Completely renovated following Hurricanes Ian and Milton, this second-floor condo is now available and boasts windows that allow for ample natural light and stunning views from every room. "You are My Sunshine" offers breathtaking vistas of the Gulf of Mexico, the pristine white sand beach with Sanibel Island in the distance, Matanzas Bay, and Bowditch Park. Located at the tranquil tip of the north end of the island, guests can enjoy the soothing sounds of the water and captivating sunsets from the screened gulf-front living room lanai or sunrises from the master bedroom bayside lanai.
The unique location of Vacation Villas is particularly noteworthy. This privately-owned building is situated on the traffic-free north end of Fort Myers Beach. Times Square is easily accessible via a 15-minute walk along the beach or sidewalk, or by taking the nearby trolley that stops right outside the building, offering convenient transportation to various dining, entertainment, and shopping options available in downtown Fort Myers Beach.
The condo features a master suite with a king-sized bed, complete with an en-suite bathroom, and Bayview screened lanai where you can enjoy the sunrise over Matanzas Bay with a cup of coffee and the sunset over the Gulf of Mexico. The second guest bedroom includes a king-sized bed (which can alternatively be configured as two twin beds) and access to a nearby full bathroom. Both bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans and smart flat-screen TVs, providing a comprehensive channel lineup that includes local stations. Hair dryers and bar soap are provided in each bathroom for convenience.
The kitchen, fitted with quartz countertops and new stainless-steel appliances, is fully stocked with a wide array of bowls, cookware, gadgets, flatware, and utensils required to prepare delightful meals. THIS IS A NO SMOKING UNIT. NO SMOKING IS ALLOWED IN THE CONDO OR ON THE LANAIS AT ANY TIME, and no pets are permitted. Violation will result in immediate termination of the rental and a minimum $300 damage charge.
