Unser Ort ist nur 10 Minuten von Kerrville, 5 Minuten von Comfort und 30 Minuten von Hunt & Fredericksburg entfernt. Wir befinden uns im Herzen des Hill Country mit lebendigem Wasser auf zwei Seiten des Anwesens. Sie lieben unsere Heimat lieben, wie es auf 600 'von Guadalupe Flussufer schmiegt 10 Acres hat. Unser fertiges Haus verfügt über 4 Schlafzimmer und 2 Bäder mit einer großen Veranda, Party-Pavillon inklusive Whirlpool, Außenkamin (komplett mit Holz bestückt) mit fantastischen Sofa Sitzgelegenheiten, Billard, Raucher, Grill und Essen im Freien für 12. Das Anwesen hat auch für Hufeisen und Waschmaschinen für Ihren Genuss eingerichtet.
Golfwagen ist in der Unterkunft inbegriffen.

Wonderful host and home

We went for my sisters wedding and this location was the perfect spot to escape the city, enjoy time with friends, and get some outdoor time! The host was wonderful and home was fully stocked with what we needed.

Lovely Creek and River

We enjoyed our visit to the Hill Country. My grandson especially loved everything: the pool table, the hot tub, the opportunity to explore, the deer. Laura, our host, was terrific in answering questions and meeting our needs. This is a lovely place which we recommend highly.

Wonderful property; relaxing time

Nice big property with a nice long stretch of river to enjoy, shady spot near picnic table and stairs was the best. Plenty of room, had everything we needed, and too many outdoor activities and games to enjoy in our 3 day stay. A great relaxing visit enjoyed by the kids and the parents - highly recommended property!

Lots of wildlife

We really enjoyed the stay and loved watching the deer come through in the morning and evening. Also saw a porcupine which was really cool. We loved the outdoor area with a the fireplace and pool table. We spent a lot of time out there!

Amazing Weekend

Had a blast. Even though the water was a little low, we were able to tube and fish. The acomidations were really nice with lots of amenities: oversized master bathroom tub, pool table, hot tub, games, etc. Recommending to all my friends.

50th anniversary

We went to celebrate my wife’s parents 50th anniversary and we had a great time. We were able to cook a great meal using everything provided by the host. The check in and out process was very easy. The deer show up when the sun set and rises. Awesome atmosphere.

Just Perfect

It was the perfect house for our family to stay at for our daughter’s wedding in Center Point, Tx. It was spacious, comfortable and lots to do outside. The pavilion was exactly what we needed to have a BBQ for our out of town guest the day after the wedding. Laura and her husband went above and beyond to accommodate us.

Family Weekend

Great family weekend. Plenty to do at the property. Guys had a great time playing pool and everyone loved playing bags (cornhole). There was a hot tub, but unfortunately we did not have enough time to take advantage of using it. Nice property to walk in the morning.
