WENN Sie interessiert sind, MÜSSEN SIE E-MAIL BUCHEN !!!! WIR HABEN 4 EINHEITEN SO, WENN DIES NICHT VERFÜGBAR IST ODER TEXT MIR. 2 sind PENTHOUSE! Neue Upgrades für 2019 und der Großteil der Einheit wurde gerade neu gestrichen, 5 Sterne aus einem bestimmten Grund. Dieses Penthouse verfügt über eine riesige Terrassenfläche wie keine andere Einheit mit LEDs, die nur an der Bar und der überdachten Terrasse hinzugefügt wurden BBQ Der LR ist sehr groß und mit seinen riesigen Triple Slider Glastüren öffnet er sich weit, so dass Sie die frische Meeresluft einlassen oder auf den Ozean blicken können. Der LR hat auch eine neu hinzugefügte Sleeper Ottoman auf der großen Wickelcouch, und ein Mini-Split-AC / Heizung wurde gerade hinzugefügt, um es im Sommer kühl und warm im Winter zu halten. Neue Küche Micro und Geschirrspüler hinzugefügt Ende 2015. Und erst Ende 2018 ein neuer Edelstahl-Kühl / Gefrierschrank mit Eis- und Wasserspender. Diese Einheit ist eine gut ausgestattete und eingerichtete Penthouse und es hat seinen eigenen privaten Balkon mit automatischer LED-Beleuchtung in der BBQ BAR Bereich, Sitzplätze 10 plus an der Bar, komplett mit einem Kühlschrank und Spüle und die atemberaubende OCEAN VIEWS- Es Sitze weitere 30 - 40 Plus in anderen Bereichen der Terrasse auf einer Vielzahl von 5 Sofas und viele Liegestühle, werden Sie nie überfüllt sein !. Oh, und es hat auch einen Gas-Feuerstelle Sitzbereich für romantische kühlere Abende. Es verfügt über 3 BR und 3 Bäder mit 5 Fernsehern - 4 Flachbildschirme - Einer ist sehr groß im Familienzimmer mit Bluetooth-Surround-Sound und HD-Kabel-TV, 3 DVD-Playern und sogar ein TV auf der Terrasse. Full Wireless Internet Service ebenfalls. Es gibt eine große Waschmaschine und einen Trockner in der Einheit. 5 zentrale Wechselstromzonen. 2 sind der brandneue Sommer 2011 und der neue Mini Split Januar 2016.

Very impressed!

What a great property! It was way better than we expected. Checking in was a easy and quick, the unit was spotless, and what a view. After enjoying the resorts pools and the ocean, we would go up and relax on the beautiful deck and watch the sunset. We ended up having an impromptu gathering of friends at he unit and cooking dinner. The BBQ area and kitchen were ready to go and ended up being one of the best evenings there. My only regret is that we didn't stay longer.

Great unit to rent with a large group. Great for people who like to cook and want to entertain in. Location is awesome, views are amazing! Check in was super easy, the unit was very clean, and we will definitely come back!

HUGE

The pictures do not do this penthouse justice... this room is HUGE. Walking into the front door I could not belive my eyes. This room can sleep plenty but the resort only allows a maximum of 8 people but you can purchase an additonal wristband for $20 a night if you have a 9th person. Las Palomas is my favorite resort to stay at as the ammenities are fabulous! I loved having all of the room on the balcony for activites and lounging, the BBQ area was great for cookouts, and even though there were 9 people staying in the unit the inside was spacious enough to allow all of us to have our own space. Only downfall is that the master mattress is very firm but if you like that then this space is perfect for you! The owner Christy is a pleasure to work with, 10/10 would stay again!

The Balcony is what most people enjoy the most and I am glad you could enjoy it also. perfect

Absolutely perfect, this place has the most beautiful views of the ocean from the very private patio. The patio has a large bar that you can easily seat 12 people with lights, large grill, out door fire pit, spa it has everything you need for entertaining. The inside has three large bedrooms and bathrooms that were spotless.I would recommend staying here it will acomadate three couples easily or two families. I'm not much for cooking but the kitchen has everything you need a long with a laundry room.

Ahh, Thank you very much for your wonderful review. we spent much of the rest of February making even more upgrades for the season. So next time you stay it should be even nicer. It is always a pleasure hearing that guests like yourself enjoyed the unit. My fiance and I strive to keep it ready for the next guest. Like you I love to check out all the local eating places. Very high class!

Unbelievably FANTASTIC!!!!!! My husband and I have gone to this location four times with the fifth trip planned this weekend and we wouldn't go stay anywhere else. We absolutely love this place. The views are breathtaking and the accommodations are top of the line. If you want a first class memorable trip, this is the place you want to stay!

