My family and I had a great stay at the property. The proximity to the beach was great for our family and allowed for easy breaks during the day as it was only a minute walk to the beach. Easy drives to Sarasota and Anna Maria Island made for fun day trips with little work to get there. Would recommend for those wanting a relaxing stay with easy beach access and desiring to be outside of the highly tourist traffic. Thanks for a great stay.

What a view! It was just breathtaking! Jim is wonderful to work with and communicates very efficiently and promptly. We arrived a little early, and I checked to see if the condo would possibly be cleaned and ready. Since it was we were we were able to check right in. Big thank you for that! We would definitely stay here again!

This location is one of our favorite vacation spots - we try to come back every spring. This room was recently renovated and looks great, and the view of the beach is very relaxing. The host is very experienced and makes this trip a breeze. We’ll be back!

Wonderful condo. As James states, it’s not your typical condo for rent. It was very beautifully appointed and the condition of the condo was great. The view is outstanding and you can’t get much closer to the beach. There are many great restaurants to choose from. All in all we enjoyed our stay very much.

The place was exactly as described and the perfect location for a 4-day getaway. Gorgeous view of the beach and ocean and short walk to get your feet in the sand.The condo was very comfortable and the location was great to get to stores and restaurants with a short drive.

We had a great time in Longboat Key. Our host Jim was great… his communication with us was awesome… Everything from giving us some suggestions on where to have dinner to taking care of anything that was needed in our unit. Very comfortable clean place to stay. We would highly recommend this place

Jim is a fantastic host. He's a great communicator, from the time of booking to questions we had during our stay. He provided us with an informational packet that was very helpful. We loved the view, the quiet beach and the location. And the new king bed was so comfy! We can't wait to go back to again.

We really wanted to get away from crowded beaches and have a view of the beach from our room. This gave us both and the place was clean as a whistle. My wife always does the bed inspection and we both look at the rentals as a whole and this passes with flying colors. Jim was communicative and helpful.After a day on the uncrowded beach we enjoyed the pool and then went to watch the sunset. If you do not want a crowded tourist scene, this is a perfect place for a couples getaway.

The apartment was clean and well kept. 2nd story allows a nice sunset view each evening. Close to the beach as advertised. The apartment could use some additional glassware for users as the glasses in the Kitchen area were minimal. The location in the middle of Longboat Key provides easy access to all the Key and St.Armands Key as well.The King-sized bed in the bedroom was very nice.The information packet provided by the host was great.We would love to come back sometime in the future.

We never get here but we’re on the island often and we literally ordered both plastic and glass hardware and put all new China in the unit today I pay attention to every comment people make I already was on it but you’re correct.
