Die neu fertiggestellte Luxusimmobilie ist mit hochwertigen Möbeln und Einrichtungsgegenständen ausgestattet und bietet ein geräumiges Zuhause mit luxuriösem, modernem Komfort wie Fußbodenheizung, Aufzug, modern ausgestatteter Küche, zeitlosem Seeblick und der begehrten Nähe zu den Attraktionen und Aktivitäten im Zentrum des Sees.

Die Gäste können sich in dem atemberaubenden offenen Wohn- und Esszimmer entspannen und unterhalten, das direkt auf einen breiten Balkon führt, der eine herrliche sonnige Aussicht und einen direkten Blick auf den See bietet. Die Unterhaltung im Freien an einem warmen Abend kann nicht besser sein als hier!

Ein SAT-TV mit DVD-Player und WIFI-Zugang ermöglicht es den Gästen, auch während ihres Aufenthalts den Komfort von zu Hause zu genießen.

Eine Gruppe von bis zu 8 Personen kann in diesem luxuriösen Rückzugsort mit 4 klimatisierten Schlafzimmern und 4 modernen Badezimmern sehr bequem untergebracht werden.

Zwei Schlafzimmer haben jeweils ein Doppelbett und zwei Schlafzimmer haben jeweils zwei zusammenstellbare Betten.

Die vier neu eingerichteten Badezimmer verfügen über eine Reihe von Badewannen- und Duschoptionen sowie stilvolle und glamouröse Waschtischspiegel.

Es gibt auch eine Waschmaschine und einen Wäschetrockner für die Gäste zu verwenden.

Die Gäste können sich entweder ganz der luxuriösen Ruhe dieses atemberaubenden Rückzugsortes am See hingeben oder den faszinierenden historischen Ferienort Argegno mit seinen steilen und bezaubernden Kopfsteinpflasterstraßen, seiner wunderschönen Umgebung und seinen fantastischen Cafés, Weinbars und sehr empfehlenswerten Restaurants wie La Piazzetta erkunden, die alle direkt vor der Tür liegen.

Very large villa. Can accommodate 4 couples each with an en-suite. Large family roomBut the best part of the villa is the terrace overlooking the lake. Thank you for an unforgettable stay this summer on lake Como! Our holiday home was immaculate throughout and offered us luxurious lake view living which was ideal for our large group. We loved staying in Argegno because we were almost equal distances from the central lake and Como city. The town had a wonderful contemporary Italian restaurant there called La Piazzetta - which we'd highly recommend! Brienno also offered another excellent dining option, with Crotto Dei Platani. We had such a fantastic time visiting the villas and sightseeing. Thank you so much for exceeding our expectations with our accommodation; it really was beautiful!

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt mit direktem Seeblick

Alles war genau wie auf den Fotos und wie in der Beschreibung. Wir hatten zwei Tiefgaragen Plätze . Jedes Zimmer hatte ein eigenes Bad -dreimal mit Dusche , einmal nur mit Badewanne ( ohne Handbrause) . Es war sehr sauber und die Küche war toll ausgestattet. Kommunikation mit der Agentur war schnell und problemlos. Der riesige Balkon war ein Traum .

