Casa Vacanze Villa Le Sirene ist ein Palast aus dem 17. Jahrhundert, der kürzlich im Herzen von Positano mit Blick auf die berühmte Spiaggia Grande restauriert wurde. Die Villa befindet sich in einer herrlichen und sehr zentralen Lage.
Es gibt 67 Schritte von der Hauptstraße Viale Pasitea.
Dies ist ein Loft-Apartment für zwei bis drei Personen, groß ca. 60 m²,

Es verfügt über einen großen Wohnbereich mit 2 Sofas in einem TV-Bereich und einen Essbereich. Das Zimmer ist doppel-Volumen, sehr hoch mit traditionellen Kuppel-Decken.

Doppel-Türen öffnen sich auf eine Veranda, die die Hauptkirche von Positano, Santa Maria Assunta mit Blick auf, und dem Hauptstrand, Spiaggia Grande.

Das Schlafzimmer befindet sich auf dem Dachboden und es gibt ein Doppelbett sowie ein zusätzliches Einzelbett.

Angrenzend an den Wohnbereich befindet sich die voll ausgestattete Küche und von hier aus gelangt man auf die Veranda mit Blick auf Spiaggia Grande, dem Hauptstrand von Positano, der ideale Ort für romantische Abendessen. Der Zugang zur Villa Le Sirene ist mit duftenden Blumen bedeckt

Auf dieser Ebene befindet sich ein Badezimmer mit Dusche.

Amazing views

The villa was amazing. The view was perfect and the pictures didn’t do the inside of the villa justice. Everything was beautiful and we really enjoyed our stay. The host was very communicative and helpful as well!

Beautiful villa, view and village

The most stunning place we have ever been! The owners are so nice as is everyone we met. We have stayed here 3 times and are booked again for next year. My happy place! Do not hesitate to book this villa.

Our one & only Positano week

Beautifully furnished fabulous view but kitchen Utensils, handles needed cleaning. Bed very hard. Basic Electricity charge is annoying. 56 stairs to road is challenging; as is 261 to beach! In a stunningly beautiful part of the world

Dear Miss Irene Good morning Hope evrything is ok with you thank you for the review you left for me In my heart I got the impression that you could not wait to get the review for me ..... if you have found unclean tools and handles (as you say), I apologize, ofcourse , but I totally disagree with the stairs, the electricity and the rest..... " Dishonest in my Opinion" We are honest people, and as I always do, before making my bookings, let my guests know about everything you need to know and how Positano is, if you have ever read a book about or simple guides, it It's called "The Veritcal City", it is not a coincidence, PLEASE read well all my "ANSWERS" I've provided to you before accepting your booking request , concerning Elcectrical usage & stairs ) about Electricity, if it was a problem " Annoing problem " !!! Why you did not tell me right away ? The stairs ... If they were a problem , why you did not tell me right away? the bed is hard .... sorry, we are in italy, and these is an eccellent orthopedic mattresses that we use, then your judgment may be purely subjective, also.. you could informed me soon since we have available ALWAYS on request an " extra soft" materasse to put on .... it WAS FREE OF CHARGE One last thing ! Did the free luggage transport from the road & for the pier not bother you? Oh No!, did the basket fruit , coffee, , Prosecco , sugar etc... not bother you? Oh No ... Next time, instead to count each single stairs & . to chek maniacally all the kitchen ... without cook ... please enjoy more this beautifull part of the warld & be Happy.... Thank you I

Our Positano experience

My friend and I were very happy with the accommodations and the hospitality of the hosts. The location is perfect as it affords you awesome views both of the sea and directly down to the village, as well as the mountains to the north from two picturesque balconies. There are steps but that is what defines Positano...right? The condo is large and spacious, with all the necessary amenities. We had a lot of rain the week of our visit, so spent more time in the condo than we had hoped but found it quite comfortable. I would recommend both the condo and the gracious hosts who were quite helpful during the course of our visit. We hope to someday return as missed doing "path of the gods" as the weather was uncooperative.

Best of everything in Positano

My husband and I stayed here in late August, early September. The apartment is exactly like it is shown on the web. It's absolutely lovely with two balconies! We spent many evenings watching the sunset and the people around the church square below, while enjoying a lovely bottle of wine. Chiara and her husband were the absolute best hosts! I do recommend you remember Positano is very hilly, so pack light! The porters had to carry our luggage down the steep stairs to the apartment when we arrived. It is a long, steep walk either up or down, but we found the exercise exhilarating, after the first day! I would highly recommend Villa Le Sirene, for its location, beauty and lovely hosts! Thanks Chiara! By the way, she makes the best chocolate/almond cake! It was very rich, but delicious!

