Die Green Mare Villa ist von der griechischen Tourismusorganisation mit der Lizenznummer 1041K91003130401 genehmigt und wird von "etouri vacation rental management" verwaltet.

Mare Villas sind 2 aus Stein gebaute Villen von jeweils 240 m², luxuriöse Residenz von höchster Design- und Bauqualität. Die Villa „Blue Mare“ und „Green Mare“ sind zwei Doppelhaushälften auf einer Fläche von 855 m² mit gleichen Strukturen und Einrichtungen.

Die Green Mare Villa ist eine der beiden Mare Villen, günstig gelegen, nur 2 km vom langen Sandstrand von Rethymnon entfernt und in der Nähe von Stavromenos und Sfakaki mit Geschäften und Märkten. Gleichzeitig bietet sie unseren Gästen und einer Vielzahl von Gästen absolute Privatsphäre Einrichtungen für die ganze Familie.

Der Raum

Green Mare ist eine wunderschöne 240 m² große Steinvilla von höchster Design- und Bauqualität. Die zweistöckige Villa ist modern und minimalistisch eingerichtet und bietet Platz für bis zu 8 Personen in Betten und bei Bedarf für bis zu 10 Personen.

Erdgeschoss
Beim Betreten der Villa im Erdgeschoss befindet sich ein geräumiger offener Bereich, der aus dem Wohnzimmer mit 40-Zoll-Satellitenfernsehen und Playstation 4, dem Essbereich im Innenbereich und einer voll ausgestatteten Küche mit hochwertigen Armaturen besteht. Vom Wohnbereich aus haben Sie direkten Zugang zum Poolbereich und zum Garten. Neben dem Wohnbereich gibt es auch einen Bürobereich mit einem Schreibtisch in der Halle. Auf der gleichen Etage befinden sich ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und ein Badezimmer mit Hydromassage-Duschkabine. Das Badezimmer im Erdgeschoss der Green Mare Villa erfüllt alle Anforderungen für Rollstuhlfahrer.

Erste Stock
Im ersten Stock gibt es zwei weitere Schlafzimmer, eines mit Doppelbett und das andere mit 2 Einzelbetten, die auch als Doppelbett aufgestellt werden können. Auf der gleichen Etage befindet sich auch ein Badezimmer mit Hydromassage-Duschkabine. Darüber hinaus befindet sich im Obergeschoss ein Loft mit einem Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und einem eigenen Bad mit Badewanne. Alle Schlafzimmer haben Klimaanlage, privates Satelliten-HDTV, Kleiderschrank und Zugang zu Balkonen mit großartigem Blick auf die Landschaft und das Meer.

Außen
Der von Bäumen und Blumen umgebene Außenbereich der Green Mare Villa bietet zahlreiche Einrichtungen und Orte zum Entspannen. Der gesamte Außenbereich ist komplett privat und eingezäunt und bietet unseren Gästen 100% Privatsphäre. Insbesondere umfassen unsere Außenanlagen:
- 58 m² großer Swimmingpool mit separatem seichten Fach für kleine Kinder.
- Voll ausgestatteter Holzkohlegrillplatz mit einem Waschbecken im Freien
- Essbereich im Freien unter der Pergola
- Viele möblierte Plätze (Sonnenliegen, Sonnenschirme, Sofas und Tagesbetten) zum Entspannen auf den Balkonen, auf der Veranda und in den Gärten rund um die Villa.
- Rasenflächen für Kinder zum Spielen und Spielplatz
- Zwei Fahrräder sind ebenfalls vorhanden
- Parkplatz (der einzige gemeinsame Platz mit der anderen Villa, ansonsten bieten die Villen absolute Privatsphäre zwischen ihnen).

Absolutely brilliant and can’t wait to return!

The property was fantastic and in great condition with everything we needed e.g lovely pool, bbq, nice location with plenty of quality, local restaurants nearby. The host greeted us warmly and showed us around the property and provided all we needed to know. Etouri were fantastic in supporting our stay, helping with excursions, travel around the island and general queries with super quick response times. We really couldn’t fault anything and will definitely be returning!

Property accurately reflected in the description - light and spacious fittings and fixtures of good quality.Fly screens on doors and electric external blinds were great.Second floor bedroom has limited head room so not great for taller people!Showers on ground and second floor are hand held so could do with a wall attachment for allowing you to ‘get under’ Sufficient space for an extended family of 6 to relax indoors open plan kitchen dining and living area.Beds comfortable , bedding nice quality.Each bedroom has a balcony if you enjoy solitude at times.Kitchen well stocked ( needs a sharp knife but we tend to bring our own!) fridge spacious enough for food wine beer and water.plenty of shade for all outside with cabana and sun shadesGood bbq area for cooking/ preparing outside We had a couple of issues ( air con not cool enough in one of the bedrooms) this was fixed promptly the next day Both the owner and Etouri ( management company) were easy to get hold of, courteous and helpful.Location is quiet not much within walking distance so a car would be needed but lots to explore in the area and taxis to Rethymno were reliable on time ( if not early) and not too expensive.Overall a really nice villa which worked well for our party

Ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in dieser wunderschönen Villa, die mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet wurde. Uns fehlte es an nichts. Hervorzuheben ist die Sauberkeit im gesamten Objekt und die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft der Eigentümerin und der Verwaltung Etouri, die uns jederzeit weiterhelfen konnten. Die Lage der Villa ist etwas versteckt und der Strand ist am besten mit dem Auto zu erreichen und auch die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe sind absolut in Ordnung. Wir können diese Villa weiterempfehlen.