June 2018 Dear HHH Team, I am delighted to respond to your request with a very enthusiastic, positive review of our recent week’s stay at Argegno Fronte Lago! The apartment was just beautiful, brilliantly decorated, extremely well-equipped. Among the features that we especially enjoyed: 1. its proximity to the wonderful little lakeside town of Argegno. Apt was very easy to find and easy walking distance (5 minutes) to the ferry dock, alimentari, restaurants and gelateria. 2. The very comfy beds and luxurious duvets, the beautiful sheer panel window coverings, the fabulous, long terrace with all its comfy outdoor furniture and automated sunshades, the wealth of tour books and info on Lake Como. 3. We cooked several delicious meals in the apartment’s kitchen which we found very efficiently laid out and well-equipped. The week was a total delight ... some of the wonderful experiences we shared: 1. Day trips via ferry to Villa Balbianello (Lenno), Castello di Vezio (Varenna), Bellagio, Menaggio, Villa Carlotta, the Argegno-Pigra Funivia (& the hike to the Bellevedere overlooking Bellagio). 2. A visit to the Argegno beauty parlor with expert hair color touch-up, shampoo & blow dry by the lovely Paola. 3. Market days in Argegno (Monday), Lenno (Tuesday) & Menaggio (Friday evening). 4. We enjoyed every lunch and dinner we had around the lake, but I’d have to say our favorite restaurant was Il Sorriso in Argegno ... where we enjoyed both a delicious lunch and dinner, made even better by the delightful owner and our server, Willie! The staff at Happy Holiday Homes was EXTREMELY responsive to my every email and question. In the months prior to our visit, they sent me restaurant recommendations, hiking trail info, ferry schedules, anything and everything I requested! . Even as we were on the train approaching the town of Como from Milan, they speedily responded to my last minute questions about our arrival in Argegno. Truly fabulous service. Thank you so much. It’s difficult to think of anything that could make Argegno Fronte Lago better ... but perhaps the AC in the back bedrooms could be improved a bit? My friends who were in them had some trouble regulating the AC ... and some problems with condensation in the bedroom near the kitchen. May 2017 I'm so glad to receive this email as we really wanted to thank you and give feedback on our stay at Argegno Fronte Lago. We had a wonderful time and were thrilled with the apartment, we were also very impressed with your organisation and wouldn't hesitate to use you again and to recommend you to friends and family. Right from the very beginning when I started researching the area and was looking for suitable accommodation for our party of eight adults, I was so impressed with your friendliness combined with professionalism. Your communications throughout the process were excellent and your clear instructions made the apartment so easy to find when we arrived, and also for our other family members who were staying elsewhere in Argegno to come and visit us. Everyone was so helpful whenever I had a query and, apart from one occasion when it seems it was a national holiday in Italy, I was always amazed at how quickly I got a response to my emails, almost instant in some cases! Your team could certainly teach some other holiday operators a thing or two with regard to customer service. The apartment was exactly as described and, if anything, superseded our expectations. It was so well equipped and everything was of such high quality. The issue was the matter of recycling of rubbish and its disposal. Not sure if there is anything you can do about this as we don't know what the situation is in Argegno on this but it really was a bit of a problem, again because there were so many of us. As to Argegno itself and Lake Como in general, we thought it absolutely magical. Our favourite restaurant was Ristorante Barchetta, in the village just a few steps away from the apartment. We chose it initially because it had the widest, most varied menu for what at times was our party of 13, some of whom are a little 'picky' with their food. The owner and his son were wonderful hosts and their service, food and wine were excellent, consequently this was the only restaurant we used twice during our week's stay. Some of our party also used Piazzetta and also gave that a very good review but, for our whole party, we found the menu a little limited. We spent many happy hours travelling the length of breadth of the lake by ferry with stunning views at every turn. We were amazed at the ease of use and frequency of the ferries and a bonus was that as being 'more mature in years' we even got a discount on the already very reasonable prices. Again, the ferry stop was just a few steps from the apartment right in the centre of the village. We also found the buses excellent and even more reasonably priced but not for the faint hearted at busy times around the narrow winding roads, albeit with beautiful views of the lake the whole way. I think our favourite visit was probably to Bellaggio (no surprise there I'm sure) but Villa Carlotta, the cable car to Pigra with its walk to the viewpoint, and the funicular from Como were also favourites. We also walked the Green Way from Colonno to Cadebannia. Such an easy, well signed walk of about 10km through some lovely villages with some lovely views. Our only disappointment with this holiday was that we weren't there long enough! So thank you once again for all your help, information, etc., and, if we ever come back to the area, we wouldn't hesitate in coming straight to you to find our accommodation. September 2016 The apartment was very comfortable and well appointed(Since we were 4 elderly couples,we had to ask for bath mats,which were readily supplied) We enjoyed the stunning views from the balcony,at different times of the day. We had a meal(prepared by personal chef Mirella) on it. We enjoyed attending Mass(in Italian!) at the church next door. We had as many as 4 meals in the village, within easy walking distance! June 2016 Good morning, our stay at Argegno was brilliant, thank you. The apartment was easy to find in a great location, ferry, bus, restaurants and everything you needed just a short walk away, the Monday morning market was especially helpful, cooked chickens, cold meats, cheese every kind of fruit, wonderful! Menaggio & Bellagio were very busy as usual, the fireworks on the last night an added bonus. The walk from Pigra to Colonna, was probably the highlight of our vacation, we would definitely recommend it. We stayed here for a fabulous week in July 2014 to celebrate our mother's 90th birthday. The amenities were wonderful, and the floor plan was perfect for our group. The elevator access and parking availability also was wonderful. The perfectly equipped kitchen was much appreciated by the gourmets in the group. Although we did not understand this when we booked the Vele, the location in the town was wonderful, with ready access to ATM, ferry, bus, restaurants, bakery, grocery. The cable car across the street also was nice, and of course, the views were spectacular. From Milan's Central train station or Malpensa airport, it is easy to take the train to the city of Como, and then catch the ferry or bus to Argegno. This stylish apartment comes highly recommended by our group of finicky travelers! Buon viaggio.

