Dieses luxuriöse Apartment mit 3 Schlafzimmern befindet sich am östlichen Eingang der Altstadt und bietet einen herrlichen Blick auf die blaue Adria und die Insel Lokrum. Nur wenige Schritte vom Strand von Banje und in der Nähe der Altstadt, des Hotels Excelsior, von Geschäften und Restaurants gelegen, bietet das Apartment das Beste von Dubrovnik in 1-2 Minuten zu Fuß.


Die Wohnung (144 m² + 50 m² Terrasse) ist auf zwei Ebenen mit 3 Schlafzimmern und 3, 5 Bädern aufgeteilt. Die erste Ebene besteht aus einem Hauptschlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad, einem halben Badezimmer mit WC und Waschbecken, einem großen Wohnbereich / Wohnzimmer, einem Essbereich mit einem Tisch für sechs Personen und einer voll ausgestatteten Küche mit Mikrowelle, Backofen, Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine und Geschirrspüler. Die Terrasse bietet einen Essbereich mit Whirlpool und eine herrliche Aussicht.

Auf der zweiten Ebene gibt es ein Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten und eigenem Bad, ein Doppelzimmer, ein zweites Badezimmer und ein Fernsehzimmer mit einem ausziehbaren Schlafsofa, das Platz für 2 weitere Gäste bietet. Hedera A19 hat keinen privaten Parkplatz. Öffentliche Parkplätze stehen in der Straße darunter zur Verfügung. Zur Ausstattung gehören: SAT-TV und Klimaanlage in jedem Zimmer, eine voll ausgestattete Küche, Hi-Fi, DVD-Player, WLAN-Internetzugang, Ethernet-Anschluss, Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle, Waschmaschine, Whirlpool und ein Safe.


Das Hotel liegt günstig am Eingang Ploce der Altstadt, nur wenige Gehminuten von Cafés, Geldautomaten, Bäckereien und Restaurants entfernt. Die Wohnung ist ideal für diejenigen, die in der Nähe des Stadtzentrums sein möchten. Banje Beach befindet sich direkt unterhalb der Unterkunft, mehrere andere Strände sind innerhalb von 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Es gibt eine kurze Außentreppe (20 Stufen), die zur Wohnung führt. Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt.

Excellent place with an amazing view! This place did not disappoint in any way. We are planning to come back and will definitely stay here again. It is so close to shops and bakeries and maybe 10 minutes max to old town.

This location couldn’t be more perfect. We came for a wedding and 7 adults fit comfortably in the space. The views from each window were breathtaking! We loved the close proximity to all things Dubrovnik!

This was one of the best Vrbos we have stayed at. The place was immaculate and exactly as described. The views were amazing and the location was fantastic.It was less than a 5 minute walk to the Eastern gate. We were a family of 2 couples and 2 adult singles and there was plenty of space.walk

Amazing Location

Fantastic property, in an excellent location, with great views. Convenient to everything. Beach across the street. Old town and food within 5 minute walk. Beds were uncomfortable, and sheets and towels were very scratchy, with no extras, but everything else makes up for that. I would definitely return again and recommend.

Good stay in a great location

The location could not be beat, and the place was clean. Really nice spot! We asked for a slightly early check in but was not possible. Cleaning crew was still cleaning after check in time. would have hope for better views given some of the photos. Overall good place!

Lovely apartment

We had a lovely stay and the owners were very helpful throughout. The property was really clean and had everything we would need- even a toasty maker! We did ask for a second set of keys due to the groups of guests staying which was sorted for us. The location is great too, although we didn’t use the beach as it was too busy. We did venture to lokrum island which was a perfect day!

Location, location, location!

Great stay at this perfectly convenient spot overlooking the sea and the old town. The place was perfect for 2 families - clean and spacious! Tons of restaurants and things to do right outiside your front door! The only challenge we had was unloading and reloading all of our luggage from the transport van - as the street in front of the house is so narrow and busy. But we managed and worth it in the end for the convenience of being so close to everything!

I dare you to find a better location

Do you want the beach? The entrance to the stairs to a beach with chair rentals, restaurants and amazing water is maybe 20m from the entrance to the villa. Do you want Old Town? You’re a five minute walk from the more pleasant gate into the city. The villa itself is very nice, has all the amenities you’d want and has only a little noise from the streets. We had seven people and it was very comfortable for us all. We wracked our brain to try and think if there’s somewhere else we’d stay if/when we come back and the answer is no. Loved it here!
