We do not host locals. Locals who book and do not reach out prior, will automatically be cancelled.

We have a strict 6 person max occupancy at all times. No parties or gatherings of any kind.

There is a city required decibel monitoring device in the home. It does not record, it just sends notification if the noise goes above a certain threshold.

No smoking in home.

All above violations will be fined $1000.
