We fully understand your frustration, particularly regarding the problems that should have been identified and resolved before your arrival. While we are glad that some of these issues were eventually resolved and that a replacement kettle and additional outlet were provided, we recognize that this required far too much of your valuable holiday time. Your comments regarding the third bedroom and the apartment layout are also important. We will review how the layout is presented to ensure that guests have a clear and accurate understanding of the configuration before booking. We understand that the small refund did not adequately reflect the inconvenience and time you lost dealing with these problems.
