Große, geräumige Luxusvilla mit eigenem Pool in einer schönen, gepflegten Wohnanlage, ideal für Walt Disney World. Es ist nur 30 Minuten von den Universal Studios und Sea World entfernt. Wenn Sie die Küste besuchen möchten, sind Sie ca. 1 Stunde von beiden Küsten entfernt. In der Nähe finden Sie einen Supermarkt und andere Geschäfte sowie mehrere Golfplätze innerhalb von 10 Fahrminuten. Der eigene, elektrisch beheizte, nierenförmige Pool mit erweitertem Pooldeck ist nach Westen ausgerichtet und bietet nach hinten offene Sicht auf den wunderschönen Sonnenuntergang von Floridian. Die Gemeinde verfügt über ein eigenes Clubhaus, das über einen Gemeinschaftspool, ein Fitnessstudio, einen Lesesaal und einen WLAN-Internetzugang (alle für unsere Gäste kostenlos) verfügt.

Stunning house

Overall the property was just exactly what i needed for my family. Everything we needed was right at our fingertips. Kids definitely enjoyed the pool, which by the way it was so clean. I give this property a 10 out of 10.

Great home and location

We had a wonderful stay . The owner was helpful and gave plenty of information about the area as well as check in/out process. The home was spacious, well maintained and just what we needed for our family. We had a week of great weather but the pool heat was still needed with the chilly nights, so glad we paid for that option! Would definitely choose this home again if available when we make another trip.

Nice vacation with a gorgeous house

It was a very nice spacious house enough room and I loved seeing the pool in the back. My son and I loved it. The neighborhood was really quiet which I loved. If anyone is on vacation and needs somewhere to stay I would recommend this house. Other than anything else it was a good property and I would like to come back again.

Nice getway

Yvonne was so nice to work with- Julie and greg were amazing house mangers. The house is much larger than I expected. I was able to work in the front living room while my family and grands enjoyed the pool and kitchen/den area. Nice owners. Furniture could be updated but it wasn't a bother to us.

Great Experience

This property was exactly what we thought it would be! The aunt spray they leave for you definitely comes in handy, but it’s Florida so I don’t expect any different! We will totally stay here again in the future! The kids also loved the space, pool, and ping pong table! ❤️ Convenient to local stores as well! Could go just about anywhere needed in 15 minutes, even a little town square type thing 15 minutes away! We also recommend when you stay to check out the locally owned Minch coffee house!

Not clean

The house was not clean when we arrived. We contacted the owner. The property manager came to "fix" the issues, however it was not cleaned enough to allow us to utilize the kitchen, pool or the entire house. We ended up eating out for every meal and had yo hand wash clothing since I refused to use the washer or dryer. It was not an enjoyable trip and we ended up leaving earier than expected to go home.

I realise that you were upset that a wastepaper bin in one of the bedrooms had not been emptied as it should have been. You received an immediate apology and the management company came immediately and emptied it. They also picked up the crumb that you had found. However at no time were issues regarding the pool, washing machine, dryer or cooking facilities raised by you. If you were so unhappy then we would have given a refund and you could have left immediately. However, I suspect that your comments would not be so spurious, exaggerated or vitriolic if you were not faced with a claim for damage to the property.

Safe neighborhood and Beautiful family House , Great Pool .

The house is beautiful and big, the directions to get there are easy, it is a gated community and I liked that, the house has 2 rooms with private bathrooms, and two rooms share another bathroom, which was excellent because we were 2 families, I I was in the main room, with a beautiful master bathroom, very clean, large, and I also liked the walking closet .. the house has two living rooms, two dining rooms, it has everything to cook, we went to a grocery store that was less than 5 minutes from there .. we buy few things for breakfast .. we buy water, we buy shampoo, personal things etc. and we had many fast food restaurants nearby, I felt very safe in all those days, I was there for a week. Some neighbors doing exercises in the morning, everything was very clean .. the house was clean .. I had no problems at all, dishwasher was new, we went to all the Disney World parks, they were 25 to 35 minutes away, not bad. . The beach is about an hour and 15 minutes, by the way ... the house had beach towels, chairs and an umbrella for the beach and they were very useful, it also has toys for the pool, my little nephew loved them .. the pool was hot And after being on the day out in the parks the warm water helped us relax, it also has a washing machine and dryer, my children loved the ping pong table. The house has many towels, I liked that.. We were 8 in total, and it was perfect for two families, my kids were 14,18 and 24 years old and my nephew is 8 years old. The ownner was amazing, we were in contact through email and the app . I will definitely stay in this house again when I return to Orlando. Im from California btw! ;) I will give this house 10 stars! You will be happy staying here..

Beautiful Home!

We had a great trip! The house was lovely, nice and clean. Our children loved the pool. No complaints, would stay again.
