7 Depper - Haustiere erlaubt Beach House

We enjoyed hosting Lynette and look forward to her return. Holiday Rentals Team

Hi Martine, Thank you for your review! Yes, this is a very welcoming place for our furry friends with beaches and parks and cafes to visit. We are so glad you enjoyed your stay with us and hope to see you again soon. Regards, Wendy and the Team at Sunshine Beach Real Estate Holiday Rentals

Hi Beatriz Thank you so much for letting me know, and I’m so sorry that the carpet didn't meet the standard you expected! With the back-to-back bookings during the school holidays, it’s clear the cleaning team rushed and missed some spots, which is definitely not the level of quality we aim to provide. I really appreciate you bringing it to my attention so I can follow up with them to ensure it’s handled more thoroughly for future guests. Thank you again for your understanding, and we hope you had a wonderful stay otherwise! Safe travels, and we'd love to host you again next time you're in the area. Warmly, Wendy

Thanks Inga! We would love to see you in Sunshine again! Penny

Thank you for your feedback Martine. Hope you come and see us again soon! Regards, The Holiday Team at Sunshine Beach Real Estate

Hi Kirsty, We are so pleased you enjoyed your stay at this lovely little Sunshine Beach property. It is definitely one of our most popular pet friendly stays and a well-loved little spot. The property is fully fenced on its perimeter with an additional gate at the side. It is super secure for kids and pets. We have restocked the property with coat hangers and only wish we knew you needed these during your stay as we would have dropped them to you same day. We would love to have you back and will ensure next time that the housekeepers have the home fully stocked with all the things that your make your stay the most enjoyable. Look forward to seeing you again soon! The Holiday Rentals Team

Hi Tiana We are so pleased to know you enjoyed your stay in this fabulous cottage. We appreciate your lovely review thank you. We'd love to welcome you back! Just let us know when you are planning to return and we will be pleased to assist you. Kind regards Sunshine Beach Real Estate

As a professional real estate agency with over 70 properties, hundreds and hundreds of fabulous reviews, and a huge return guest clientele receiving this review is a shock to us. We do not provide our guests with dangerous or poorly maintained properties and the claims made in this review are grossly misrepresentitive of the property and our services. After the property was professionally re-painted using non-toxic paints, 7 guests and the property owner stayed in the property. The cleaners also attended after each stay. Not one of the prior guests, nor the guests who followed this reviewers stay mentioned any concern over paint fumes or paint spills, nor any other matter. In fact the majority of them provided us with feedback and their feedback was nothing but positive. The Owners recent renovations to the bathrooms and the re-painting of the home both internally and externally simply proves that they take pride in their home. Following this guests report of rodent activity on her last night at the property we had the property inspected by a professional pest technician. The contractor reported finding evidence of a mouse but confirmed there was no infestation at the property, stating it would not have been in residence very long at all. This unexpected issue has been immediately addressed. He also advised that it was not 'mouse droppings' on the childrens bunk beds but what is known as 'fiscal', which is tiny black 'dirt' pushed out by ants. The gardens are maintained on a regular basis but it is not surprising that a palm frond might have fallen during the occupants stay, due to the lovely lush tropical surrounds of this peaceful pet friendly holiday home. Should we ever receive a complaint from a guest we are responsive and fair. Unfortunately this guest appears to have been after a free holiday and when this was not granted, she has made an attempt to tarnish the reputation of this property and our agency. If you are considering holidaying in this property please read the other lovely reviews, and feel free to contact us in person if you have any questions. We look forward to seeing you in Sunshine Beach!
