Luxuriously appointed spacious home with two primary bedroom suites!

Lowkey Local is an updated vacation home close to town yet on a quiet road with a large backyard abutting conservation land. It's very quiet and private, and ideal for a large family or two families traveling together.

First Floor: From front stoop, enter into a spacious and bright living room, which is open to the dining area with two large tables and a long window seat. The kitchen has been recently updated, is well equipped and flows easily to outdoor dining on the sunny back deck. The first floor master bedroom suite has a king bed, private bath, and large walk-in closet. A powder room is located just off the living room.

Second Floor: The stairs lead to a spacious second floor landing with a hall bath with two sinks and a tub/shower. Two bedrooms (one queen and one with two twin beds) share the hall bath. The second floor master suite has a king bed and full bath (tub/shower).

Lower Level: The lower level walk-out consists of a living room with TV, a beverage refrigerator, a bedroom with double bunk beds, laundry room and storage room. The lower level leads out to the updated outdoor shower, and serves as convenient access for bringing in wet towels from the beach.

Other Details: This is a newly renovated, cheerfully decorated, and well equipped house in a quiet area near Town. The sunny back deck with grill offers a comfortable seating area with umbrella, and dining table with umbrella ... great Madaket sunsets from the deck! The house has extended back and side yards, perfect for kids to play while the adults gather on the deck. You will have easy access to the Madaket bike path and are very close to the top of Main Street.

The home is appointed with high end appliances, 2 washer/dryers, and high quality bed linens and towels. The kitchen has two coffee makers (drip and Keurig), and every tool you could need for cooking, baking or grilling. There are beach towels and beach chairs, a beach umbrella, multiple coolers, boogie boards and beach toys for your use. It also has a spin bike, hand weights, yoga mat and exercise ball. We have a pack-n-play for your little one, as well as board games, books and puzzles in the event of a rain day. The house also features a ROKU TV to stream all your favorite shows, plus a Sonos system throughout. The house has a fast, wireless internet.

Rates do not include a State tax of 5.7% and a Nantucket tax of 6%, which will be added to any lease of less than 32 days.

The house has an outside security camera for monitoring the outside of the property for safety and security only. There is no surveillance device of any form inside the property and the owners absolutely respect your right to privacy.

We do require a seven night minimum during July and August.
