We had a fantastic time and Adrian and Naira made our stay magical. They offered assistance on transportation, tours and dinners. They really took the worry out of decision making. We had 13 people and we never felt crowded. The pool and outdoor space made us feel like we never had to leave the house. But when we did, we were able to walk to every attraction!

We had 9 cousins for 7 days and rented the entire villa. First and foremost the hosts are two of the kindest and most welcoming people!! They do live next door. Adrian drove us 25 minutes to a larger supermarket so we could stock up on food for the week. Naira is a concert pianist and played for us one evening. The pictures on Vrbo are very accurate. Bedrooms are a great size and have their own bathroom. The outdoor space and pool are awesome and we were in that pool everyday. Kitchens are well stocked. It’s about 15 minute walk, downhill, to Old Town and The Walls. There are 2 small grocery stores on the walk down. 25 minutes from airport. We will definitely be coming back again…it was a wonderful week!!

Beautiful getaway on the Adriatic Sea!

This is such a gem of a find for a stay in Dubrovnik! It’s spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated, open and airy, and has absolutely amazing views of the Adriatic Sea from all rooms! The beds were comfortable and the temperature-controlled air conditioning made for restful nights. It’s in the perfect location - about 5 min walk to Old Town with a view of the sea along your walk - so you’re not in the busy touristy section but can easily access it. The deck and the pool overlook the sea and were incredible- what an amazing view!!! The owners are warm, engaged, helpful, and generous. They helped us coordinate plans and gave so many recommendations - it was like having a personal guide book! A bottle of wine and snacks were waiting for us when we arrived and the two owners continued to share their kindness with us throughout our stay. I would give this property my highest recommendation! It really was incredible. You will not be dissapointed!

Diese Ferienwohnung hat uns super gut gefallen. Die Lage, das Meer, der Blick - einfach alles perfekt. Die obere Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem was das Herz begehrt. Von der Waschmaschine bis zum Airconditioner in jedem Zimmer, WLAN, Fernseher ( die mn bei dieser Sicht nicht benötigt !) und mehrere saubere Bäder. Die Gastgeber sind super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles top. Können wir nur empfehlen!

Traumhafter Ausblick und familiäre Atmosphäre

Wir -8 Frauen - haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub in Dubrovnik in der Villa Adrian verbracht. Die Unterkunft liegt ca. 10 Fußminuten von der Altstadt und auch vom kleinen schönen Badestrand (Badeschuhe sind zu empfehlen) entfernt. Ein Auto ist nicht nötig, alles ist zu Fuß oder mit dem Bus (hält fast vor der Haustür) gut zu erreichen. Mehrere kleine Supermärkte sind in der Umgebung. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist traumhaft. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend ausgestattet. Die Gastgeberfamilie empfing uns sehr freunlich und familiär. Sie halfen uns mit vielen Tipps und Informationen. In schöner familiärer Atmosphäre verbrachten wir manch schöne Stunde. Ein Aufenthalt ist für alle Altersgruppen sehr zu empfehlen.

vom Enkel bis zum Opa

Wer sich hier einmietet, hat gut gewählt. Wer allerdings 5 Sterne-Luxus braucht, sollte sich ins Hilton oder Belvedere begeben. Es gibt ein paar kleine Unzulänglichkeiten, für die aber die riesige Terrasse mit dem wunderbaren Ausblick entschädigt. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und helfen, wo sie nur können. Strand, Altstadt und Restaurants (alle Preis-lagen und gutes Niveau) sind für den durchschnittlich Bewegungsfähigen füßlings zu erreichen. Für die weiteren Wege - zum Beispiel in die Neustadt mit dem Frischemarkt - nutzt man den Bus (fast vor der Tür). Mehrere Supermärkte mit gutem Angebot sind in der Nähe (ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß). Alles in allem - empfehlenswert. Wir kommen mit Sicherheit wieder.

A MUST stay!!!

We had just the most amazing time at Villa Adrian. If you are traveling with a group of friends or even family look no further. The views from the house were absolutely breath taking. There was more than enough rooms for all of us to sleep comfortably, it was clean and the Pool area was a wonderful spot to hang out with some of the best views in the city. It’s a very short walk to near by beaches and just 10-12 min walk to old town. We didn’t have to get in a car once we arrived. Our hosts were so gracious and welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. Truly can’t recommend it enough!

