My Space Barcelona Loft near the Arc de Triomphe with pool and terrace

This spacious loft fully equipped and recently renovated was designed and decorated to create a welcoming atmosphere. Above all it is perfect to enjoy the city of Barcelona as of its comfortable furniture and equipment.
This modern loft of 40m2 located next to Arc de Triumf, one of the most central area of Barcelona, has got a shared terrace, shared open swimming pool and Wi-Fi in all parts of the building (swimming pool included). Moreover, it can host up to 4 people and was designed in a modern way.
The large dinning-living room is a central space within the apartment and has access to an indoor gallery. In the open kitchen, you will among others find fridge, dishwasher, microwave, oven and wash machine. Furthermore, the apartment has 1 double bed and 2 single beds and a full bathroom with a shower.

This spacious and modern apartment is located on the ground floor of the building and is easily accessible with the metro as the metro station Arc de Triumf is only a few meters away from the apartment. You will also find several bus stops and a train station with direct trains to the airport nearby. Finally, the loft has an ideal location for those visiting Barcelona and its surroundings as of the proximity to those. Hence, you will rapidly reach Montjuic, the main museums, Plaza España, Camp Nou, teatros de la avenida Paral·lel, Sagrada Familia, Placa Catalunya, la Pedrera, Casa Batlló... For example, you will reach the Picasso museum within 10 minutes only and the Palacio de la Música Catalana within 15 minutes.

If you are planning some family holiday, or are coming with a larger group, no problem, we have 10 other apartments in this building and can host up to 68 people. Moreover, the building has got an elevator making it suitable for everyone.

✅ Please note the following important information before booking:

- The Property Manager will send you a 30% link to make the first payment (We do not accept American Express Card).

- The remaining 70% must be paid by bank transfer must be received alleast 3 days before check-in or in cash at the time of check-in.

- A security deposit will be collected by credit/debit card upon check-in at our office or by Online Link. We will process the refund of the deposit within 14 business days.

- Travel cot/Travel cot:
Price: 20.00 EUR / Day / Item. It is not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it.

-Arrival after hours:

- Our check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday to Sunday at our office "Carrer de Hercegovina, 1 LOCAL 08021 Barcelona". Outside these hours we will charge €50 in cash as late check-in
- The Tourist Tax in Barcelona will be applied.

- Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros.

- Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbours intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €400 (in addition to the police fine).
