Kommen Sie und entspannen in Harbor Cottage - G32, einem Hafen mit Blick auf Oberhaus in North Coast Village. Harbor Cottage ist komplett ausgestattet mit genügend Sitzen und Schlafen bequem 6 Haus. Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein California King-Bett und einen kleinen Fernseher mit Flachbildschirm. Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat Queen-Size Bett und beide Schlafzimmer verfügen über Kabel-TV. Der Essbereich verfügt über einen Tisch mit Platz für 4 Personen. Der Wohnbereich verfügt über eine große, komfortable Schnitt mit einem Schlafsofa Queen-Size-und einem kleinen Flachbildschirm. G32 hat auch einen funktionierenden Kamin für die Wintermonate und ist mit allen benötigten Strandausrüstung ausgestattet - Boogie Boards, Strandtücher, Sandspielzeug, Sonnenschirm und Liegestühle.

Die komplexen Anlagen sind bis zur Perfektion gepflegt und verfügen über eine sehr üppigen tropischen Gefühl! Sie können einen Spaziergang in den gated Gelände und die Erkundung der kleinen Bächen, Koi-Teiche, Brunnen und versteckte Nischen lieben es. Die Anlage ist auch mit zwei Swimmingpools, zwei Whirlpools, eine kommerzielle Grillstation, ein Spielzimmer, das Gewicht und Cardio-Raum und mehrere Wäscherei ausgestattet. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach. This beach has very small waves and is perfect for young kids. Our 5 year old also really enjoyed collecting shells. The condo provides almost everything you might need. We did bring extra fans with us since we learned staying at this complex before that the rooms can get a little warm during the day. But it may just be that we are use to air conditioning running all day during the summer.The view from the condo is great!

Close to the water

We’ve stayed here in the past It’s great being so close to the ocean and sand and a short walk to the Marina. There was some construction equipment going up and down the side street during the day but not that big of a deal since we were out and about. The condo was nice and clean and all the things needed for fun at the beach or at the pool. Will definitely stay again

Great Oceanside Beach Condo

We absolutely loved our great condo experience on the beach at Oceanside CA. Luxurious tropical setting at North Coast Village. Condo was perfect for our party of four adults. Gated restricted access for car and walking, full time security, helpful and friendly staff. Legendary San Diego coastal food, drink, and shopping short walk to Oceanside Harbor next door or driving to Coast Hiway nearby.

Good stay except for parking

Property was beautiful and clean, it’s on a second story with a permanent resident beneath the property. I was afraid we would be too loud having two boys and a baby but seemed fine. Everything was smooth except for the parking situation. However, someone was in our parking spot when we arrived after check in and considering the strictness of the HOA, we wanted to do everything by the book. This was a crap show to say the least because the car ended up being parked there two days of our stay and was not moved right away as they claimed any cars parked illegally would be towed. Initially, we were told to park across the complex and having a new born,my husband immediately rejected this proposal because we still needed to unload all of our stuff and the complex is pretty big and would be extremely inconvenient as we had just arrived after a 6 hour drive with a newborn. Our arrival became very stressful and that experience left me compelled to give a lower rating. He had to fight for a new spot that is close to our original spot.

It’s also great to hear that things went smoothly during your stay with your little ones, and we appreciate your consideration about the downstairs neighbor. We’re truly sorry about the parking situation and the stress it caused during your arrival. We completely understand how inconvenient that must have been, especially after a long drive with a newborn. To give you some context, when we were notified that another vehicle was parked in your assigned spot (8-21), we immediately contacted patrol and checked with all of our cleaners and inspectors to see if the car belonged to anyone on our team. It did not. Patrol confirmed that the vehicle — a rental with no permit or identifying information — was unauthorized and placed a tow notice on it. Unfortunately, the car remained there for two days despite that notice, but was eventually towed. In the meantime, we made sure you had access to a nearby HOA parking spot while we worked on a resolution. We completely understand that this wasn’t ideal, especially during such a critical time in your trip, and we appreciate your patience while we tried to address the issue through the proper channels. Your feedback is extremely helpful, and we're continuing to work with the HOA and patrol to prevent situations like this in the future. We sincerely hope the rest of your stay was enjoyable and that we’ll have the chance to host you again under better circumstances.

