor (I brought two, on of which I didn't need) and has a comfortable desk and chair. The downstairs bedroom has a smaller desk where my wife worked, the LAN drop even worked for her phone. I even was called upon to do a work trip while staying here and found that I could get to my destination easily from DRO. The gym at Tamarron is fantastic for a vacation property and rivals the best hotel gyms. We also liked the location which is makes it easy to get to town or to the high-county hiking and trails above Purgatory. In terms of the setup we found the supplies provided by VRC to be more than adequate and the home had everything we needed to cook. There are a lot of steps to this place which is disclosed in the description so It was a little tiring hauling my bike up the stairs and quite the workout moving in and out. The wildlife around Tamarron was cool, we saw a black bear twice. It lingered for quite a while digging in the mulch, there are also numerous turkeys, deer, and squirrels.VRC was super responsive and easy to deal with. We extended our stay on day and that was easily done.All in all a great experience.
