Das Gemeinschafts-Clubhaus eignet sich hervorragend für große Versammlungen mit einer gut ausgestatteten Küche und einer Sitzecke mit einem großen 48-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher. Es verfügt über 2 große Pools, einen saisonal beheizten, Tennisplätze, einen Trainingsraum und Basketballplätze. Sie können die großen Wanderwege für einen schönen Spaziergang oder zum Joggen entlang des Scenic Gulf Drive nutzen.

Unsere Maßeinheit schläft 8 bequem mit 1 König im Meister, 1 König im Dachboden, einem Königinraum und 1 Königinschlafsofa. Es verfügt über 2 Bäder, eines vom Meister und eines vom Dachboden. I’ve never rented a beach condo that was so well stocked to accommodate guests! There were so many board games, card games, books, DVDs, sand toys, beach equipment, air pump, ice chests, dog gate and collapsible pen, baby portable pack n play, 7 various portable fans, extra pillows/linens/comforters/throws, fully equipped kitchen from utensils to appliances they had it ALL! All available for us to use freely! I was truly shocked in the best way! When searching for the perfect place to vacation, you can’t ask for more than having to only pack your clothes & food, all other necessities are already there! This place is the definition of a diamond in the rough when you take into account all of that as well as the location, price, & overall quality of the condo itself! I never leaves reviews for ANYTHING, but this one was MANDATORY after such a win in my book!

Excellent location & great family plus dog setup

The 3 bedrooms came in perfect for our family to visit during the 2 months we stayed. The location is absolutely fabulous. Heated pool & hot tub access as well as beach made this condo so enjoyable we can't wait to stay here again.

Fun vacay

Property was nice and clean. We had a great time and enjoyed our stay. Convenient walk to beach and pool. Plenty of space for our family of 5. The sliding glass door to balcony didn't lock very good and could use some updating in certain areas but overall nice place and would recommend.

Wonderful Stay

The condo was as described. We enjoyed our week there very much. Only three of us so plenty of room. Very comfortable beds and good bathrooms. Would definitely rate this property 5 stars. Our one complaint would be the sofa which was very uncomfortable. We definitely would recommend this property for your stay at the beach.

Home away from home!

We wanted a nice relaxing spring break and we got just that. It was very comfortable and everyone had space to enjoy themselves. The condo looked exactly as pictured. They had plenty of beach toys for the kids and I loved that there was plasticware for the kids to use for eating and drinking. My family was not ready to leave. I look forward to staying here again.