Spring Break 2021

Loved the vacation overall! It was not as clean as I had hoped but fine overall. I was very frustrated with the reservations issue for the pool and hot tub. We were there for 5 nights and we only went to the pool once and never could get reservations for the hot tub. I tried several times per day and never got anything. I did not know about it ahead of time and the explanation of how to sign up was horrible. I kept trying to sign up for all of us and I only needed to sign up for our family to use the hot tub. Otherwise we loved the location and the overall vacation was great!

This was our first visit to California and we were so happy with our stay. The process for getting a spot at the pool was simple and the staff at the resort were friendly and helpful! What a beautifully kept property!!!!

This property is beautiful - not only does it sit on the beach and near so many great restaurants, etc but it is so well taken care of. The landscaping is amazing, as you walk through the property and see lush tropical gardens and waterfalls. The unit itself we very clean and well stocked for anything that you would need. My only complaint is the couch is very old and slopes heavily so makes it uncomfortable to even sit on for any period of time.

Absolutely loved my stay at this place!

I loved how roomy it was and I loved that it was updated! Everything was So Nice, Comfortable and Clean! It fit our family of 6 perfect! The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5, is because their were ants. I’m not a fan of bugs, but I guess it’s common in all the condos there. But they had Raid on hand and I was able to resolve the problem easily and quickly so I was Happy.

We enjoyed our stay in your Condo, very relaxing vacation and close proximity to the beach. The pictures on the website are as exactly as they appear in person. My husband enjoyed the use of the bogy board and I enjoyed the beach chairs as well. I do have a few comments that I think need to be addressed. The master bedroom did not have a screen on the window and the main bathroom tub drain we could not plug (so I went out and bought a drain stopper) so that I could take a bath. The other issue was with the BBQ facility being so far away, we tried to cook steaks in the Condo, but a broiler pan was not provided. Would be nice to have a small BBQ on the patio to make it easier on tenants that like to BBQ. Otherwise, we had a wonderful vacation.

Nice Condo in a quiet complex

Condo is in a safe and secure complex. Nice view from the deck too. The main issues we had were the cleanliness of the Condo. The tub/shower had black mold growing in the crevices. Upon arrival the sheets that were put on the master bedroom had hair on them. We immediately had to remove those sheets and take them to the laundry room to wash. This was very frustrating since all we wanted to do was relax on the first night. On quite a few nights the aroma of pot came through our windows that were facing the beach side of the complex. This was coming from another condo in close proximity to ours.

Thank you for the review Cathy. We hope you were able to make some wonderful memories during your stay. I have already sent this to Cathy in a personal email but it will probably be beneficial to our future guests to have this information as well. If you ever arrive to one of our properties and have a concern with the cleaning please let us know so we can address it right away. If you arrive and there is an accidental hair on your bed that was not caught by the cleaners and you are concerned about how clean they are let us know and we will have someone stop by as soon as possible to remake the bed. If the cleaners did not catch the crevices of the shower let us know and we will send them back asap to make sure everything is covered. We do our best to keep the condos in the best conditions possible. Being right on the beach comes with its challenges but we take pride in making sure the condos are ready for our guests. The complex is a SMOKE FREE complex and if there are ever issues of any type of smoke coming into your unit the 24 hour security will handle the issue if they are notified. I know due to a conversation I had with Cathy she did not want to be disturbed during her stay but without her notifying us of these concerns we were not able to correct them for her. We will continue to do our best to make sure these items are addressed before our stay but would encourage future guests to reach out to us so we can fix them if they do arise. Regards, Mark Warr

Great location. Cute and updated property.

You can’t beat the location and beach. The condo has been recently updated and has a darling beach theme. It takes about 2 minutes to walk out the front door, down the sidewalk and to the beach. The house is stocked with all the beach toys you could want. The only downside is I feel the condo could have been cleaner. But overall we had a great stay and it was super fun.