Incredible stay

We got so lucky with this stay! It was the perfect location. Not too high up, perfect distance from the beach and from restaurants up higher, right in the middle. We would have been miserable staying anywhere higher!! The view was once in a lifetime and the villa was spacious. Giusepe and Chiara were helpful and friendly. Chiara responded quickly to questions and provided recommendations. Giusepe accommodated an early check in with little notice as our taxi arrived earlier than expected, and accommodated a different check out time due to our early departure. They even left a bottle of champagne for us and let us pick lemons from their garden. The flowers are incredible! You do have to pay for your electricity use in cash upon checkout along with the tourist tax. The bathroom did have some ants in the shower, but, it is so worth it for the view! You literally shower with a stunning view of the beach and town. It is everything you see in the listing and so much more amazing in person! Thank you for the best start to our honeymoon!

You MUST stay here! Perfection! We'll be back! Above & Beyond our expectations!

I cannot say enough good things about this property or the owners, Guiseppe and Chiara. I booked this property nearly a year in advance of our anticipated stay, and my communications were responded to timely and all my questions were answered. We rented 2/3 available apartments in this building, all owned by Guiseppe & Chiara. We rented the studio/efficiency with the Queen bed, and the loft apartment. We were four adults (one married couple and two adult women). These two apartments have a shared entrance with individual locking entrances within. Everything was as described and in nice condition. All the amenities were there. We didn't need parking, and we didn't cook while we were there. The steps are as described, but if you have never been to Positano before, you will still be unprepared, even after having read the descriptions. Get in shape before you go. Find a stairmaster and use it :) When we arrived, our driver phoned ahead to make sure the porters would be there and ready to carry your luggage down the stairs. This is included in your rent. They will be arranged for your departure as well. Pack as lightly as possible. Also be aware that in Positano, no one has clothes dryers. What they call a clothes dryer, in the US we call a drying rack. So bring clothes that are lightweight and will dry quickly. This property is well maintained and clean. The owners are friendly and available. The A/C works well, but if you are in the loft apartment, the upstairs can get a bit stuffy as the air doesn't move well up there. It helps to close the curtain between the main room and the kitchen at night. Just a tip. We were also welcomed to use items from the garden although because of the time of our stay. this really meant only the yummy lemons! WHEN I return to Positano, I will stay here again. There is nothing that can be improved upon. The location is perfect. The accommodations are wonderful. The landlords are lovely. The rent is more than fair. If you look at the availability on their calendar, you will see that these apartments are rented out very far in advance, and there is good reason for this. You must stay here. Thank you for such a lovely stay. We enjoyed our stay in Positano very much, and when we plan our return we will stay in your lovely apartment again. And the Easter cake was delicious! Impressive location and a fabulous villa!

Location, location, location. Villa is just as pictured. Spacious and phenomenal views. Would highly recommend this villa. We called it home for 4 weeks and it did not disappoint. The hosts were very responsive and provided a bottle of wine, fruit and local cookies/sweets upon on arrival. Steps are a fact of life in Positano, so don’t let that deter you from visiting. You overlook the beach, and church so you have a view of all the “action” if you just want to observe from the balcony.

Wonderful stay in Positano

This was our first time in Positano and we will certainly be be back. We were greeted by our hosts and they were available to us throughout the stay. The apartment was well equipped and located on the hill (then again, everywhere is on a hill) with panoramic views of Positano. Stairs lead to anywhere & everywhere - the beach, shops, ferries, bus and cafes & restaurants. Our favourite for dinner was Cafe Positano. Overall a wonderful stay in a beautiful part of the world. Thanks again to our hosts for making this a memorable stay. Robert & Allison (Sydney).

A perfect apartment in a perfect location!

Our gracious hosts could not have been more attentive. They provided a lovely apartment, well appointed with a incredible view. They met us in a convenient location, arranged for porters to carry our luggage to the apartment when we arrived and to pick it up when we departed. We were greeted with a bottle of wine, fresh fruit, wonderful pastries and coffee and cream. Chiarra and Giuseppe explained every detail of operation of the apartment. They exceeded our expectations. We hope some day to return.

