We had a group of 15 and there are lots of places for people to have their own space to read or have alone time in addition to lots of spaces that can accomodate everyone as a group. Walk into town is about 20 minutes. Easy to get an uber if you need one. Pool is amazing and outdoor shower was a big bonus!

A gorgeous house in an amazing location. A quick bike or Uber ride from downtown Nantucket - or a short 12-15 min walk. The home was perfect for a large family gathering. 7 adults and one 11 yo. Plenty of bedrooms and spaces for everyone to have privacy or gather together. The upstairs kids loft w 6 beds over a game room w ping pong and foosball tables was a huge hit w the 11 yo. Everyone enjoyed the well equipped kitchen and large dining room with 2 tables - seating for probably 20. The beautiful heated pool (and fire pit) were also a favorite. (The host left skewers for s‘mores which we used!) Some bedrooms lacked closets - mildly annoying but the owner had installed swinging clothing racks which helped. More bathrooms would also be nice for so many people - but a great (heated) outdoor shower helped a lot. Once it was discovered, it quickly became everyone’s favorite. The host was responsive when questions arose. (He did scare us a bit w a VERY detailed (and slightly intimidating) description of Nantucket’s recycling rules requiring VERY STRICT ADHERENCE to trash separation - but separate trash cans clearly labeled w do’s and dont’s helped a lot. This was a first trip to Nantucket for all of us - to celebrate my husband and my 50th anniversary- and partly thanks to this home, we all fell in love with Nantucket and want to return.

We had an excellent stay at David's property. It exceeded our expectations - the setting is beautiful at the end of a quiet road with view onto a meadow, so peaceful yet very close to town. Pretty walk to town and quick bike ride. Yard is beautiful maintained and the pool very welcome. Inside the house everything was clean and very practical. Check in with the code was easy and the kitchen very well stocked. Great value Thank you!

Great stay on Nantucket

Very nice property, a short walk from town with easy accesss to all parts of the island. Pool/yard a big hit with the entire family, nature preserve backing up to the property made for quiet, peaceful mornings and nights.

Amazing property, great location, A++ stay!

Location was so incredibly convenient to town, the property was very clean and had TONS of room for 12 of us, amazing views out the back of the house, and very comfortable. Property owner was accommodating and kind, highly recommend this property!

Perfect Group Getaway

Beautiful home, that is perfect for a big group. A lot of different rooms in the house so people can also have their privacy if needed. Walk to town was a solid 15 minutes but didn't mind the walk whatsoever. The island of Natucket is fabolous this time of year. Would reccomend to all!

Amazing Vacation on Nantucket!

Beautiful property

Every September we do a friends trip to Nantucket. This yea, we were lucky enough to stay at this location. The outdoor space is amazing with a heated pool and fire pit. The house isn’t far from town. The host was very communicative and answered any questions we had. We all hope to return next year!

Great Nantucket Get Away

This home was in the perfect location to be close to town. The kids loved having the bikes to use. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to make a breakfast at home. Double washer and dryers made laundry easy. The pool and gas fire pit were a great addition!

Centerpiece of a great vacation!

This house was as advertised! Our group was three families of four, with kids wanting from 9-14. We had only bikes, and were able to get to beaches, stores, restaurants, and of course the Cisco brewery from this house. Even with the great access to all these amazing locales, the house itself was the best part of the vacation. Beautiful pool, great fire pit, well-supplied kitchen, and a spacious and secluded yard made for hours and hours of memories for this travel group. David was great with his communication, and all the necessary VRBO administrative stuff was paired with extremely helpful information about the property, how to make things work, and where to find things, etc. We are already looking forward to planning a return trip to Nantucket, but only if we can get this house again!!

Perfect Friends Getaway

David's home is large and spacious which is such a rare find on island! It comfortably fit our group of 14. We loved that it backed up to the bog and felt very private. There's so much to do on property between the pool, bbq, and indoor amenities - and town is only a short walk away. We look forward to staying again in the future!

Best weekend ever!

This home makes for a picture perfect weekend. The property is beautiful and isolated from other neighboring homes. The pool was heated to 85 degrees and we truly just relaxed and soaked up the sun. Highly recommend to anyone going to Nantucket with a large group!

Would stay again!

Great house, just as advertised. Plenty of space for our group of adults. Exterior was stunning! The lot is huge and well manicured, and it backs up to a meadow. We saw deer and rabbits every day. Pool is a highlight, of course. Plenty of outdoor furniture. Loved the outdoor shower and game room. Location was great for us, as we had a car, although it is walkable to town for coffee/exercise/etc. We had one minor plumbing issue that David took care of right away. Excellent stay. We will be back!
