Das Deck ist ein fantastischer Ort, um morgens einen Kaffee oder abends ein Glas Wein zu trinken und dabei die umliegenden BĂ€ume zu genießen.
2 Schlafzimmer 1 Bad Eigentumswohnung in den Ski Country Condominiums. Queen-Size-Bett im Master, 2 Einzelbetten im zweiten Schlafzimmer und ein Futon im Wohnzimmer bieten Platz fĂŒr 6 Personen. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were very pleased with our stay at 66-C. It is at the very top of the community so it offers more quiet and privacy. Indoors was clean and well accommodated. The pictures make it look a little bigger than it was but that is any real estate pictures. It does not have a dishwasher but that is my fault for not checking the listing for that. Washer, dryer, coffee pot, and heat all worked well. We would love to visit again!

Good, not great

Let me start with saying the best things first. Owner was very attentive and checking in though we were late getting there, was easy. Condo was older but functional for our two nights. It was close enough to get to the ASU game and back. Banner Elk has some great places to eat. Concerns: the deck wasn’t cleaned so really couldn’t enjoy the porch. Was not told there was no air conditioning It would have been fine except it was still over 80 during the day. Several windows didn’t have screens so we couldn’t open those windows. Bedrooms were stuffy. They did have one box fan that I used in our master but kids didn’t even sleep under covers. Tap water was my biggest concern.i wanted to make tea and filled a pot up with water and it was cloudy. I washed the pot and refilled the pot and it was still cloudy. There was a film on the pot that was coming from the water. We used bottled water to brush our teeth and bottle water to make tea.Did not take showers because of that. Would stay there again if the water has been fixed. Also, the security deposit really is too much for the age of the house and furniture. showers for that reason.

The only negative was that the unit above was rented out during my stay and the construction of the property had very thin sub floors and not much insulation, so I could hear people walking around and getting in and out of bed through the ceiling when we were trying to sleep, it was pretty loud, it woke my wife and I up in the early morning just about every day.

It was nice to get away from the hum drum of life. There is so much to do in the area. This place is a great place if your looking for a good price and privacy unlike a hotel.

Quick weekend stay

Perfect condo for a quick weekend visit. Very affordable price. Older unit that is very well kept. Had everything we needed for a weekend of soccer in the mountains.

Great 3 day stay

nice and close to everything. 5 min from Sugar mountain. Space was as advertised, small but everything one needed to be close to the mountain at a decent price. They are not kidding about the road to get to the place, straight uphill so if icy, I could imagine it would be difficult to get up the 1/4 mile road to the condo.

Very nice cabin in the mountains + snow

It was a great experience. Very cozy and warm area. Only complaint is the VRBO 50$ booking fee. We could have saved that booking directly through the property manager. Even if the fee was 20$ I would understand but 50$ to use an app? No way. Personally not using again. Rental was fantastic however.

There was no working fan in the kitchen. We had to open the window and doors when we cooked to get the smoke out of the condo, even when it was very cold outside. We had no WiFi for most of our stay. It was restored the evening before our checkout. The condo needs repairs and it’s outdated for the most part. The owner in the unit above was renovating during our stay. There was loud noise of sawing, drilling and nailing as he removed old flooring, bathroom and kitchen.