From the magnificent view and the soothing sound of the waves ... to the beautiful decor inside and the warmth of our hosts... we had everything we needed and MORE!! Spectacular loft style apartment with lots of room and some of the most incredible views in Positano

This is a spectacular apartment in Positano and we had a wonderful week staying here! The views are amazing and the overall service and experience from the moment we reserved to the day we left was perfect. We especially enjoyed the open loft style bedroom and the living room French doors which we kept open every night to enjoy the cool breezes and air. The location is perfect - you can take a flight of stairs directly to the upper road where there is a small grocery store and several nice restaurants or you can take a picturesque stairway directly to the town close to the beach. Although there are a lot of stairs, the views are amazing and we took our time walking up and down to enjoy these views. We've stayed at other apartments in Positano and other places in Europe and quite simply, this was the best! We'll definitely be back soon!

Fantastic property, and best views in Positano!

This wasn't our first time staying at Villa Le Sirene. We've been here twice before and had a great experience each time! The owners Chiara and Giuseppe go out of their way to make your stay special and memorable. The views out of these apartments are the best in Positano! Don't hesitate to book, you'll be glad you did, especially when you enjoy your breakfast on the balcony each morning. :) The villa is just a short stroll from the center, and there is a grocery store just a few steps from it. Highly recommend this property.

All we can say is WOW

Chiara & Giuseppe were OUTSTANDING hosts. Upon arrival, we were greeted by them both and given a tour of their beautiful property. They were so generous offering us a bottle of wine and fresh pastries and fruit, they really made us feel as if we were at home. The kitchen was well stocked and the washer and dryer was a plus!! Overall, what an incredible property and authentic Italian hospitality. Our friends were staying at a hotel up the road where they paid upwards of $500 a night and their place did not compare to size, view, and home comfort of this location. Chiara even offered me sauce tips as I was cooking one evening and Giuseppe allowed me to tour the garden on the property and use some of his ripe tomatoes. If you want an authentic Italian experience with wonderful hospitality, views, and property -- Look no further. I will be sending my parents here and I can't wait for them to experience this. Bravo Chiara & Giuseppe. Gaby and I consider you family and we can't wait to be back!

Heaven on earth

I had wanted to go to Positano since the 1980's. I had once heard it was like "Heaven on earth" and it is. I am not a night owl, but many nights would sit on the balcony listening to the City and taking in all of the lights. Chiara and Giuseppe are so kind and very helpful. I cannot voice enough about the amazing view from our villa. The villa was great...very spacious. We cannot wait to visit again! Thank you Chiara and Giuseppe for sharing your home with us.

Beautiful Villa!

My husband and I greatly enjoyed our stay in this fantastic loft apartment in September. The location is perfectly situated to the beach, restaurants, grocery and city center. Our hosts provided us with very good recommendations and a cell phone which was most useful when making dinner reservations. It was unexpected and very special that they had fresh fruit, wine and limoncello for us upon our arrival! The apartment is well appointed providing everything you will need for a wonderful holiday! All you need is to bring yourselves and enjoy Positano! Do take advantage of the limo service that they recommend for transport to and from the airport and for a day trip to enjoy the surrounding area. There is a small charge for electrical usage payable at the end of your stay which is very reasonable and understandable. We plan to return again next summer with our family and would not consider staying anywhere else! Thank you Chiara and Giuseppe!

Amazing roomie loft

My wife and I spent 2 wonderful weeks at Chiara and Jove beautiful loft. The views were spectacular and the accommodations fabulous. We had so much room we could have brought more people. Our hosts Chiara and Jove were gracious and very helpful with recommendations and any special needs we had. This loft is ideally located to explore Positano and the surrounding cities. We hiked the Path of the gods three times and getting to the start and returning was pretty easy from this location. We highly recommend staying here!

