This luxury 4 bedroom apartment has it all: gorgeous design, dazzling sea views and close proximity to Old Town. The size of the apartment is 160 square meters. Designer furniture, luxurious finishes, and myriad amenities will leave no question that guests have been placed gently into the lap of luxury.
The space
This unique apartment is spread on two floors and can accommodate up to 6 persons.
The ground floor of the apartment features a well equipped kitchen, lovely dining room and big living room. Also, there is a one bedroom and one bathroom. Outside there is a spacious terrace (120 square meters) with Jacuzzi and lounge.

First floor features three bedrooms, two bathrooms and one separate toilet. Worth mentioning is master bedroom with an suite bathroom and big balcony which offers stunning views to city walls, island of Lokrum, fortress Lovrijenac and beautiful blue Adriatic sea.

The apartment's many amenities include air conditioning in every room, floor heating, satellite TV, free WiFi, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, washing machine, clothes dryer, iron, ironing board, baby cot on request, Jacuzzi, etc.

The Old Town, Banje beach and Sulic beach are less than 10 minutes walking distance away, thus making this luxury apartment an ideal base for enjoying and exploring Dubrovnik's rich offerings.

This is a beautiful and comfortable place for any larger group to stay in Dubrovnik. Perfect location with easy walking access to old town that also offers a quiet place away from crowds. The location is also very convenient for taxis/Uber/Bolt if you want to ride out of the city for a dinner or a day trip. You will appreciate having private outdoor space on the ground level and upstairs (great views and good sun during the day) as well as the jacuzzi. Very comfortable beds and well-appointed bathrooms. Communication with host Tino was excellent with no issues—he is willing to help with anything, including organizing rides to the airport. Strongly recommend for groups in Dubrovnik!

This is a beautiful property. The owner’s son was so helpful in getting us settled in the property and coordinating Airport transportation.The location of the property is close to everything in Dubrovnik. It should be noted that this steps up to the property can be a bit intimidating. For those with limited mobility or lung issues, this might not be your best choice. Can’t say enough nice things about the property itself and the hospitality extended by the owner and her son.

Truly perfect! Gorgeous apartment with stunning views in a lovely neighborhood. Easy walk to Old Town. Market, bakery and restaurant a short distance away. Parking close by. Attentive host. Each bedroom was comfortable, bathrooms, kitchen, dining room and living room made it feel like home. Truly couldn’t have asked for more.

My family of five stayed at Nela's place in mid August. I really cant say enough about her beautiful home. I have three boys and they each had their own spacious bedroom and the 3.5 bathrooms were all modern clean and tastefully renovated. The outdoor space is gorgeous with breathtaking views of the old town and the Adriatic sea. I could sit out there and just relax and take in the view for hours. Nela furnished us with everything we need in terms of soap, shampoo plenty of towels and a welcome basket upon arrival. When we arrived our taxi dropped us off at the top of the hill (as opposed to the bottom). Nela's son was waiting at the bottom to help us with our bags. Should your driver do the same, just let them know so their son isnt waitng in vein. Regarding the location of the house, it is so close to old town. We went into town daily. The location is ideal. However, reading the reviews about the stairs is real. There are over 90 stairs to get from the main road to Nela's house. while this elevation provides for those GORGEOUS views, if someone in your party has mobility issues it may be a bit difficult to navigate the stairs. We didnt have any issues, but just pointing this out. Again, amazing property, Nela is a kind and gracious host. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend her house.

An exceptional property with an exceptional host

The apartment has an amazing view of the bay, both from the first floor and from the upstairs balcony. The place looks like it was recently updated with great appliances, furniture and decor. The host was very helpful and easy to communicate with. The host actually helped me out of an emergency situation when an ATM took my debit card. The operator didn't communicate in English, and the host came to our aid. The host assisted with arrangements for photographer and wonderful boat tours.

Great stay with great hosts!

Nico and his brother were incredibly responsive and helpful with the check in process. There are quite a few stairs to get there, so be prepared but Nico helped us with our bags and checked us in. The home was private, clean, and had a great view over Old Town which was a short walk away (lots of stairs but that is expected in Dubrovnik). Highly recommend staying here!

Best vacation rental EVER!!!

This is the best vacation rental experience I’ve ever had! The house was beautiful - immaculately clean, updated with every amenity imaginable, incredible view, in a great location (5 min walk to Old Town). Nela’s attention to detail was a testament to her professionalism as a property manager - fresh cut flowers on the dining room table; rosé wine and beer in the fridge; ground coffee for breakfast; basket of fresh fruit. The beds were the most comfortable I’ve slept in. Communication with Nela was super easy - she was very responsive to every message. There’s only one place to stay in Dubrovnik and it’s HERE!!!

Great option for families

Our family of 6 enjoyed our stay at Nela’s home in Dubrovnik. The steps to the apartment was a little daunting but Nela’s husband and son were very kind to help us with our bags. The home was well appointed and there was plenty of space for everyone. Everything was very clean and the apartment was close to a market and cafe. Walking to the old town was convenient. I highly recommend Nela’s place for any families visiting Dubrovnik.

Great Place; Great Location

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful apartment. We were 6 adults and had plenty of space. Nela was so welcoming and was there to greet us when we arrived. You could tell she truly cares about her guests by her attention to detail and quick replies to all of our questions. The steps to get to the apartment were a bit daunting in the heat but thankfully Nela provided assistance with our bags upon arrival. The view was stunning, the hot tub was relaxing and the location was perfect for access to Old Town. Our trip to Dubrovnik was fantastic! TY!

Beautiful apartment with touch of love

Property is closely located by walking distance to old town. It’s neat clean apartment as listing says, Nela was very welcoming. When in Dubrovnik be ready to walk the stairs. She took care of our luggage pick up and move into the apartment, check in was super easy. Overall a nice place with views.

Spectacular accommodations!!!

Villa Allure was the perfect property for our family of four. Nela was a responsive host who thought of everything to make our stay comfortable and memorable. The view of Old Dubrovnik is amazing and the location makes day trips to the beach and historic locations convenient. The property is situated in an area elevated from the Old District and the city itself has lots of stairs. There are a few shops nearby for groceries and baked good. We made multiple trips daily and got our exercise. We also found routes that were more easily accessible. Many thanks for Nico’s help with our bags!!

Dubrovniks BEST apartment

Stope scrolling and book this apartment. We are a family of 7 from Australia and Nela is the best host we have had during a month long trip through Croatia. Everything you need is thought of, including laundry washing powder and body wash, shampoo and conditioner in the bathrooms. There was also a fruit bowl and bottle of wine provided on arrival. The location is perfect. Walking distance to the old town and all restaurants. It’s quiet, so you can actually sleep. It’s modern, the A/C works beautifully in every room, it’s clean and the beds are very comfortable. Nela’s son helped carry our luggage to and from the street as it’s up some stairs. The parking garage is expensive but it’s easy to find and our car was secure. We would very happily return and stay again. You wont regret booking this apartment. It’s got 5 stars from all of us
