Villa Découverte, luxury house with private pool

Découverte (with heated pool ànd airconditioning) is a very nice holiday house with fantastic views over the roaring hills. The house is suitable for 8 people and is nestled in the woods on the hills close to Rocamadour. The living room with veranda has TV, DVD and CD. The open kitchen has a fridge, freezer, stove, oven, dishwasher and a highchair is available. Bosch Tassimo espresso machine (enough cups available for you, the service in this house is fantastic!). For cooler nights you can use the stove in the living room, romantic! Dogs allowed outside july and august.

Interior
Decouverte offers 4 double bedrooms, 3 with double bed and one with a large good sofabed. The two upstairs bedrooms above the kitchen/living room also have an additional single bed in the room. As two bedrooms are in the annexe this house is ideal for two families or two couples as because of the lay-out you have a lot of privacy. A cot is also available. Three bedrooms have bathrooms with toilet and shower, one bathroom has a bath. There is air conditioning in both bedrooms in the main house and in the barn in the upstairs bedroom.

Outside
The large (new) terrace surrounding the pool is equipped with garden furniture, barbecue, deck chairs and umbrellas. While enjoying a glass of cool rosé, you can enjoy the beautiful sunset on the covered terrace at the back of the house. While you prepare your French dinner, you can watch the kids playing in the pool.

Surroundings
Decouverte is located outside a small rural village (Reilhaguet), 5 km from Payrac, the medieval town of Gourdon just 10km away, 20 km to Rocamadour. Larger towns such as Cahors and Brive are a 40-minute drive away. Worth to visit: Rocamadour, the second most visited site in France after Mont St Michel. There is much to see, restaurants, falconry shows, monkey park and of course the abbey. Turenne and his castle. Crusaders Castle Curemonte and Collonges-la-Rouge, a red sandstone village. Autoire, Loubressac and Carennac Do not miss out as well as the caves at Lascaux and Padirac. There is a tourist train in Martel. Martel, the town of seven towers and marvelous architecture.