Awaken each morning to an UNFORGETTABLE VIEW and the sound of the sea lapping at the shoreline

My husband and I just returned with magical memories from an amazing one-week stay in Positano at the lovely Le Sirene (Loft) Apartment. I don’t think I’ll ever forget that amazing view and the memory of being awakened each morning to the sound of the sea lapping at the shoreline. The hosts, Chiara and Giuseppe, were warm and welcoming and provided us with the most beautiful bowl of fresh fruits, a bottle of wine and waters, coffee, biscotti, bread, etc., a cell phone for us to make local calls…lots of lovely extras. The best part of the apartment is the UNFORGETTABLE view and the fact that you can open all of the windows and doors and have a lovely breeze flowing through the apartment day or night. We’ve been everywhere in Positano and in our opinion, it really provides the best overall view of the village, the church, and the beach. It’s wonderful to see how the view changes from day to evening -- comfortable, filled with light and open… come to mind. The beds were comfortable and the fact that there is good working air conditioning is a huge plus if the weather turns really warm which it did a few nights while we were there. At the top of the stairs from the apartment is Café Positano which among other things, makes a wonderful ham and cheese omelet and great pizzas. Also, there is a grocery just a few steps away which made it so easy to get stocked up for the week. We liked taking the stairs down to the village for dinners each night. We would not hesitate to return – next time we would like to rent the larger apartment just below with the larger balcony and kitchen if we travel with friends. Chiara was kind enough to show it to us and it looks amazing!

Our 2nd Stay at Villa Le Sirene!

My mother, daughter, and I stayed at Villa Le Sirene in June of 2012. We LOVED the stay in this villa so much that we made it back in July of 2014. It took a bit of saving but we did it. I'd love to come back in another few years!!! The villa was every bit as wonderful as we remembered. Amazing views, very clean, and the most gracious hosts ever. We rented both the loft (Apt 1) and the other bedroom (Apt 2) because this time my husband joined us. There is something magical about sitting on the patio, having a glass of wine, and just listening to the sea and the people at the beach and square below. My husband chose that nightly glass of wine ritual on the patio as his favorite memory of our 2 week European trip. My favorite memory, once again, was leaving the windows open as I fell asleep to the sounds of the sea and singing from the the city below. Chiara and Giuseppe are amazing hosts. They truly care and make sure you enjoy your stay. Giuseppe made sure that we were comfortable going into the garden to get fresh lemons and tomatoes. They called porters and made sure they were there to take our luggage as we arrived and left. Just overall gracious hosts! (Chiara, I hope to make it back someday and I'd like to go to lunch together!) Perfect location, extremely clean, gracious hosts--yes, I'd recommend this apartment to others and yes, I hope to come back someday. Ciao!

Beautiful View, Wonderful Hosts

This is a very nice place. Our apartment was the loft one, full of character with interesting antique furniture in a recently renovated and updated apartment and building. The views are magnificent overlooking the beach and the main church from the 2 small balconies. The kitchen is compact, very efficient and well equipped including thoughtful supplies such as coffee, tea, water etc. and even a bottle of wine ! Huge lemons grow just outside and they kindly put some on the dining room table for us. There is a large TV with international channels, free wifi and a cell phone provided. Air conditioning and heating which worked very well. The owners hosts, Joseph and Chiarra were very charming and helpful spending a lot of time with us to get us settled in and providing all sorts of local information, maps etc. They put us in touch with a good local driver, Vincenzo, who we used for transfers to the Salerno train station. Otherwise we used the local SITA bus to travel along the Amalfi coast, convenient and cheap. Access is via a narrow "street" of steep stairs but Joseph and Chiarra thoughtfully arrange for porters to carry your luggage without extra cost. As we walked about in town we often saw them which is reassuring to know they are close by. They kindly kept our luggage for us on our check out day so we could enjoy our last precious moments sunning on the beach, getting a tasty gelatto. We were very comfortable, very happy with the place which really adds to the overall enjoyment of beautiful Positano.

A Room With A View

We have been back from our vacation months ago so this is long overdue, but our hearts are still in Positano. We have been reliving our experiences as we write our travelogue. Every year for our anniversary, we "go away." We decided to celebrate our 23rd anniversary in Italy again. But this time, in Positano. We spent 10 magnificent days in the Amalfi Coast, Positano as our base, and Villa Le Sirene as our home. It is a beautifully restored villa with sweeping views of Spiaggia Grande, the dome of Santa Maria Assunta, the Mediterranean, the hills of Montepertuso and Praiano. I booked the villa based on the rave reviews from guests who have stayed there. After spending almost two weeks there, we have no choice but to agree wholeheartedly!! We absolutely loved the villa, the location, the breathtaking views, the comforts of having one's own kitchen and everything you may need or want away from home. Chiara and Giuseppe thought of everything for their guests: porters to carry the bags to/from the villa, wi-fi, a cell phone, a bottle of wine, coffee and even a pastry as our welcome gift. They are the ultimate hosts to an amazing property!!!
