Danke für Ihren Besuch Seascape Stay-E105, ein Schlafzimmer Hochhaus Wohnung befindet sich in North Coast Village. Seascape Aufenthalt im Komplex nur in Oceanside befindet, direkt On-The-Sand sitzt, was bedeutet, es gibt nichts, stehend zwischen Ihnen und dem Meer! Die Wohnung steht Norden bis zum Strand, und von der Terrasse und Schlafzimmer kann man einen Blick auf das Meer und die Boote in den Hafen. E105 erhielt vor kurzem ein neues Gesicht mit neuen Möbeln und Kunstwerken in der Wohnung.

Seascape Stay ist voll ausgestattet mit genügend Sitzen und Schlafen, um bequem 4 Haus. Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, wo man durch das Summen der Wellen in der Nacht in den Schlaf wiegen werden kann sowie einen Schreibtisch für diejenigen, die ein kleines Geschäft im Urlaub tun müssen. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über einen großen Schlafsofa Schnitt und einen 48 "Flachbildschirm-Fernseher an der Wand montiert. Der Essbereich verfügt über einen großen Tisch mit Platz für 6 Personen. E105 hat auch einen funktionierenden Kamin für die Wintermonate und ist mit allen benötigten Strandausrüstung ausgestattet - Boogie Boards, Strandtücher, Sandspielzeug, Sonnenschirm und Liegestühle.

Die komplexen Anlagen sind bis zur Perfektion gepflegt und verfügen über eine sehr üppigen tropischen Gefühl! Sie können einen Spaziergang in den gated Gelände und die Erkundung der kleinen Bächen, Koi-Teiche, Brunnen und versteckte Nischen lieben es. Die Anlage ist auch mit zwei Swimmingpools, zwei Whirlpools, eine kommerzielle Grillstation, ein Spielzimmer, das Gewicht und Cardio-Raum und mehrere Wäscherei ausgestattet. North Coast Village ist wirklich ein One-Stop-Ort für einen unvergesslichen Urlaub.

Loved this place!!

This was such an amazing place! Tropical lush gardens, waterfalls, koi ponds, on the beach and walking distance to a lot of stuff. Condo was beautiful with beach decor. Would love to come back.

Great Find

This place really delivered what we were looking for. We were close to the ocean/beach. We were close to Camp Pendleton where our daughter and her family our living (The purpose for our trip). Great places to see and eat within walking distance. The unit we stayed in was well-maintained with a great view.

Great property, bothersome floodlight

Gave it 4 stars because a floodlight on the nearby building shown in the bedroom all night long. Needs blackout shades. Wonderful loccation, great property. Condo was dated but well stocked and very comfortable. We will be back.

Christmas at NCV

First of all, let me say that the Christmas decorations at NCV are stunning. The grounds are well kept and maintenance and upkeep are ongoing. The pool was kept at a delightful temperature. We’ve rented this unit several times in the past. The bed is very comfortable and the bathroom has been upgraded with a nice shower and 2 sinks. The living room furniture is not fancy but very comfortable. I would definitely rent this unit again.

Great location, but under renovation

Nice for a couple or one person but the hide a bed is not at all comfortable to sleep on! This is the first vacation rental property I’ve stayed in without at least one coffee set up available for the first cup in the morning. No directions on how to use the coffee pot. Obviously I’m a coffee drinker and so was my friend! Construction workers worked through the weekend and they started early which made leaving doors open impossible. Obviously not the owners fault but made the nice patio unusable.

All of our units are required to have a coffee maker, but it is up to each individual owner as to where they like to keep it, so that is something that is out of our hands. The construction as well. We are told they are not supposed to be working on the weekends. Hopefully you were able to reach out to us regarding this so that we could look into it. Nice place but…

Clean spot but the complex is very difficult to navigate and the map provided isn’t much help. I got lost in the parking structure every time I left the unit. The coffee maker was not working as expected and really made me unhappy as I had to commute to work. Also, I could hear the upstairs neighbors using the restroom. Not really something I want to hear. The bed is so tall and I’m 5’1” and had a challenging time getting in and out of it easily. The lock on the front door is old and needs to be replaced before a key breaks in the lock. Again, clean and close to the beach but I was really only using this spot as a place to sleep and it just wasn't that relaxing. There are a lot of rules to abide by and if you break any of them the pamphlet said to report people to security. So yea, not a fan of any of that and will likely stay in a hotel next time I visit.

Quiet condo with a view and easy beach access

We have stayed at this property a few times now and by far this was our favorite condo to stay at. We arrived just prior to sunset and therefore, when we got there and walked out on the balcony, we were greeted by a spectacular sunset since the balcony looks over the beach to the north. Needless to say, we had breakfast and dinner out on the balcony every day to enjoy the beach views. Since the condo is in the north-west most building, there is easy beach access (with a shower to wash off as you come back) to a remote beach. Essentially since there is no parking near their beach access, most of the beach goers are staying at the condo complex so it is less crowded than the beach down by the pier. Furthermore, there is easy access to the warm pool and the hot tub. The condo was very quiet as was the property (despite it being spring break.) One thing I remember from another unit we stayed at in the past was the sound of the train. We did not hear the train at all in this unit! We slept so much better in this unit. The condo was very clean and has wifi. Electric stove with oven.Has a coffee maker too. The complex has a gym and putting green. Lastly, the property management team is very responsive to email and they even texted to see how we were doing and if there was anything they could do. Of all the vacation rentals we have stayed at, I think this is the first time the property managers checked on us. All in all I recommend this unit.

Quiet and Peaceful, with an ocean view.

I have stayed in NCV for 20 years, the location was good, the first time I had ever faced the harbor. The low noise levels were great, being away from the traffic. The condo was nice, though my OCD wife felt she needed to clean the insides of the drawers and cupboards, and was unhappy at how dirty the carpet was. From a functional standpoint the two issues we had were the screen door being very hard to open or close- perhaps just new plastic wheels on the bottom would be a low cost way to extend its useful life, as opposed to replacing the door, and secondly, it was one of the only units we have used with no portable fans, either a box or stand fan. These are low cost options that help out in the heat of the summer; my two sisters units had one for each room, I would consider at least one for the condo to be a minimum. Overall we were happy with the unit and would stay there again.

Rick, We really appreciate the feedback. We were unaware the fans had been taken out of that unit and we apologize we didn't catch that before your arrive on a warm week. If that or anything similar to it was to happen in the future please do not hesitate to reach out to us and we will have some dropped off to you. I found out from a phone call a few minutes ago with the cleaner that some took the two fans we had in there. We are sure if it was the last guests or a miscommunication with our staff but we try to always have at least one fan in each condo if not two to go with the ceiling fans. We will be sure to schedule the carpet cleaning since it sounds like it is that time of the year again. Thank you so much for providing the feedback to us.