Hello to everyone! We had a brilliant holiday at Le Vele Argegno, here are some of the reasons why: Transfers were easy both ways with a wonderful view of the lake. We stopped at a supermarket in Como on the way and would recommend that people without a car do the same. We found it very easy to top up from the local shops, but it was good to get all the basics from a well equipped supermarket, plus we knew we had things to eat and drink when we arrived as we weren’t sure of local opening times. Your welcome pack was very good and we enjoyed our first drink on the balcony – thank you! The apartment was outstanding, it was well equipped with good quality fittings and furnishings. The lounge area was easily big enough for eight adults (we’ve stayed in places where the seating was limited) and all the beds very comfortable with good bedding. The balcony and the view were a highlight and we spent most of our time at the apartment out there watching the world go by. One of our party had a swim in the lake most days so easy access to the lake was a bonus. Again the seating options on the balcony were very good. The position of the apartment was ideal for us (with no car), apart from the fabulous view it was a short walk to the ferry and some excellent bars and restaurants. We loved all of them but went twice to the Belvedere and enjoyed drinking at the small bar by the ferry, the gelato shop was a firm favourite. We went out everyday to different places, trips on the ferry, up the cable car etc. One favourite was a visit to the island, very quiet with a great bar (didn’t try the restaurant but it sounded interesting!). The instructions for the apartment were very clear. We were all impressed with how you handled our booking, with your in depth knowledge of the area and the personal contact. Everything was done efficiently but in a very friendly way. We would certainly come to you first for another holiday on the lake. Many thanks

Le Vele Argegno was a lovely place to stay for our visit to Lake Como Area. We had a great time there. We took a boat ride and saw all the beautiful villas by the lake. We enjoyed the ferry ride from Managgio to Belagio and Venassa. We visited your office in Managgio, Lucia was extremely helpful. She answered all our questions and provided us with tour information: Ferry rides, direction to Foxtown for shopping via Laguno, clarified our menu for our private dining at Le Vele, confirmed our reservation at Laconda dell'Isola. In short, Lucia was wonderful!!! Please thank Lucia for us. Dining at Laconda dell'Isola was an experience, the owner Benvenuto was very entertaining throughout the evening but we had way too much food. Private dining at Le Vele was also an experience, our Chef Maria was wonderful. Not only Maria prepared our food beautifully she also explained and showed us how some of the dishes were prepared. We had a picture taken with Maria and send it to her Facebook address. Le Vele Argegno location was great, close to restaurants. Owner of this property had the place well furnished like a home and not like a vacation home. Lakeside, view of the surrounding mountains, and water was warm enough to swim in. The only thing we found negative was that there were not enough toilet paper, no kitchen paper towel, and not enough laundry detergent tablets for laundry. Anyway we really enjoyed the property at the lakeside location, nice parking space for our car. I definitely will recommend this place to our friends. Wow what a great week we've had on Lake Como! This was by far our favorite lake and it offered us so many idyllic walks, beautiful villa attractions and lots of romantic resort villages. Our vacation rental was just the best, with a 5* interior alongside homely comforts and lots of mod cons. The bedrooms were great sizes plus we had a fabulous lake view balcony terrace to enjoy. Argegno was a totally magical place and it offered us a great little restaurant to the Piazza called La Piazzetta. The nearby restaurants we also really enjoyed dining at were Il Crotte dei Platani (Brienno) and Locanda di Trilindana (Sala Comacina). Lake Como was so beautiful, really if you ever get the opportunity to come here please don't miss it! Many thanks Happy Holiday Homes!

Argegno Fronte Lago

Our holiday on Lake Como this June was totally been made by our stay in Le Vele Argegno! Its a beautiful holiday home, with a fabulous interior and stunning lake view terrace to match! Really accessible too in the town and the perfect place to reach all the sites!

Argegno Fronte Lago

Our family have had easily one of the best vacations in a long while! Lake Como just blew us away! We stayed in a beautiful lakefront condo apartment called Le Vele Argegno Moderna. Its layout was perfect for our large group of 8 and we all felt SO at home in its luxury and contemporary style. The lakeview terrace was just great! The place was kitted out with everything; a full, SAT TV, WIFI access, washer dryer and it had elevator access. There was also underfloor heating which we didn't need in July but i'm sure its a great feature in the winter! Our bedrooms were just beautiful and it was great to have the lakeview living area open plan because it meant we could all relax and enjoy family time together. The condo was an easy stroll from the charming centre of Argegno and we enjoyed walking there for a morning cappuccino or for an evening meal at La Piazzetta. There was a passenger ferry stop but we drove to most places with our hire car. The Isola COmacina and central lake attractions were so close by and the city of Como was also a short drive away, which made our vacation so varied and exciting! Thank you Happy Holiday Homes for showing us how to make the most of our itinerary; we visited so many fascinating new places we had never even heard of before, all with your guidance! Thanks for a GREAT vacation.
