Primary Bedroom has King and 2nd bedroom a King and 3rd bedroom has a King/Queen Bunkbed. Fully stocked kitchen, Beautifully furnished Living Room and Dining Area, washer/dryer.



The Space:

The condo consists of 2 levels and is the top of the building penthouse with STELLAR OCEAN VIEWS!

The bottom level has the full gourmet kitchen, spacious dining and living room, two bedrooms, two full bathrooms and a large balcony overlooking the Beautiful blue Sea of Cortez.



The upper level consists of a large primary bedroom and a deluxe primary bathroom with double sinks, walk in shower and jetted soaking tub with an ocean view! The upper level penthouse balcony has relaxing lounge chairs and patio furniture as well as a luxurious new HOT TUB! Soak up the perfect views from the comfort of the private hot tub on this building top balcony. (In very hot months July 1- Oct 1 the private hot tub is available upon request). The balcony also has a gas grill and sink, and a mini-fridge for convenience.

Sandy Beach is a great area for those who want to be close to the beach and have easy access to restaurants and bars. Many of these restaurants and bars can be easily walked to from accommodations in the Sandy Beach area. However, to explore other parts of town, such as the Rodeo Drive shopping area, in-town attractions, the port area, and the malecón, visitors will need some form of transportation. Visitors can also use taxis or their own vehicles to get around town.
