Northcoast Village Beautiful Penthouse w/ large rooftop deck and VIEWS!

Beautifully upgraded Penthouse end unit with breathtaking views of the pier and ocean in front. Wrap around roof top deck off of the master bedroom with a table and chairs for 6, a table and chairs for 2 on the pier side and 2 chaise lounge chairs. The kitchen has upgraded appliances and dishes with dining room table, downstairs bedroom is equipped with 1 full bed and 1 twin and and living room has a pull out couch. All linens are provided. There is a lower deck with ocean and lush views of the property and pool below. There are beach chairs and accessories available for guests to use as well. There are washer/dryer amenities in the Laundry areas on site, making it easy to do several loads at a time if needed. There is also a weight gym and cardio gym with a clubhouse for pool, ping pong or relaxing as well as several putting greens on site. This property is located on the beach and adjacent to the start of the strand, where bikes, skateboards and walkers are found. There are new beach bathrooms and amenities that have been added in the last year as well as many restaurants and shops that are walking distance to the harbor, pier and Downtown Oceanside. Legoland, Safari Park, San Diego Zoo, San Diego Padres, Camp Pendelton, Carlsbad outlets, Disneyland and Knotts Berry Farm are all less than 60 miles away. Truly a great spot!

Very Nice place

This location was excellent for what we needed. The condo has an awesome view from the master bedroom. Was very comfortable and there is a lot to do on the property. Very short walk to beach.

Great Spring Break with famiy

We loved staying at North Coast Village and our condo was amazing(C311) had everything we needed to enjoy the beach and the space worked perfect for my family with an upstairs suite for my wife and I. We will be back again this summer!

Perfect for the weekend!

Great condo at Oceanside! We had all the amenities that we needed. plenty of dishes, bedding, blankets, pillows, fans, we also had access to beach chairs, body boards, and sand toys. We enjoyed our stay and will probably be back.

Great location, beautiful property, excellent on-site helpful security staff. This unit conveniently located to pool, hot tub, elevator, trash and recycling. We have stayed in many very good VRBO properties and this unit was 10 for being soooo well stocked in every way. One bedroom down and one up gave privacy.. Balcony views stunning. Appreciated quick replies from host and property manager..

Friends Vacation

This was a very well-stocked, clean and beautiful condo in a gorgeous area! We loved just walking the 2-3 minutes to get to some amazing white sand beaches and enjoying the sun and waves. We enjoyed the beach chairs, umbrellas, ice chest and all the other beach things available for our use. Penny was amazingly kind and helpful and we will definitely keep this condo in mind for a future visit!!

Best place!

This unit is so far one of the best units we stayed at the North Coast Village. Pictures do not tell the experience. Great place, clean, great views and all beach essentials are provided. All you have to do is to just walk 1 minute to enjoy the beach. Relax and fall asleep at the sound of waves crashing.

Great location and view

Everything was wonderful. Easy check-in. Condo was as described and pictured. Beds were comfy. The upstairs deck view was fantastic. Short walk to the beach. Great food choices within walking distance. Only minor complaint is lack of storage for groceries. The fridge was fine but there was really nowhere to put dry goods. All the cabinets were full of dishes or other supplies, but we improvised and made it work. Overall, it was a great stay!

Wonderful condo next to a flat grade kid friendly beach.

Covid restrictions required some condo complex amenities to be closed or limited. That did not impact our experience because the condo had everything you need for the beach including wagon, umbrellas, boggie boards and the condo was fully equipped for all you could need. Best Condo ever 2015

All I can say about this condo is the great experience staying here it is very well cleaned and maintained the whole theme and the design of Tommy Bahamas which in fact I am Tommy Bahama fan which I love the clothing the whole condo is based on Tommy Bahama styling. There was even Tommy Bahamas chairs and umbrellas to take ti the beach. The design of the condo is really amazingly classy love of skill and for the price that we paid it's worth it the owners are fabulous even gave us a gift basket with wine which my wife love and the kids each child of their ages teenager and 10 year old got a goodie bag with goodies candies and entertainment the toys and journals for them to use everything about the condo was amazing the owners are amazing the views are amazing you walk out of your condo on the beach is right there so perfectly comfortable thank you for the perfect job and thank you for the experience and hospitality.

Great place with a few unfortunate shortcomings

The location of the condo is wonderful! Gorgeous views! We did run into a few challenges. I am going to preface the subsequent information with the fact that the owner was very responsive and wanted to do whatever needed to try to make it right. Unfortunately, our vacation schedule did not allow for this. The dishes in the cupboard were not clean. Owner conveyed that the prior owner cleaned the dishes and put them away themselves so this was missed by the cleaning crew. The master bath shower did not drain well at all. 2 minutes into the shower your feet are taking a bath. There were vertical blinds missing from the downstairs bedroom, allowing lots of light from the pool area into the bedroom, making it hard for the kids to sleep. The refrigerator beeped any time you tried to get water from it, saying it needed the filter replaced. Aside from these challenges the stay was nice!

We stayed in the same condo 5 years ago and it was awesome! This stay wasn't the same. Since the last stay, it has new ownership and things haven't been maintained. The downstairs bedroom window had mold and was broken. There was food, garbage and other things under furniture and it wasn't well cleaned. We had a dog barking next door early hours of the morning (rules state no animals allowed in Northcoast?) Something else that we realized is that the top deck is beautiful but when we were eating out there a horrible scent came and we realized the bathroom vents come out right by the balcony deck, so eating up there isn't recommended. Nice condo, our vacation was good overall but these things added up.

Great unit for our family vacation! Upstairs master suite was super spacious and the ocean views were amazing. The wagon was helpful for hauling our stuff and taking our gear to the beach. The provided fans were helpful to stay cool on warm days. There were ants so we had to be super mindful with our food but that can be expected in that climate. Overall, great stay!

Beautiful perfect

We brought our family of 5 into town for a soccer showcase and this was the perfect spot to relax and recharge between games. We all had our own comfortable space. The space was clean, plenty of cooking accessories and the views was perfection to wake up to. There was meant of activities for the kids to entertain themselves as well. We will be back!

Great Vacation Rental

Such a cozy home away from home! We would definitely stay here again! My only complaint is that there are absolutely no empty cabinets in the kitchen so all food we brought had to be stored on the counter, which is just my personal preference to keep everything clean.

Owners did a great job on this remodeled condo. Love the closed off bedroom upstairs. Plenty of towels and bedding. Comfortable bed and pillows. We have stayed at many North Coast Village condos over 23 years and this is the best!

Loved it

Great place to stay. The views were amazing and the location was great. We loved walking to the harbor for coffee/breakfast in the mornings and drinks/dinner in the evenings. My 4 year old loved the pool and hot tub at the property. Wife and I enjoyed watching sunsets on the balcony and surfers every day. Spent days at the beach which was right there, and at Legoland and San Diego, which were short drives. Short walk down the beach to the pier where we saw seals and dolphins.

Great property

My family enjoyed staying at this property. Proximity to the beach was great, the views were incredible, the unit was well stocked and had everything we could possibly need! The wagon was so helpful in bringing up our belongings and groceries on the first day. Communication and check in was a breeze. Our only concern was with some of the people within the complex and outside of the complex. But as far as the unit, management, and location go, it was great!
