Unglaubliche Ausblicke auf den Golf machen diese 1-Schlafzimmer-Eigentumswohnung zum perfekten Zufluchtsort! Das Estero Beach & Tennis 1006C liegt gegenüber dem Santini Plaza am südlichen Ende der Insel und ist der perfekte Ort, um zu zweit zu entspannen und alles zu genießen, was die Insel zu bieten hat!

Sie können ein intimes Abendessen in Ihrer makellosen, komplett ausgestatteten Küche genießen (bitte beachten Sie, dass es einen Geschirrspüler, eine Mikrowelle und ein Kochfeld gibt, aber keinen Backofen) oder den hauseigenen Grill nutzen und eine großartige Mahlzeit zubereiten, die Sie auf der Terrasse genießen können offener Balkon. Bei all den Boots- und Wildtieraktivitäten ist es ein Vergnügen, beim Essen draußen zu sitzen.

Der Wohnbereich verfügt über einen Flachbild-TV, auf dem Sie Ihre Lieblingssendungen sehen können, und ein Schlafsofa. Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein bequemes Kingsize-Bett (es gibt eine Trennwand zwischen dem Schlafzimmer und dem Wohnbereich).
Es gibt kostenloses WLAN in der Einheit sowie Lobby und Poolbereich.

Dieses Gerät ist Teil unseres Wäscheservice-Programms. Bitte waschen Sie die Bettwäsche NICHT. Sie können in unserem Büro auf der Santini Plaza gegen eine sehr geringe Gebühr umgetauscht werden.

Wenn Sie Lust auf Bewegung haben, können Sie im beheizten Pool trainieren oder einfach nur entspannen und die sonnigen Tage genießen. Wenn Sie ein bisschen aktiver sein möchten, gibt es Tennisplätze, auf denen Sie Ihre Füße bewegen und Ihr Herz höher schlagen lassen können! Der Pool ist von morgens bis abends geöffnet.

Sie können den Strand in beide Richtungen entlang laufen - nach Süden gelangen Sie in den Lovers Key State Park, wo Sie Spaziergänge in der Natur oder Muscheln am Strand unternehmen können - oder nach Norden zum Times Square, um die Geschäfte, Restaurants und Aktivitäten der Insel zu genießen.

Ganz in der Nähe (fast direkt gegenüber dem Estero Boulevard) befindet sich das Santini Plaza, das Geschäfte und Restaurants für jeden Geschmack bietet.

Clean, well maintained and quiet.

Great view, well stocked kitchen, comfy bed, well maintained condo. Not in the center of action if you enjoy peace and quiet it is fantastic.

I wouldn't rent this unit again

The location was pretty good. We had a really good time. The only thing lacking was the room. It was wiped down, but not clean at all. The overhead light in the kitchen is also a ceiling fan. The fan worked, but the light did not. The dishwasher didn't work. There was no ironing board. The blinds were broken. The balcony door didn't lock. The comforter had stains all over it. There was a mess left under the bathroom sink. It looks like something spilled a long time ago and was never cleaned up. The only A/C is a unit like you would find in a hotel room. There's no thermostat to adjust. They actually tell you (when you get there) not to turn the temperature down below 74 degrees because it will freeze up. It was so HOT! There are a couple fans left for you that are also gross and dusty, but they did help keep us cool. Also, there were bugs at the beach that had all of us itching like crazy the whole week. I guess they are called noseums. You can't see them and don't know you've been bit until the middle of the night or the next morning when you start itching. I know there are some things I'm forgetting, but you get the point.

Paradise with a view. Incredible sunsets every evening.

The property was clean and well equipped for anything you could need. There were 2 couples in our group and we were all comfortable. We weren't in the condo much as we were exploring Ft Myers, Sanibel and Captiva Islands and having fun shelling and kayaking! We enjoyed our stay and hope to return some day.

Clean & convenient

This is our 2nd year coming to Estero Tennis & Beach Club and although the complex is a little dated it's in great shape , clean and a great location! I worry about the natural beach however because it wasn't as wide as last year and I fear if they don't do something, erosion is going to take it out. Overall we would definitely stay again if we come to the Fort Myers area.

More Time Please

The condo was well equipped for our needs. The furnishings comforable and practical for beach vacation with decorating touches so appealing. Bed the most comfortable we ever slept in. Property is well maintained with just a short walk to the beach. The view from the balcony was awesome. Sunset picture perfect and we took many. A great opportunity to see birds and dolphins. We even saw a manatee swim by. The location is great just to do nothing or take excursions or do water activities. Thank you to the owners for a wonderful respite.