Magnifique villa

La villa est très belle, décoration et design mobilier, très spacieuse, agencement et confort de bon niveau, très bien équipée, électroménager, sanitaires, piscine, barbecue. La localisation géographique est excellente, très proche du littoral, à proximité de Rethymno, assez proche de la Canée, l'arrière-pays est magnifique. Notre hôtesse d'accueil s'est très bien occupé de nous, a toujours été disponible et a veillé à notre confort tout au long de notre séjour.

Un immense Merci à toute l’équipe d’Etouri grâce à qui nous avons passé un fabuleux séjour à Green marre villas ! Nos moindres désirs étaient immédiatement exaucés avec la plus grande des gentillesses. Merci pour toutes les bonnes adresses, le délicieux panier d’accueil et beaucoup d’autres surprises encore :-) La maison était parfaite bien située, à la fois au calme au milieu des oliviers et près des commerces et de la mer, parfaitement entretenue par une homemaid adorable qui venait tous les trois jours . Hi we’ve just come back from villa mare, the villa was spotless, location was great for trips to Rethymno and Bali a hire a must so you can get out and about. Robert from atouri was great, whenever we needed a taxi or restaurant booked he was always there for us. I would definitely recommend villa mare to my family and friends

We did like our stay at the Green Villa. The swimming pool was maybe what we appreciated the most. We were 2 families with total 9 persons. Everything was clean and nice. Pool was cleaned daily and a housekeeper came for about 4 hours every 3rd day. What I missed most were smaller pillows. The beds were fine and excellent air conditioning but too big pillows and it was easier to sleep without them and put clothes under your head instead. The villa is on a hill and not a easy walking distance to beach and shops so a car is important for most people. It is also possible to use bicycles to go to shops and beach. We did hire extra bicycles and used them quite a lot. Two bikes came with the villa.

Lovely Villa in Rethymno

We stayed at Green Mare Villa during the second week of September. Maria greeted us and showed us around the villa. She was very kind and accommodating. If we had any questions or concerns, there was a telephone in the villa where we just needed to dial 777. This was extremely helpful. The owner Ms. Rena is very nice. Kostas Vasilakis from Etouri was extremely helpful answering questions that we had while making the booking. Upon our request, he was able to hire a local chef to come to the villa to prepare a beautiful dinner for our friends and ourselves. There were many local restaurants near by. Our favorite one was "Eleven". Many thanks to Ms Rena and Maria. I also want to thank Maria's mother, who made us a delicious dish! Ronnie & Joe Federman

Great villa had everything we could have wanted. Company that manage it are really approachable and organised ensuring all areas covered plus that little bit more. The owner is friendly and welcoming offering a traditional meal cooked by her for you is an added bonus. Car is definitely needed.

A great villa offering everything you need.

A great villa for use of 2 families or big group. The company managing it is friendly and approachable organising all aspect of you holiday thinking ahead and offering those added extras. The owner is lovely and welcoming cooking us a taste cretian meal. The bikes would of been well used if not so hot to ride down to the village for fresh bread etc so that’s a great idea to have. Having a cleaner come and freshen the villa every few days is a treat she even tidied our teenagers girls room! A car is definitely needed to explore the area as there is so much to see and so many beautiful beaches to visit.

a dream stay

We spent 8 days in Crete in this beautiful villa.At quiet but very close to Rethymnon.The house is really like we see it on the site.We had a flushing problem, this one was fixed very quickly, in the same way, we missed a poet and salad bowls, the owner brought them back the next day. The team on site is really very nice, always ready to help. Thank you again to Sophia for the delicious moussaka that she prepared. Thank you to all those who contributed to make this stay magnificent. I recommend the villa green, it is superb.

Fabuleux !

La maison est superbe, très bien équipée, wifi, climatisation dans toutes les chambres, et le service est fabuleux : ménage tous les 3 jours, changement des draps et serviette, l'hote était au petit soin pour nous, disponible par téléphone (une ligne directe est prévue de la maison). La piscine est de taille idéale, un petit bassin pour les enfants et un grand pour les adultes, avec transats et parasols. La villa est près de Rethymnon et des plages. Nous y retournerons à coup sûr ! Merci à toute l'équipe qui gère la maison, ce fut un séjour inoubliable !

Fantastic villa - fantastic service

We are a party of 7 that has just returned from a 2 week stay at the Green Mare. The accommodation is fantastic, a real home from home where they have thought of everything from bathrobes to sandwich toasters. The pool area however is the jewel in the crown with a selection of seating areas whereby you can choose to sit in shade or sun throughout the day. The owner and all the staff from the cleaning ladies to the pool man provided an excellent and reliable service but went that extra mile by bringing fresh fruit from their own gardens to the owner cooking us a marvellous moussaka. The letting agents were also great and provided us with brilliant local information and restaurant recommendations. You would need a car to stay here but can't recommend highly enough.

Holiday with friends

The villa was perfect. The standard of the house was fantastic - especially the outdoors areas. Nothing had been spared to create the perfect holiday villa. The owner was available and lovely if needed. She even cooked a lovely traditional Greek meal for all 9 of our party! The facilities of the villa are second to none - nothing has been left out - even the two mountain bikes - although it was too hot in high Summer for us to cycle! Nothing but praise for the way in which the house has been built and furnished. The location is ideal for Rethymon which itself is lovely - especially in the evening - and it is genuinely true that beaches, supermarkets and taverna's are all closeby - the latter - a lovely Taverna is just on the doorstep and well withing walking distance. I would recommend this villa to anyone and everyone and would definitely love to return Thank you Rena, your family and Kostas David Giles - party of 9