Thank you so much for your review over the past few months we have made many improvements and its very nice to see that they are noticed and appreciated. With the help of staff at the resort and our own separate maintenance man we are constantly making repairs and upgrades to make this one of if not the best place to stay at Las Palomas. With our huge patio it is perfect for larger families to have cookouts or gatherings. We have plans for some additions in the coming year to make it even nicer. This place Is Awesome !

This place will blow you away from the time you open the front door. The Penthouse is just amazing and very well kept. I can not even begin to describe the views from the private balcony overlooking the ocean. This is set up perfect for 1-3 couples for an amazing getaway. All the essentials are there, not to mention that TV's are in every room , including the patio, and a sound system to boot. There is something for everyone, there is a fully equipped exercise room at the resort, several swimming pools, and even a slide for the kids. There is also a outside bar down at the beach that serves up some amazing food. I have traveled to Mexico several times over the years, but have never felt as comfortable and relaxed as I did in Rocky Point. I highly recommend this penthouse, you will not be disappointed, I am looking forward to our next trip.

We are very pleased this traveler felt this way we spent the last few months making many additions to make this one of, if not the nicest on the beach. I have been told there is no other patio that compares! I am also please about the comments on Las Palomas Resort as the resort has also made many many improvements over the past few years including painting all of Phase 1 and most of Phase 2 and work and improvements continue daily. Every detail PERFECT! Patio Awesome!

I stayed Jan 2016 with friends and what a breathtaking place this was. The view when entering the kitchen was just amazing and when you walk out on the patio you just can't find a much better view. The beach was clean and the grounds were near spotless. I think I saw them mopping the pool area and walkways everyday. The patio was the nicest patio I have ever experienced and the LED lighting which came on automatically at dusk made it seem like we were at a celebrity event. I think Sunday night was the best as it was so peaceful just having a glass of wine sitting at the bar looking out at the ocean. I can truly say this is the finest place I have ever stayed and would recommend this to all my friends. I wish we would have planned on BBQing as the Bar- BBQ area is awesome and the grill was so clean it was like it was new. I liked how the place had accent lighting in the areas you hang out in even the kitchen had accent lights. Everything we needed was there wine glasses, a lime squeezer and it even had coffee filters as we did not bring any. It was a well stocked Kitchen, I doubt I have that much stuff in my home. The Kitchen even has a bluetooth speaker over the bar we connected our phones to to play music, that was unexpected. All in all this is an amazing place to stay and we had no complaints. Sleeping was very comfortabale and plenty of room for the 7 of us in our group, we could have brought another couple easily. There must be pillows for like 15 people which I like as I use at least 2. The ladies found 2 ironing boards and irons so they each had one in their room. Privacy and comfort with all that we wanted and more. Phillip

Nice unit- needs work

This is a very nice unit but definitely needs some repairs. When we arrived the grill did not work. Called maintenance and they came right away, the propane tank was empty. When the fire pit didn't work asked for help and was told "oh that never works". We realized it had no propane tank at all. On our last night we asked for a wrench and switched the tank from the grill to the fire pit. Needs two propane tanks. The LED lights around the bar didn't work at all and we're falling off. The patio furniture was nice but the cushions need to be replaced, they are worn, faded and have cigarette holes in some. The slider door in the living room to the patio does not open. I believe the track is bent. The interior needs repainting. The two wicker chairs in living room should be replaced with something comfortable. The dishwasher is coming out from the cabinetry. This unit could be great with some TLC. the layout is perfect for families and accommodated 6 adults and 4 children very comfortably. Would love to rent this unit again if repairs are made. As of now the description is not at all accurate, especially for a penthouse unit.

updated 01-27 - I have advised the resort staff on SEVERAL occasions that this is NOT a normal unit and needs some special treatment unlike others. EVERY new guest should have propane so it should be checked after every check-out and refilled if necessary. The Rental pool manager Ivan assured me it would be attended to more closely. Also the fireplace has ALWAYS worked I was their days after this guest and it worked just fine. I had purchased 4 tanks there, one for the grill, one small one for the fireplace and one for the bun warmer next to the grill and one back-up for the grill. The tanks need to be put back in place by resort staff and checked with each new guest. I have just replaced the LED lights and I do this almost every year about this time. This is not a normal item but we try to make it nicer with the lights but the sun and sea air are nearly impossible to protect from. I also added a nice SOLAR light by the grill last week. This unit gets used very hard until about now each year when we make the annual repairs from the hard spring/ summer and early fall renters. I have asked repeatedly the resort rental pool staff to please address the propane issue as they make a huge income from this unit also and are the ones there to attend to it with staff, we are not there thru the high season so I can only keep asking and apologize for their lack of attention. We also stained the door and repainted the hallway. We have debated the wicker chairs but others like them so that is a matter of personal preference. We did however replace their cushions with new ones. We added a very nice sleeper ottoman to the wrap around couch ensemble to add for sitting and sleeping. The sliding door rollers did need replaced from the salt air and parts have been ordered but in Mexico its not that easy. It is being attended to and should be repaired shortly. The dishwasher is new and I am having maintenance check their installation again. We replace a lot of cushions every year. This unit has about 80 cushions and it is a constant battled with the salt air high winds and guest that are not supposed to be smoking on the private patios. We just last weekend added 10 new accent cushions as they were the ones faded. We also added a new BLUETOOTH speaker over the bar for guests to play their Electronic device music thru and It is pretty awesome. Finally we added a mini-spit AC/heat unit in the LR over the TV for additional comfort. Thank you for the feedback!!

