Genießen Sie unsere 2-Schlafzimmer-Villa mit herrlichem Blick auf die 11. und 17. Fairways des berühmten George Fazio Golfplatzes vom erweiterten Deck. Der Strand von Palmetto Dunes am Disney Beach House ist 3 Minuten mit dem Auto oder 15 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Parkplätze stehen zur Verfügung. Der Zugang zum Strand Palmetto Dunes im Dunes House ist eine 5-minütige Autofahrt entfernt. Parkplätze stehen zur Verfügung. Die Villa liegt nur 500 Meter vom Salzwasserpool mit Babybecken und Sonnenterrasse zum Angeln in der Lagune entfernt. Es gibt ein Dock für den Kajak-Zugang zum 11-Meilen-Lagunensystem. Neben dem Poolbereich befinden sich drei neue Tennisplätze, die den Gästen kostenlos zur Verfügung stehen. Inverness ist eines der wenigen Hotels in Palmetto Dunes mit eigenen Tennisplätzen.
Im Zentrum von Palmetto Dunes befindet sich das Shelter Cove, ein Viertel am Wasser, in dem Sie gute Restaurants und viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten finden. Der Palmetto "Dunes Buggy" bietet einen saisonalen Transportservice, der Sie in der Villa abholt und Sie zu jedem beliebigen Ort in Palmetto Dunes und Shelter Cove Harbour bringt.

Unsere Villa ist in den beiden Schlafzimmern sowie im Wohnzimmer mit Highspeed-WLAN und HD-TV ausgestattet. Die Villa verfügt über eine zentrale Klimaanlage mit Deckenventilatoren in beiden Schlafzimmern für zusätzlichen Komfort und bietet Platz für sieben Personen mit dem Schlafsofa. Wohnzimmer verfügt über Videorecorder, DVD, CD-Player und Telefon. Das Erdgeschoss verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Granit-Arbeitsplatten. Es gibt einen Geschirrspüler, eine Mikrowelle, eine Kaffeemaschine, Kochgeschirr und Küchenutensilien. Außerdem gibt es eine brandneue Maytag Bravos Waschmaschine und einen Trockner. Der Speisesaal bietet Platz für sechs Personen. Das Schlafzimmer im ersten Stock verfügt über ein volles Bett mit neuer Matratze sowie ein Doppelbett.
Darüber hinaus gibt es ein komplettes Badezimmer im ersten Stock mit Badewanne / Dusche. Der zweite Stock verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Kingsize-Bett und ein Badezimmer mit zwei Waschbecken.
Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden gestellt.

The unit was a great value, and the host was very responsive. We had a minor issue that she quickly handled, even on a busy weekend. We appreciated how clean the space was. Though we have stayed in more updated or spacious units in HHI, we felt very satisfied with the value and quality of the space.

Enjoyed our stay in Inverness Village

We will be back to stay in this spacious condo with well stocked kitchen, comfy beds, and great views. We got a lot of use out of the conveniently located pool and tennis courts. It was a nice addition to have beach chairs that we could use and not have to bring our own when we spent our afternoons on the sand. The owners are very communicative and pleasant to work with.

Another great stay

This was our second stay at this property, and was just as great as the first. The villa is really well located and is very comfortable and well maintained. Great Stay

This condo was perfect for our girls trip. It was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The location was great! The location was quiet with a beautiful view of the golf course and only a short walk to the pool. We did use the Dunes Buggy Shuttle and they were always on time and very nice. The owner was easy to reach and communication before our arrival was clear. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks, Lisa!

a wonderful stay at this property

We really enjoyed our 3 week stay. The unit was as per the pictures, well equipped and very comfortable. It has a great view across the fairway of the golf course from the patio/deck. Communication with the host was great. We had a couple of minor issues during our stay but both were quickly and efficiently dealt with. So not surprising that we have already booked again for next year!

A very enjoyable week on Hilton Head Island.

This unit was a very good choice for our week stay on Hilton Head. It has a lovely deck overlooking the Fazio golf course. The unit was very clean and comfortable. It was about a two minute walk to the complex's pool. It is very convenient to all the island has to offer. The Disney beach is about a mile walk or a five minute car ride, parking was never a problem.

Nice Trip

We had a nice trip and the Owners/Property Managers are very responsive and quick to answer. We normally stay in Coligny and this year we decided to stay in Palmetto Dunes. The location is beautiful but a little further out than we prefer. Loved having the buggy transportation.

great vacation spot

Our vacation at Lisa's Villa was superb! We come to HHI twice a year and this was our first time in this specific villa. Lisa was very quick to respond to inquiries and refunded our deposit instantly once we checked out. This villa is what every vacationer needs. Only thing you have to do is shop for groceries and misc. and you're set to go and enjoy! Very short distance via bike to private beach and pool. We truly enjoyed our stay as always @ Palmetto Dunes Inverness. Thanks for sharing your villa with my family to enjoy! Sad to leave as always. Best regards!

Wonderful stay

We stayed as a couple for 3 weeks in May. From the moment we arrived we felt at home. Lisa and Jim have provided everything that we could need. The property is even better than the photos with the location in the middle of the plantation in a lovely peaceful area. We spent many a breakfast sitting on the decking admiring the sunrise and view followed by many an evening with a glass of wine! Lisa and Jim were great to deal with as well as Doris from the management company who quickly resolved a problem for us. All in all we had a wonderful time and feel it was a privilege to be allowed to stay. We hope to return soon. Many thanks.

Perfect location for a relaxing family vacation!

Location is on the golf course and within walking distance to the beach. Two access points to the beach and both are great but we liked the Disney beach access point the best. Villa has wifi and a nice tv in the living area. Towels and basic essentials are provided along with an equipped kitchen. Awesome pool along the lagoon within easy walking distance of the villa. House is clean and nicely decorated. My son's only complaint was the tv was a little small in the master bedroom. Truly, we had no complaints and thoroughly enjoyed this house and renting from this owner. Excellent communication before and during the vacation (book in the villa with explicit instructions and suggestions). Would definitely rent again!

My family enjoyed our stay on Hilton Head Island. The Villa was very nice and clean just as listed. Kitchen was stocked nicely. The community had great options for restaurants and beaches, all within walking or bike riding distance.

Nicest in Inverness

We’ve stayed at 5 properties in Inverness and this was the nicest. Well stocked. Clean. Great size. Owner communication was great. I would definitely return.

Absolutely perfect

Great place! Very well kept and decorated. Owners and property manager were very helpful when needed. Would highly recommend staying here. Great location.

We enjoy Hilton Head and the amenities offered in Palmetto Dunes as well as Inverness Village. Our property is very convenient to the beach and is only 500 feet from the Inverness Village pool and tennis courts.

Great golf course view and ability to bike within Palmetto Dunes and easy access to Shelter Cove. During April-October the "Dune Buggy" provides transportation within Palmetto Dunes and to Shelter Cove.
