We are able to offer 7 night weekly rentals with check-in on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays only.

Located on ten magnificent acres, The Westin Kierland Villas resort exemplifies the desert beauty of Scottsdale.

Everything you need to refresh your mind, body and spirit is at your fingertips. Whether indulging at Agave (the spa), finding inspiration on the golf course or simply relaxing by the pool, you’re sure to find the perfect way to spend your vacation.
Enjoy yourself in the refreshing swimming pool, immerse yourself in the waterfall cascade, or, enjoy the exhilarating waterslide. A quiet retreat for adults, the heated Aguamiel pool is conveniently located by Agave (the Spa) with nearby hot tubs and private cabanas available for rent.
Explore the rugged and colorful desert terrain. Take in the desert landscape on one of the local hiking trails or bicycle rentals allow you to intertwine through the landscape. Enjoy an amazing guided tour available on horseback or you can take a private ride with your family or friends.
The Westin Kierland Villas is surrounded by the Kierland Golf Club, a Troon Golf experience. The club features three fully mature, nine-hole courses. Rental equipment and shoes are available to you from the Pro Shop.

After a day in the desert beauty, come to your villa and relax on the living area's couch while watching the flat screen TV with DVD/CD player or just listen to the Bose® Wave® AM/FM radio. The second larger living area is further accented by a fireplace. Wireless High Speed Internet Access is complimentary.

One side of the villa has a kitchenette with a two-burner cooktop The other side has a fully-equipped kitchen with a stove and an oven. Both kitchen areas feature a convection microwave, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, countertop appliances, and dinnerware. Two dining areas offer combined seating for ten, and a breakfast bar seats two. In each kitchen area, a washer and dryer are provided. Double the conveniences!

In the master bedroom, close the blackout curtains and watch a movie on an additional flat screen TV while reclining on a king-size bed. The second bedroom also features a king-size bed, as well as its own TV. The master bathroom boasts a walk-in shower, a whirlpool tub, and double sinks, while the second bathroom has a combination shower/bathtub.
Two balconies or patios are furnished with tables, chairs, and bench seating.

Any issues with resort service, accommodations, physical plant, amenities, etc. are the direct responsibility of the developer and must be handled through the resort, not Concierge Realty. Photos are thought to be truly representative of the resort and accommodations. Any variation from the photo and actual property are unintentional, so guests are encouraged to do their own due diligence prior to reserving. Any variance or disruption including but not limited to renovation, unavailable amenity, change in decor, etc. during the stay, whether announced prior to reservation, occurring during the stay or announced after confirmation, is a matter strictly between the guest and resort, are not deceptive advertising, breach of contract or the responsibility of Concierge Realty.

Note that the images are representative of this villa and that a specific view type is not implied nor promised by virtue of the images. A specific view category must be addressed with rental agent. Concierge Realty reserved the right to reserve any view category unless one has been agreed upon in writing. The resort confirmation will show the view designation and the villa will be placed within that view category unless, in a rare instance the view will be noted as "not guaranteed" in which case the resort reserves the right to place the guest anywhere within the property. Issues regarding view within the guaranteed view category are to be addressed with the resort management as Concierge Realty is not responsible for villa placement.