Beautiful Resort

My family and I arrived on June 9, 2015. There were a few issues upon arrival. We booked for 10 people and got approval prior in writing for owner and confirmed with property management group upon booking and paying deposit. When we arrived they said only 8 people allowed. I had to show them proof of the approval and they had to get manager to approve. Once we arrived to room, there was a heavy leak in Master Closet. We called front desk and notified owner immediately. Unfortunately, it took them until the next day to fix. So we had to keep AC off in bedroom for 24hrs. It was very hot and uncomfortable. Furthermore, because we had to be in room for service people, we lost an evening (of waiting for someone to show up) and half the next day of vacation time (just waiting around for them to show up and then to fix). It was annoying because they couldn't call us when a time of arrival. They just told us sometime in the evening! We are on vacation and want to be at the pool or beach! Not waiting in the room for them to service it. We booked the penthouse because of the large outdoor area. The fire pit was leaking gas (smelled really bad). Then none of the patio lights were working nor the bar area lights (super dark) and the Jacuzzi wasn't heating up. There is a beautiful outdoor kitchen setup and only the grill and sink worked. We address this to the service guy when he showed up the next day. He was able to only replace two bulbs and that was about it. The rest of the lights were not working, Jacuzzi cold and no fire pit for kids to use for Smores. The Penthouse is nice but needs up keeping and TLC. It's so sad that guests don't take better care of it. There are broken chairs piled up in patio, torn up Jacuzzi cover against the wall....the laundry room had broken brooms, mops, torn floating devices. These are things that can be thrown out. The maid service was poor. They came and mopped with a dirty smelly mop. We actually went over the floors after they left and mopped again as best possible since we had an 11 month old crawling around. But the floors in general were filthy. The rooms were nice and roomy. The sliding closet door in room with day bed was horrible! It was a headache trying to get something from the closet because the doors would come off the roller and you had to reset each time. We did enjoy our stay but just disappointed in the lack of attention and upkeep of the property.

She is correct she did book 10 and you can but the ad on this site also advises any guest that over 8 but up to 10 there is a 20.00 per person fee per day the resort charges for the 2 extra, not us. Her request however was only for 2 people so I had no idea how many was in her party, I have her e-mail request which shows only 2 people. Also the resort will not allow the use of the spa because of liability and guests are advised of that. The gas firepit our friends used just days before her arrival and it worked well. I have never had issue with it at all, but It is not for smores as they will clog the holes for the flames. I have been their several times since and it is still in working order. As far as the AC - we cannot forecast breakdowns and this was a new 2 year old 2 ton Trane we replaced in the Master Bedroom - the line was clogged for the drain and I had someone there in short order to fix it. The lights because of the salt and sea did go out and have been replaced with new, no one advised prior they did not work and since they had always worked this was the first it was brought to our attention., I just advised Management to throw out what was broken, why they have not done that is beyond me I have asked twice before. I was there in the first week of 2016 and all is now gone and the place looks very nice and everything works well. We strive to keep this place nice but as this guest said other guests sometimes abuse things and because from March thru sept it is booked so much we have little time to do repairs in the height of busy season. I have someone addressing all that has been brought to my attention. attached below is her request and she only requested 2 adult guests. If you put in 10 on the site it will add the 20.00 per person per day to your quote. Incredible!!!

Wow, wow, wow... Unbelievable accommodations and great for larger groups. I had never been to Rocky Point before and we will for sure be back. We went down just for a quick weekend (from Phoenix) with a group of friends. The property as a whole was awesome (gym, pools, beach, onsite store, etc.). The Penthouse is amazing, three private bedrooms (actual beds were great for a good sleep), beautiful interior...not to mention the most incredible patio setup I've ever seen (I think it might be just as large as the interior of the penthouse). Great for entertaining for sure. Additional restaurants and bars are close by. We did not get a chance to do the quad or jet ski rentals...but will give us something to look forward to next time. Cannot wait to go back!

HUGE PATIO like no other - INCLUDING BREATHTAKING OCEAN VIEWS! A BAR BBQ AREA THAT SEATS 12 TO 14 at the bar alone with automatic accent lighting plus 5 couches and many other seating area's and a FIREPIT . The kids will like taking turns on the single sleeper ottoman for 2016!!