Perfect getaway location

We loved staying at Estero Beach and Tennis Club. Unit 1006C had an amazing view, and we enjoyed that view on the balcony and every room! The kitchen had everything we needed for our 2 week stay. We appreciated the diligence of the management at Kathy Nesbit Vacations, and would definitely rent any of their listings as a result. We love the quiet beach setting of EB&TC, where it's easy to find beautiful shells and beautiful birds. As for indoor furniture, we found the living room and bedroom furniture to be very comfortable. Past reviews noted the lack of an oven; however there was a convection oven/microwave that we used and found we could make a meal very easily. That's a great solution! The only thing we might recommend is a table on the balcony for outdoor dining...but it may be that this unit is too high for such furniture. We would definitely recommend this unit and the management team.

Florida Getaway

The pictures were exactly as advertised. We loved the location. Crazy that only one roll of paper towels and toilet paper are provided for the week. As well as one garbage bag. Pack an extra garbage bag or two in your suitcase and go to the nearest store for the rest. Umbrella, 2 beach towels and 2 chairs were furnished. Made the beach days easy. Small cooler in the closet and ice blocks in the freezer were a plus. The drying rack was great. Hope this info helps the next person. Will definitely recommend this condo to others. Had a problem with the toilet and it was resolved quickly! Staff was very attentive. Thank you for a wonderful week!!

Fun in the sun :)

We had a great week overall! We rented bikes and used the trolley system, so we were able to access quite a few places without needing a rental car. Easy access to Lover’s Key- fun to see manatees while paddle boarding! Also close to parasailing and jet ski rentals. The condo has a great view of the gulf and we enjoyed many meals on the balcony! The blinds were broken, but the maintenance guy did come fix them quickly. The AC was pretty loud, but functional. It was easy to exchange linen when needed.

Location close to everything including restaurants, groceries, liquor, and shopping. Beach was spot on beautiful. Condo furnishings were very nice and had everything we needed. Nice big tv screen and plenty of kitchen utensils. We did buy an umbrella bc the one provided was inadequate and we left it for future guests.

Perfect beach getaway

I needed a beach getaway and I got it. The view from the balcony was perfect. I also loved that it wasn’t a very public beach. There would be people on the beach but never a lot of people which was great for COVID social distancing and it made it much more of a peaceful experience. The room was comfortable as well. Only critique would be I wish it had an oven in the kitchen so we didn’t have to do as much cooking or eating out on busy days. Wouldve liked to have just thrown in a frozen pizza or something.

Somewhat unsatisfied!

Enjoyed the view for sure! Great location! Was happy with most of our stay! Only thing we didn’t like, was no oven and didn’t see that before booking... so my fault! As we wanted to cook in few nights and couldn’t! Also didn’t like the fact we had to buy extra bags for trash and toilet paper, and had to pay for more shower towels because only provide one per person and wasn’t allowed to wash! Overall nice place!

Perfect location; Beautiful condo

This is our second year staying at Estero Beach & Tennis. We love the property. And this condo has the most amazing view! It was clean and offered everything we needed. Very comfortable bed. Watch the sunsets everynight! We highly recommend this condo!

Happy but disappointed

Unit was located in a perfect location on estero beach, only real problem was the unit setup was terrible, we were there for 2 weeks and there was only 1 roll of toilet paper, 4 bath towels and less kitchen dish cloths. Paying $1500 per week should include enough of theses essential items and going out and paying for them seemed ridicules. You would think with all the additional charges like unit cleaning, please of mind fee etc they could at least find a few dollars to supply the unit with you daily essentials. I would suggest spending a little more on simple inexpensive items and the return on a small investment would be worth while.

Getaway!

Great unit with beautiful views

We enjoyed our stay from check in to check out. The unit is very clean and well stocked. The views from the balcony are wonderful and we enjoyed seeing and hearing the gulf waters at all times of the day. We loved sitting on the balcony watching the dolphins and enjoying the spectacular sunsets. The location was perfect for us, we enjoyed being at the quiet end of the island. We had a small problem with a closet door and management quickly and efficiently addressed the issue. My only complaint would be the lack of beach chairs, the ones provided were not really usable. If we were staying longer I would have bought chairs but that's not practical for a one week renter. We loved the unit and the Estero Beach & Tennis Condo.

Beautiful gulf views; comfortable condo.

We enjoyed our stay at your lovely condo but were not aware that it did not have an oven. Didn't really plan to cook alot but did miss the oven. Also thought the floors could have been a bit cleaner and the drawers in the bath were full of hair. Enjoyed the bright decor.

Nice property, grounds, location. Could use a little updating (blinds and bathroom).

Quiet area, convenient location. False fire alarm (heard a worker set off by accident) was disconcerting. Loved the view and hearing the surf all the time.

Adequate
