Located on the highly coveted South Island on Fort Myers Beach at the Estero Beach and Tennis Club. With restaurants, shopping, and recreation activities all within walking distance, the location is ideal for your beachfront vacation and your own private beach that is just steps away.

The unit boasts a completely remodeled kitchen with quartz countertops, brand new appliances including a dishwasher (very rare), brand new living room furniture, and new A/C and unlimited music surround sound streaming via Amazon Alexa and Apple Music. Playing your favorite tunes, sounds, and podcasts will no doubt create the ELEVATED experience you are coming for!

Sunrises are included each morning on your private balcony and sunsets are breathtaking down on the beach with toes in the bright white sand.

Whether you plan on doing your own cooking or going to one of the many restaurants or a mix of both, the kitchen is stocked full of everything you will need.

Beach chairs, tennis rackets, a 100 board game set, and an HDTV with Xfinity are included in your stay. The Xfinity smart remote will allow you to voice search content and you can log in with any of the services you already subscribe to like Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, YouTube, Spotify, Disney+, and Paramount+.

-ALL your linens are provided, and the bed is made upon arrival. Plenty of towels and beach towels are in the unit for your convenience.
-There is a hairdryer, an iron, and a small ironing board. There is a nice BAR HEIGHT table and chairs set on the balcony so you can enjoy breakfast and coffee as the sunrise ELEVATES your mood for a great day ahead.
-600 MB high-speed internet with 120+ Xfinity channels and a smart remote that you can use to find exactly what you’re looking for in no time.
-A blender, air-fryer, and coffee maker are all available and ready to use.
-Beach chairs, cooler, and beach towels make for a beach day you won’t forget.

OWNER’S INFO:
-There is NO SMOKING in the unit or on the balcony. There is a designated smoking area on-site with shade and benches.
-No Pets
-Local, onsite contact for immediate concerns.
-Arrival is at 4:00 pm and Departure is 11:00 am for your stay.