Most Spectacular Views and Amenities

Villa Adrian is as unique and beautiful as its hosts are warm and helpful. Our party of 13 thoroughly enjoyed the spacious 4 story villa with both enchanting castle and Lokrum Island views, and just a short breezy walk to the old city castle walls. During our stay Naira and Adrian went out of their way on several occasions to ensure we had an enjoyable time. Only regret was no clay tennis court across from the upper parking area :)

Amazing!!!!

This property was amazing, better than I could have expected! I think it may have been even better than the pictures! Comfortable beds, nice bathrooms, plenty of room and accommodations. Great location and wonderful hosts

We could not have been more happy with this rental. Our hosts were wonderful, helpful and accomodating. The view from our balcony was captivating. Our walk to the old town was 10-15 minutes and parking was set up by our host just outside (no charge).

Comfort, Convenience & a View

Eight members of our party stayed at Villa Adrian for 5 nights and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We were in Dubrovnik for our daughter’s wedding and were looking for a convenient and relaxing location. Villa Adrian hit the mark. Adrian and Naira made us feel welcome from the minute we arrived to when we left. We appreciate their hospitality for our wedding trip! Adrian welcomed us with wine and snacks upon our arrival and proceeded to give us information about Dubrovnik which proved helpful during our stay. This villa is very comfortable with charming furnishings. We occupied the 4 second-floor bedrooms in the house knowing if we had any problems that Adrian and Naira were right next door. Villa Adrian is uphill of the old city, a quick walk to the Ploce Gate, Banje Beach and 2 shopping markets where we bought our breakfast foods. We enjoyed dining outside on the patio each morning and spending time on the patio and in the pool overlooking the beautiful Adriatic Sea and Lokrum. Each of the rooms have wall mounted AC units keeping us cool at night. 2 of the 3 bathrooms were adjacent to the bedrooms and the 3rd was on the first floor adjacent to the kitchen. The kitchen is well appointed with appliances, cookware, utensils and dishes making breakfast and snack preparation quick and easy. Naira and Adrian also made their washing machine available to us, helpful as we moved on to a second week of travel north of Dubrovnik. The walk to and from the villa was moderate, the sidewalk is smooth and the views during the walk were beautiful. For those long days siteseeing, if we found the walk back up too daunting, we could quickly summon an Uber driver outside Ploce Gate and be dropped off right at the doorstep. We loved the pool! We loved our stay at Villa Adrian and recommend it to anyone traveling to Dubrovnik. The others in our group who stayed elsewhere in Dubrovnik were envious of our accommodations at Villa Adrian. Naira and Adrian are perfect hosts!

Most beautiful villa with amazing views!

My friends and I stayed at Adrian’s villa for a week at the end of May. The villa is absolutely perfect and the views are amazing! The photos really don’t do it justice! Adrian and his wife are lovely people and couldn’t do enough for us while we were there. We enjoyed our stay so much and would definitely stay again (next time with baby) and recommend to others. Our family including four adults, and two young children loved Villa Adrian. Adrian and Naira were wonderful hosts. As stated by other guests the location is perfect. The view from the patio and rooms is incredible. The walk to old town is just 15 minutes. Our hosts could not have been more helpful in answering all our questions, providing advice, and booking a last minute all day private boat trip to three islands. Highly recommended.

Pool, location, hosts can't be beat

Terrific say in Dubrovnik. Adrian and Naira are incredible hosts and really made us feel welcome with our three small girls. The pool overlooking the bay was a great way to enjoy the view and stay cool. Only a short 10-15 minute walk down to Dubrovnik old town and 5 minutes to a nice hotel for cocktails/coffee.

Far exceeded expectations.

Our group had a fantastic stay at Villa Adrian. Adrian and his wife could not have been more friendly or accommodating, and the photos of the property and the views do not do it justice. I would not stay anywhere else if I returned to Dubrovnik.

Loved it!!

Our family travelled together to Dubrovnik in July 2017. As a group of 10, we were so happy to find this home that could accommodate us, and at the same time be so close to the old town. Our hosts, Adrian and his wife could not have been kinder and more accommodating in any possible way. They were the best!! The home is located a short walk from the old town, which is great because the old town can get quite busy at times. We were secluded from that, and had our own quiet sanctuary high on the hill. The views are spectacular no matter which way you look. If you have Dubrovnik on your bucket-list, you have to go for a visit, and this is the perfect place to stay. Thank-you Adrian...we hope to see you again soon.

Very Enjoyable Stay
