This is a very well appointed and spacious 3 bedroom apartment. The location is convenient to trolly and bus routes. The neighborhood is quiet as compared to the French Quarter plus has a very nice market and restaurants in the area too. I would definitely stay here again.

From start to finish this was an excellent experience. Great communication from the owner, fantastic location, and a beautiful home. Walking distance to the super dome, french quarter, and many restaurants close by. This was a wonderful stay!

Great apartment close to everything you need for a fabulous stay in the NOLA Warehouse District. Chris is a great host and was readily available for any questions during our stay. I've stayed at multiple VRBOs in the Warehouse District, and this was by far my favorite.

We ended this Girls trip in NoLA and it was such a welcome break from the traveling fiasco we had before. The apartment was spacious and we felt safe. The elevator opened to the floor and key access was needed. Beds were super comfortable. The apartment had a lot of upscale amenities, which we appreciated after roughing it out. We would have loved for some starter coffee pods, sugar, creamer. Good thing there’s a grocery store across the street! Chris did warn us that the hot water took a bit to come in and water pressure wasn’t the best but everything else was fantastic. We loved being able to walk to the French Quarter. Thank you.

Thank you for ending your girls’ trip with us, I’m glad it was a welcome break after the travel chaos. A big space to gather and a private bath in every bedroom really does make group stays easier, and being able to walk to the French Quarter is hard to beat. So glad you loved the beds; Since you asked me for the brands I’ll look and send to you once the current guests check out. Coffee pods are stocked in the drawer under the machine, and I’ll make them easier to spot. I’ll also check the shower aerators to make sure there’s no clog. Please reach out anytime during a stay and I’m happy to come by and check on anything. Hope to host you again soon!

The condo was very spacious and had everything we needed for our 7 day stay with twin 3 year olds. Parking was a breeze. We kept the car on the street right outside. Definitely a high end accommodation setup for hosting.

Our family traveled to New Orleans for a wedding and we stayed at this beautiful property in the heart of the city! The location was excellent, walking distance to restaurants, grocery store and easy access to other downtown locations. The place is well decorated, comfortable, and has quality bedding and towels for use. Our host, Chris, was excellent and we highly recommend staying here. I look forward to staying here again when we come back to New Orleans.
